by far soren in public, he's always hugging corvus, kissing his knuckles, resting his head on corvus's shoulder, etc, but when it's just them, corvus will say some (rayllum-level) romantic/devoted stuff and soren melts (cough a good man with a big heart cough)

💙: who is more protective?

hmmm. could see both of them for different reasons tbh. soren's lost so many people, he's dead set on making sure he has corvus. but corvus also knows soren's been through hell and back, so he'll do anything to make sure he's safe.

💚: who tends to get sick more often? who is better at taking care of the other?

I think soren would have a weak immune system due to being an ill child + having dark magic done on you comes with side effects. corvus also grew up spending a lot of time outdoors so he was exposed to things when he was younger. also we know neither of them now how to prioritize their needs so they're both always "no let me" "no i'm doing this for you" back and forth <33

Prompt : How the boys and girls found out Zoeystery were together. In order of who found out first to who found d out last.

Author's Note : Every time i write something with Abby I switch between him being a cocky himbo and him being an instigator. Today you're getting himbo.

Baby

Knew from the start.

He was literally right there when Zoey called Mystery her type.

Was already wingmanning Mystery before he even realized he had feelings.

Mystery didn’t need to tell Baby, Baby needed to tell him that he was in a relationship.

The two were in their shared room, playing mortal combat. 

Baby was winning a lot quicker than he usually did which meant that Mystery wasn’t trying hard enough. 

He looks over only to see Mystery constantly glancing at his phone. 

He rolls his eyes and pauses the game before opening the device (Face Id works for him lol) and scrolling to his messages.

He sees the last conversation is with Zoey and shoots her a quick text.

This is Baby. Please ask him out so he can focus on the game.

And that is how they both became a couple.

They’re his OTP

Once told Zoey, “Thanks for keeping him from overthinking himself” and he meant it.

Is glad that his favourite huntrix member ended up with his favourite bandmate. 

Will never admit it out loud.

Has a whole collage of embarrassing Mystery selfies saved for blackmail, just in case Zoey needs it.

Also has blackmail photos of Zoey but Mystery doesn’t see them as blackmail.

He thinks they’re all cute photos of the love of his life.

This frustrates Baby 😒

He’s their third wheel.

Literally their child.

They’ll be out on a date and kissing in the front of the car (which Zoey would be driving) and Baby would just be in the back seat. Eating the meal they bought him.

Was helping Zoey sneak into their dorm, and also helped Mystery sneak into the girls dorm, waaaaaaay before the others figured things out.

Mira

Zoey tells her

Mira is super duper good at reading people so she honestly already had a feeling but Zoey just confirmed it.

“So you know Mystery right?”

The second those words leave Zoey’s lips Mira is staring at her, eyes narrowed as she just waits for Zoey to say the final confession.

“We’re kind of together….”

“I KNEW IT–”

Teases Zoey nonstop. 

“You’re smiling at your phone. Is it your demon boyfriend?”

“I don’t tease you when you text Abby and Roman–”

“That’s different!” Mira yells as she throws a pillow to Zoey’s head.

She enjoys seeing Zoey flustered, so she’ll purposely mention Mystery whenever she can.

Sleepovers with Rumi and Zoey become confession sessions.

Mira already knows about what Rumi and Jinu have going on so she focuses on Zoey.

Bombards her with questions that she knows will leave Zoey flustered, but also just to gather more information on the man who stole her heart.

As much as she loves Mystery, she will threaten him for no reason at all.

I feel like Mystery would be most afraid of Mira (after Zoey)

While Rumi gives sweet big sister that will only hurt you if you hurt her family vibes, Mira gives off scary big sister who will hurt you for no reason at all.

“If she cries, you die. I don’t care if you’re already dead. I’ll send you back to hell myself and make sure that even Gwi-ma won’t be able to bring you back.”

Mystery has major respect for Mira and wouldn’t dare cross her. (omg they’re names r literally M and M. eminem lol)

If Zoey ever gets questionable texts from Mystery, or if she wants to send a questionable text to Mystery, she will come to Mira.

“Okay, first of all, he’s down bad. Second, this is like reading a fanfiction–”

Mira would write fanfic of them

You don’t have to agree with me at all but she feels like their dynamic is so annoyingly soft and she has to put all of those feelings into somewhere!

She has a 103k domestic fluff AU written in her head about both of them.

Rumi

At first she just thought Zoey had a crush on the guy.

She found it suspicious. 

She’s not suspicious because he’s a demon but because of how he behaves….

“You mean the weird demon who growled at a fan? That’s your type?”

“Yes Rumi”

“He glares at the makeup artists for touching your face”

“It’s kinda hot how protective he is 🥰”

“Zoey they were doing their job 😃” 

She was gonna say something else but she sees how sparkly Zoey’s eyes get when talking about him and she keeps her words to herself.

Eventually warms up quickly when she sees how gentle Mystery is with Zoey when no one’s looking.

Remember that scene when the girls went to a scam doctor and he told Zoey that she was too eager to please others?

Yea this definitely bothered Mira and Rumi.

Seeing Zoey babble on to someone who was hanging on to her every word kept them at ease.

Zoey could continue talking for a while 3 hours and Mystery would be able to recite absolutely everything she said word for word.

She thinks they’re soulmates.

Mystery would give Zoey his soul and so would Zoey

They actually helped Rumi get closer to Romance cause she plans dates for them with him and Mira.

As in Romance, Mira and Rumi plan Mystery and Zoey’s dates cause they’re just so adorable.

They go on double dates.

Rumi and Jinu + Mystery and Zoey

Mystery goes Rumi for advice about their relationship

He has no idea how to plan a date, or an anniversary, and he really wants to do something big for Zoey so he comes to one of her big sisters duh!

“What kind of flowers do I buy?”

“Mystery, you know this already. We’ve gone over it 12 times”

“I want it to be perfect,” he huffs all pouty. 

Bro just wants to make his girl happy.

Jinu

Mystery tells him one day after practice.

I saw a POV video of how Jinu recruited the Saja Boys and Jinu was more or less scared of Mystery the entire time so i will be involving that lmao.

“Are you going to jump me again?” Jinu says as he slowly backs away, eyes narrowed in focus on the silver haired boy.

Mystery scoffs before opening up his phone, pulling up a photo of him and Zoey on what’s obviously a date. His hair is up in the photo, revealing the face Jinu and the other members rarely get to see. 

Jinu looks at the photo in confusion, “Zoey has a boyfriend? I don’t see why you’re showing me this, are you jealous?” a teasing grin grows on his face.

Mystery remembers how dumb Jinu can be and brushes his hair back, then he puts the phone up next to his face.

Jinu looks back and forth before he finally registers it “OH MY GOSH YOU’RE ZOEY’S BOYFRIEND???”

He’s surprised Mystery can pull.

He’s double surprised that he got with a hunter of all people. 

I feel like Jinu would never expect Mystery of all people (other than Baby) to get involved with the hunters. 

Doesn’t see the vision so Rumi has to explain the whole cat!girlfriend x dog!boyfriend aesthetic they present.

I genuinely feel like (other than Baby) Mystery would be the only other member to view Jinu as an older brother/father figure in their lives.

Mystery didn’t 100% need Jinu to approve of his relationship with Zoey but he really REALLY wanted him too. 

Jinu, once he gets over his surprise, is obviously super supportive.

Will give Mystery the talk but would be so awkward about it….

He also gets super protective of Zoey as well since she’s basically family now. 

He already was (since he’s with Rumi lol) 

I feel like he’d present both of them with a small gift to kinda show his acception?

I really think Jinu’s language (other than words of affirmation) is gift-giving.

Romance

He thinks Mystery is lying. 

Romance was watching a kdrama when he decided he needed a snack. He gets up and heads to the kitchen only to see Mystery smiling, phone by his ear as some excited voice rambles on and on on the other end.

He close enough to hear the person on the other line say “I’ll talk to you later babe!” Romance drops his food before slowly turning to look at Mystery. 

“Who was that?

“Zoey”

“Liar”

“I’m not lying”

“Liar” Romance will not believe it. Not because he doesn’t think Mystery can’t pull (If Mystery couldn’t pull he definitely wouldn’t be in the group 💀) He just doesn’t believe he and Zoey of all people would've gotten together.

He gets too invested.

Whenever both groups hang out he watches them both like hawks.

At first he barely sees them interact and is like so Mystery was definitely lying

However, he one day barges into Mystery and Baby’s room to steal one of Baby’s berets only to see both Mystery and Zoey cuddled up on the bed. 

Jaw dropped.

He can’t get a sound out and has to leave before he completely tweaks out.

He rushes into his shared room with Abby and tries to speak but barely can. 

Abby is barely paying him attention (Romance acts out almost every day so this is nothing new).

“How did Mystery get a girlfriend before me?” He’d mumble into the carpet.

Very supportive though.

He thinks they’re cute and will probably team up with Mira and Rumi to send them on the cutest dates ever. 

Like seeing his bandmate happy.

Besides, he also has a new gossip partner

He’s already told all his underworld stories to the boys but now he can share them with Zoey, who will 10000% build off of them and add in stories of her own.

Abby

No one told him. He figured it out himself.

Remember how I said Romance would complain to Abby about how Mystery got a girl before he did? 

Abby wasn’t really paying attention at the time but it kinda hits later.

“Mystery has a what?–”

He starts watching  Mystery a lot more.

Notice that Mystery willingly goes to the girls' dorm with Baby for no good reason.

He notices Mystery wears his hair up a lot more, seemingly confident in his face.

When both groups hang out he sees Zoey laughing at everything Mystery he says.

Matter of fact, the fact that Mystery was talking was a miracle in itself.

Abby would be home one day by himself and a knock would go off at the door. It’s Zoey returning one of the sweaters he sees Mystery wear all the time???

Another suspicion to add to his list.

He’s actually so close to figuring it out but can’t piece it together.

He’s missed all the signals because he just assumed Mystery was just awkward and unlovable like the rest of them 💀 (demon traumaaaaa)

He’d probably think that Zoey knew who Mystery was seeing and was kinda playing mediator. 

So, he decides to go ask Zoey about it (Romance is being a prick and won’t tell him)

He walks into the Huntr/x dorm, it sounds empty. Before he can say anything he’s greeted with Zoey and Mystery kissing in the kitchen.

Screams.

“I AM SO SORRY!!”

The couple immediately separate. Mystery looks hella annoyed and pissed and Zoey is so embarrassed. 

He runs out of there.

He approves of them but is so ashamed he didn’t realize earlier.

They remind him of this one couple he’d seen in one of the many movies romance had forced him to watch. 

He thinks they’re adorable but unfortunately can’t get that scene out of his head.

The Miami sun was blazing, the roar of engines echoing through the circuit. Amelie stood in the Red Bull garage with her sister Stella, who was animatedly chatting with Checo's engineer. Amelie’s attention, however, was firmly fixed on the big screen in front of her, where the final laps of the race played out. Her heart was pounding in sync with the commentator's excited voice.

Lando was leading.

The McLaren driver, her Lando, was within grasp of his first-ever Grand Prix victory. She could barely breathe as she watched him expertly navigate the track, holding off Max Verstappen with a precision and calm that had the crowd on their feet.

She wasn’t supposed to be here, not this close to the action. Being in the McLaren garage would’ve raised suspicions, so she’d accepted Stella’s invitation to watch with Red Bull. But now, standing among strangers, the idea of keeping her emotions in check felt impossible.

When Lando crossed the finish line, the world seemed to stand still for a moment before erupting into chaos. The commentator’s voice cracked as he shouted, “Lando Norris takes his first-ever Formula 1 victory in Miami!”

Amelie’s knees buckled, tears streaming down her face before she even realized it. She brought her hands to her mouth, trying to stifle a sob, but the dam had broken.

—Oh my God,— she whispered, voice trembling.

Stella turned to her, a knowing smile on her lips. —Go.—

Amelie hesitated for only a second before bolting out of the garage. Her mind was a blur, her body moving on pure instinct as she weaved through the crowds and dodged security personnel. She barely registered the cheers or the sea of orange-clad fans.

She reached the pit lane just as Lando pulled into the designated spot, his car stopping amid a swarm of jubilant McLaren team members. Without thinking, she pushed her way through the cluster of orange uniforms, earning a few startled looks but no resistance.

The adrenaline of the moment was buzzing in her veins, her chest tight with excitement and raw emotion. Amelie didn’t think. She couldn’t think. All she could see was Lando, his helmet still on, his body emerging from the car as the pit crew celebrated around him.

Her heart was pounding so loudly in her chest, it drowned out the noise of the cheers from the crowd. She could feel the warmth of the Miami sun on her skin, but it all faded into the background as she pushed forward, her eyes locked on Lando. He was laughing, his face lit up with joy, but it was when he looked over and saw her that the world seemed to stop.

Lando’s expression shifted instantly from celebration to something softer, something intensely familiar. His eyes widened for just a second, and before anyone could stop him, he was pushing through the crowd, sprinting toward her.

Amelie couldn’t breathe. She didn’t know what she was doing, didn’t know why she was crying or why she’d run here, but the second his arms wrapped around her, the tears didn’t stop.

Lando’s voice broke through the buzzing in her ears. —Ames, baby— he murmured, his hands cupping her face as he pulled her into him. His lips crashed into hers, not soft, but frantic, hungry, like he’d been waiting for this moment, just like her.

The kiss was everything. His lips were warm and familiar, tasting of the salt from sweat and the intense excitement of his victory. His arms were strong around her, his hands threading through her hair, holding her in place as if he couldn’t bear to let go. And, for a moment, neither of them cared who was watching.

The cameras were already there, catching every second, every desperate kiss, and the crowd erupted in cheers. But for Amelie and Lando, it was just the two of them in the middle of everything. She forgot the world around them entirely as she lost herself in the kiss, her hands trailing up his chest, pressing him closer.

When they pulled back, panting for air, their foreheads rested together, and Lando’s breath was unsteady. —Fuck, Ames, I thought you’d never do that.— He laughed, breathless, eyes wide with disbelief and joy.

Amelie laughed too, wiping the last of her tears away. She could hear the commotion behind them, the pit crew still cheering, but it felt distant. The only thing that mattered was this moment with him. —I didn’t plan this, Lan,— she admitted with a slight chuckle, her hands still resting on his chest, feeling the rapid beat of his heart.

Lando grinned, eyes soft but intense, and kissed her again, this time gentler. —Guess we’re out of the secret club now, huh?—

Before Amelie could respond, she was swept up in a wave of McLaren team members, all clapping him on the back, lifting him into the air in celebration.

Amelie watched, still caught up in the whirlwind of emotion, as Lando was carried by his team, laughter and cheers filling the air. The reality of the moment hit her again. He’d won. He’d really won. And now, everyone knew they were together.

She wiped away another tear, trying to steady herself as she made her way toward the podium area, keeping her eyes on Lando the whole time. She couldn’t believe this was happening, couldn’t believe she was watching him, the man who’d been her best friend and then something more, up there on the top step, holding the trophy with the biggest smile on his face.

When Lando finally stood on the podium, her heart swelled with pride. The champagne sprayed, the crowd screamed, and he held the trophy high above his head, looking out at the fans. But all Amelie could see was him, her Lando, standing there, shining in the spotlight. And her tears didn’t stop.

She couldn’t hold back anymore.

Her hands shook as she watched him, the sound of the crowd fading into the background. This was real. This moment, this victory, it was everything they’d both been working for, even if it wasn’t the way they’d planned it. She was crying now, openly, the tears streaming down her face as she clapped and cheered, completely unable to stop the wave of emotion flooding over her.

When the ceremony ended, Amelie stayed back, her heart still racing. She didn’t want to crowd him, not yet, not when he was still caught up in the media frenzy.

She waited outside the McLaren Team Hub, pacing anxiously as the minutes stretched into what felt like hours. The cool evening air of Miami was a welcome relief after the scorching heat of the day, but Amelie couldn’t bring herself to relax.

Her phone buzzed in her purse, but she ignored it, not wanting to be distracted. All she could think about was Lando, and how she’d kissed him, and how this moment—his first win, their first kiss in front of everyone—would change everything.

Finally, she saw him. The door to the team hub opened, and there he was, looking fresh and clean, dressed in a McLaren team shirt, his hair still damp from the shower but that familiar cocky grin on his face.

Amelie felt her heart skip a beat as he caught sight of her. His grin softened instantly, and he walked toward her, his strides long and confident.

—Hey, Ames,— Lando said with a teasing smile, his voice still thick with emotion from the day. —You look stunning. But are you okay? You’ve been crying like a little baby.—

Amelie rolled her eyes, but she couldn’t stop the smile that stretched across her face. —Shut up, Lan. You won your first race. Of course, I’m emotional.—

He pulled her into his arms, his lips finding hers in a sweet kiss. The world seemed to disappear as she kissed him back, her hands trailing up to cup his face.

When they pulled away, Lando rested his forehead against hers. —Let’s get to the hotel, yeah? I’m ready to celebrate properly.—

—Are you now?— she teased, but the grin on her face was wide.

As they made their way to the hotel, Amelie’s mind couldn’t help but drift to the after-party. They were both ecstatic, both a little tipsy from the excitement and the lingering effects of the champagne. But when they arrived at the party, the energy shifted.

Lando was surrounded by people congratulating him, and Amelie found herself sticking close to him. She hated the way some of the other girls kept throwing flirtatious glances his way, their fingers brushing his arm just a little too long, trying to get his attention.

But it didn’t bother her as much as it would have in the past. Because the second those girls leaned in, Lando would turn to her, his eyes only on her.

She wrapped her arms around his waist, pulling him closer, her lips pressing against his ear. —You’re not going anywhere, Lan.—

He chuckled, nipping at her ear in return. —Never, Ames.—

As the night wore on, the party’s energy seemed to intensify. The music was loud, and the lights were flashing in every direction. But amidst the crowd, Lando and Amelie were like a little world of their own. They danced together, laughing and teasing, their bodies moving in sync to the beat. It was one of those nights where everything felt perfect, where the connection between them felt so natural, so easy.

Amelie felt the warmth of Lando's hand on her back as they danced, his touch sending electricity through her. The alcohol had loosened them both up, and their playful teasing grew a little bolder. Every time she laughed, Lando's eyes would light up, and every time she brushed her lips against his, his hands would find their way to her waist, pulling her even closer.

But she could feel the tension between them building—an energy that had been simmering under the surface for months, maybe longer. She could see it in the way he looked at her, the way his hands lingered on her body, the way their kisses had become more urgent as the night wore on.

At one point, Lando leaned in close, his lips brushing against her ear as he whispered, his voice thick with desire. —You’re driving me crazy, Ames.—

Amelie shivered at the sound of his voice, her hands tracing the outline of his chest before sliding up to his neck. —Is that so?— she teased, her breath catching in her throat. She couldn’t deny the way he made her feel—the way his touch seemed to light her up from the inside out.

He smiled against her skin, pressing a kiss to her neck that made her pulse quicken. —Yeah,— he murmured, his lips brushing her jaw. —You’ve been killing me with those looks all night.—

Amelie laughed softly, but the sound was shaky, the heat in her chest turning into something more. She felt her heart race as she tilted her head back, giving him more access to her neck. —You’re such a flirt, Lan,— she whispered.

He chuckled against her skin, the sound vibrating through her. —Only for you, Ames,— he said, his voice low and raspy.

But as the night went on, Amelie couldn’t ignore the way her body responded to his closeness, the way every touch, every kiss felt more urgent, more desperate. There was a tension building, a hunger that neither of them had been able to ignore for too long.

Eventually, they found their way to a quieter corner of the venue, far from the noise of the party. Lando backed her up against a wall, his body pressing into hers as his lips crashed against hers once more. The kiss was heated, urgent, as though neither of them could wait any longer.

Amelie felt the heat of his hands on her waist, pulling her flush against him, and she responded eagerly, her fingers tangling in his damp hair, tugging him closer. Every inch of her body seemed to crave him, and she could feel the same hunger in his every movement.

—Fuck, Ames…— Lando groaned against her lips, his hands sliding down to her hips, gripping her tightly as though he couldn’t get enough. Amelie’s breath hitched in her throat, and she pressed her body even closer to his, feeling the hard heat of him against her.

She pulled away just slightly, her eyes meeting his, her lips swollen from the kisses. —Lando,— she breathed, her voice trembling with the need building inside her. —I think we need to get out of here.—

He nodded without hesitation, his gaze dark and intense. —Yeah,— he said, his voice rough. —Let’s go.—

They didn’t even look back as they made their way out of the party, their hands intertwined, hearts pounding in their chests. Neither of them said anything, but the silence between them was filled with anticipation.

Once they reached his hotel room, the door slammed shut behind them, and it was as if the world outside didn’t exist anymore. Lando didn’t waste a second, pulling her toward him, his lips claiming hers again, more desperately this time. Amelie’s hands found the buttons of his shirt, tugging at them as she kissed him back with equal urgency.

Her heart raced as she felt his hands slip under her skirt, his touch sending shocks of desire through her. —Fuck, you feel amazing,— he whispered, his voice hoarse as his lips trailed down her neck.

Amelie moaned softly, tilting her head back to give him better access, her fingers working at the buttons of his shirt. She could feel the heat of his body against hers, the intensity of the moment, and she wanted more. She wanted all of him.

—Lando…— she breathed, her hands trembling as they explored his chest, her nails grazing his skin.

He looked down at her, his eyes dark with desire, before he pulled her top and skirt over her head in one swift motion. The moment she was in just her underwear, he lifted her effortlessly, carrying her to the bed as if she weighed nothing. His hands were everywhere, caressing her skin, as though he couldn’t get enough of her.

Amelie’s breath caught in her throat as Lando hovered over her, his lips kissing a trail down her body. She arched into him, her hands threading through his hair, urging him on.

—Fuck, you’re beautiful,— he murmured, his lips brushing over her stomach.

Her body responded to his every touch, every kiss, and she pulled him back up to her lips, kissing him fiercely. Their hands were frantic, pulling at each other’s clothes, desperate to feel skin on skin.

When they finally came together, it was electric. Every inch of their bodies connected, every kiss, every touch, every sigh filled with the tension and desire that had been building for so long. It was messy and intense, the need for each other overwhelming.

And when it was over, they lay tangled together in the sheets, breathless, their bodies pressed close. Amelie’s head rested against Lando’s chest, and he kissed the top of her head, his fingers tracing soothing patterns on her back.

She smiled softly, her heart still racing. —That was… holy shit.—

How I feel about this character

Guy who was made to hurt me specifically, I've been into pathologic since I was 15 so it's impacted me a lot, Daniil himself has had such a big impact on my personality, my top kin, hate this man, wish him nothing but the worst <3, truly a guy of all time I do not stop thinking about him, his plushie is my favourite stress toy. I get him so much even when he's being a little shit I get it, no1 blorbo of all time

just burakhovsky, always and forever. I didn't really get it when I was initially getting into patho, but not even a month into playing the game I had a dream where I was Daniil on the steppe and Artemy took my heart out so it's never really been a choice who I ship with him.

on a serious level I could rant for HOURS about why they're the only real ship (/j) and how well they mirror and compliment one another, they're such similar people and yet so so incredibly different. Used to be one guy and we will all be doomed if they ever went back again.

My unpopular opinion about this character

god so many, no one gets him like me truly.

uhhhh he's autistic, very strictly gay, trans, and on the aroace spectrum (ace demiromantic personal hc) I also fully think he's Jewish because I have only met other Jews with his opinions on things.

he's a very kind person who is trying his best, he just gets rude sometimes and people take that to mean that he's a bad person which is stupid, he deserves to be even more of an asshole considering the things he's going through but people miss the entire point and expect him to be 'nice'.

he's also not a Utopian. You wouldn't call Artemy a Termite, stop calling Daniil a Utopian, it's flat out inaccurate and flattens down his character to being in love with the Tower, which he isn't, he's in love with what the Polyhedron means and how it relates to his struggle against fate.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I wish Artemy got to kill him as his sacrifice for termite ending. I have multiple rants about this already but it would have been so good

Hi Mr. Smithereens! You sure can. I'm happy to blab about Aikusen in particular! Such a good rarepair.

17. Who says I love you first?

Kunigami, in nearly every scenario. He's too honest to keep it to himself. Conversely, Chigiri's more guarded, so even if he falls in love first, he'd wait until he's certain before admitting his feelings so boldly.

With AikuSen, it's a drawn out process. Sendou would be too insecure to admit his feelings to someone he knows fools around casually, even where he and Aiku are dating exclusively. I personally headcanon Aiku as somewhat emotionally avoidant, and perhaps freaking out about feeling for Sendou on a deeper level. That said, I think Aiku would accept the risk of heartbreak and say I love you first.

18. Who leaves little notes in the other’s one lunch? (Bonus: what does it usually say?)

Let's be real, it's only ever Kunigami making lunches for the princess ❤️ I think he'd write corny jokes to make Chigiri laugh or roll his eyes. Puns in particular, since Chigiri likes wordplay. He probably Googles them specifically.

Aiku and Sendou don't strike me as big lunch makers, but Aiku would probably include notes of encouragement, like Knock 'em dead today, ace. Sendou reads them and cringes (but secretly enjoys them).

19. Who tells their family/friends about their relationship first? & 20. What do their family/friends think of their relationship?

Answering these together as they compliment one another!

Kunigami tells his family first, casually mentioning that he's dating Chigiri. Chigiri's mom and sister wrangle the news out of him after seeing him post a suspiciously couple-y photo with Kunigami on social media. Both families are supportive, particularly the sisters.

Literally none of Kunigiri's friends would be surprised. If anything, they're surprised it took this long to happen.

Aiku tells his family first, although he'd probably take his time to do so. I'm guessing they'd be pretty chill about it—his dad is Swedish-German and fairly liberal, as is his mom. Sendou would worry that his folks would respond negatively to him dating a man. To his surprise, that's not an issue so much as him dating a known cheater / womaniser. Aiku charms them though as soon as they meet him, and reassures them he's not going to hurt Sendou.

There's mixed responses from their friend group. The original U20 teammates would find it hilarious, given how much both of them emphasised dating women in their early careers. Anyone from their days in Ubers sees them getting together a mile off.

29. one headcanon about this OTP that breaks your heart

Kunigiri are overall so wholesome, there's little to report on this front! But the idea of Chigiri being the first (and maybe only) person Kunigami is willing to talk about Wild Card pulls on my heartstrings.

For AikuSen, what gets me is Sendou's inevitable meltdown when he realises he's started to catch feelings for Aiku. I headcanon Sendou doesn't have the self esteem to believe he has enough worth for Aiku to be exclusive with him. Internalised homophobia (or biphobia?) also packs a punch with these two.

Savitar and Cisco for the character ask game please? <3

Oooh fun choices!

Savitar

How I feel about this character: Unfortunately, I am obsessed with him. Not because he's a good character in canon (he really isn't, aside from like...the few scenes he's unmasked), but because the idea of him is so, so intriguing. And MAN Grant could really pull off suave manipulator when Savitar was allowed to be out of the suit

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Iris, Cisco, Reverb, and Mirror Iris! Which is just Barrisco and Westallen in various fonts 😅 Saverb and Savimiris in particular have my heart because...evil Barrisco/Westallen!!

But Saviris is a very compelling tragedy (if only the writers took advantage of that more), and Savisco is sooo interesting. Like...Cisco is one of the people Savitar lists as someone he hates for shunning him, and yet he never hurts Cisco directly. Triggers his trauma, threatens his best friend, yes, and neither of those are harmless, but...Savitar never directly goes after Cisco himself. He always makes Killer Frost do it. And yeah, sure, Killer Frost has to be the one to freeze off Cisco's hands, but Savitar could absolutely hurt Cisco himself too, and yet...he repeatedly puts it on Killer Frost. Interesting indeed...

Neither of these (Saviris and Savisco) are healthy relationships ofc, but both still speak volume about how Barry-like Savitar is: he has soft spots for the same two people that Barry does!

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Barry, simply because doppelgänger platonic relationships are sooo endlessly compelling to me. Would've also been Killer Frost, but like...they're not even toxic in an interesting way. He's just flat-out abusive to her for no reason. To this day, I have no idea why people love them so much (honestly I might’ve even been intrigued by them as a ship if not for this, but I def would’ve loved their platonic dynamic. As canon stands tho…nah)

(Morgan fits into this category, though a) Savitar is a more compelling villain in all versions of the Morgan AU and b) I cannot elaborate, you just have to trust the process 🙏)

My unpopular opinion about this character: the fact that I don't consider Savitar a good villain in canon. In his unmasked scenes? Absolutely! But those scenes are like...2-3 out of so many, and unfortunately, they still can't make up for how incoherent he is as a villain, how his motives make no sense...and how he really could've been anyone else and the season would've changed very little. Like. Seriously. Other than 3x21, can you think of any episode that would've actually been super different if Savitar had been, say, Wally instead? Because I sure can't! And that's not good!

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: Get rid of the scar (ever since I learned it was only included to mark him as "damaged"/"broken", and especially since it's never explained, I've been so pissed it was included at all), let him impersonate Barry and mess with his life. Honestly, you can even keep the scar if you really want to (for some reason), but let him then use HR's device to impersonate Barry! Mess up his life...not in big ways, but in small ways:

A conversation with Cisco that Barry doesn't remember (because Savitar had it), a date with Iris that Barry missed (because Savitar set it up), Caitlin being secretive around him (because Savitar "subtly" excluded her and sowed distrust for her within the Team...maybe this could even lend to why she keeps a piece of the Stone hidden). Stuff like that.

AND and!! Explore how he's Barry's dark side! Show Barry making a ruthless choice, and maybe Team Flash is wary and/or Savitar commends him for it. And Barry's blood runs cold. Ex: Savitar directly calls out his time manipulation in 3x22, where he snatched Snart out of the timeline for the sole purpose of saving Iris, not caring about the consequences. "I would've done the same thing," says Savitar, "maybe we're not so different after all," and Barry feels sick to his stomach. Stuff like that!

(Also, Savitar and Mirror Iris playing the happy couple would've been SOOOO compelling. I realize there was no plausible way to bring Savitar back after s3, but like...they brought him back in s5 even tho it made no sense. They could find a way for s6)

Cisco Ramon

How I feel about this character: I love him! Like...genuinely, what's not to love. He's protective of the ones he loves, he's compassionate, he's funny, he gives his all to everything, he's a badass (even if the show forgot that. Often)...I just love him sm and he deserves nice things

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Barry, Kamilla! Also sometimes Caitlin, Kendra, and Lisa. Also Iris in a Barriscowest way

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Iris and Harry! I also really love his and Caitlin's friendship (I go back and forth on shipping them lol)

My unpopular opinion about this character: He was valid in his anger towards Barry in early s3. Like...listen. Did Barry have valid reasons not to want to time-travel again? Absolutely. Did Cisco have valid reasons to be pissed at him anyway? ABSOLUTELY!

I mean...consider that Barry learned the lesson of time-travel being timeline-altering and dangerous in season 1. That's the reason he ran his choice (to save his mom) by everyone in 1x23 - he knew it would affect all of them! He wanted everyone to be okay with it! And he did the same in 2x17 - making sure his Team was all onboard. But then...in 2x23, he's faced with the SAME choice as 1x23. And I get that he was in grief because he'd just lost his dad. But then why does 3x01 act like Barry is just now realizing how dangerous time travel is? It's just bizarre. He been knew!!

And my gripes about Flashpoint aside...Cisco is still valid to be mad at him. Dante (for some reason) died as collateral damage of Barry's time travel*, and this is when Barry sets the boundary of "no, I can't time travel anymore." And we, the audience, understand why! But Cisco? He's grief-ridden, and so angry, because from his POV, Barry is willing to time travel to save his own family, but not Cisco's. It feels personal, even though it's not. More importantly, it feels like Barry's being a hypocrite...and the thing is? Cisco's not totally wrong to feel that way. I mean...look at what Barry does in 3x22! He manipulates time again, to save Iris! That should've resulted in another Flashpoint. Can you imagine? Cisco is a saint for not getting pissed at Barry again after that because...wtf dude.

*listen I still think Eobard Thawne killed Dante himself - it would explain his whole "everything is back to normal...well, for me, anyway. For you..." thing, and he knows about Cisco's family life, so you just know this mf would bring it up to Cisco, expecting a "thank you" (because if you take a cue from the comics, as I do, Thawne has a very messed-up concept of family. Of love in general, really, but especially family). This might become a fic one day, who knows 👀

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: He should've kept his powers, and he and Kamilla should've stayed in Central. I get that they wrote him off because Carlos wanted to leave, and I respect that! But it was so bizarre for Cisco as a character (and for Kamilla too, really, but this is a Cisco-focused ask)

Why do you like Nora's Arc?

What a thing to ask. Honestly, I don't think anyone's ever asked me that, either here or elsewhere. But I have gone on the record on multiple occasions and said that Nora's Arc, the ship of Nora Valkyrie and Jaune Arc from RWBY are my OTP, so the question is to be expected.

Let's start with the basics, which is... They're cute together. I mean, really, look at these two and tell me they don't look like they'd make a cute couple. That boyish smile, that impish grin... Makes me giddy to think about them holding hands.

Something else I like is their how their dynamic just... works, either as friends, as teammates, as lovers. They're kind of like a comedy duo, with Jaune as the straight man and Nora as the slapstick. Nora is the loose cannon and Jaune plays things by the rules, but there's also the other side of these with Nora having so much love and empathy that she's almost crying when Ironwood suggests abandoning Mantle, and Jaune is pulling underhanded tricks like stealing the Atlas bullhead from Argus right under Cordovin's nose.

They're criminals, your honor, but they're good-hearted criminals, like the Cooper Gang. Actually, now that I think about it, they're kinda like the morally inverse version of Partners in Crime, Roman Torchwick and Neopolitan. That's a neat idea.

Of course, it'll never be as big as some of the other ships on these waters, like Lancaster or BMBLB or Hellbirds, but y'know what? I'm fine with that. I'll just keep writing these little fics in my raft and share them when I come back into port.

Oooo I love this ask!! In my mind and personal preference, Buck is the big spoon and Bucky is the little spoon. Of course there are days when they switch it around, when Bucky can tell that Buck just needs to be held and comforted and feel safe. But I have a feeling that Buck loves to be the big spoon is cause he knows how much Bucky gives himself to everybody else, making sure they all feel safe and protected whether on the ground (Air exec) or in the air (pilot), and knows how much he holds in and doesn’t let anyone else see (both Buckies are the same in that way), and he wants to make sure John feels safe and protected, where he doesn’t have to worry and can let go with no fear or judgement. (Bucky still somehow finds a way to make sure Buck feels protected even when he’s the little spoon.)

Also themes and fanworks that I would love to see more in the fandom, hmmm, first of all I love everything that I have seen from this fandom, like y’all are very talented!!! I love feral Gale being protective over Bucky, like that is his man, his baby, his EVERYTHING, how dare you hurt him or even worse, make him cry. Also pining Bucky, like that man is down BAD but knows in his mind (his self-esteem and mind is not so good to him) that he can never be with Gale so is trying to accept that he will just have to sit with these feelings and when he starts to feel like he has control over them, here comes Buck and does something adorable (it was a sneeze) and his heart feels like it’s going to explode, from both the love he feels for this man but also pain with the knowledge that he can never have him. OOOO I would also love to see Bucky and Benny & Buck and Brady friendship please!!!

How I feel about this character

Aw man, he's just the ultimate wee DUDE, isn't he? He's the most relatable self-insert character of all time. If I was dragged off on a quest, I, too, would be constantly bitching about the cold and the hunger and the sheer bloody inconvenience of it all. But at the same time, he's such a bloody wee hero: resourceful and cunning and funny. And he gets to grow into such an eccentric old shit, too. XD But he's still such a good soul, even then. I love that bit during the Council of Elrond when he volunteers to take the Ring to Mordor himself. He's just the best. <3

All the people I ship romantically with this character

No one in the books, but in terms of the films, my favourite ship is Bilbo/Bofur. Their relationship is just the cutest thing, and they get some really lovely scenes. I'm also partial to Bagginshield, when the stars are properly aligned.

Bilbo and Balin, in all iterations. Their enduring friendship just warms the cockles of my heart. We are not thinking about any of that Moria stuff. D: I also love his friendship with Elrond. Irreverent nerd solidarity. 🤓

My unpopular opinion about this character

Following on from the last one, I don't think that his song of Eärendil is the big faux pas that fandom tends to treat it as. Eärendil is one of the big heroes of the Elder Days, his star is beloved as a symbol of hope, and Elrond has no problem talking about his parents. It's not like it's a taboo subject or anything. In fact, I'd hazard a guess that of all the poems and songs that have probably been written about Eärendil and Elwing over the millennia, Elrond would probably be most fond of the one written by his friend (with input from his foster-son).

Oh, I don't know. I think he gets a pretty complete and satisfying story as it is. I do hope he continues making up songs and writing histories after he gets to Valinor. I can see him interviewing all the Valar in turn. I reckon they'd love him. :)

favorite thing about them

Is "everything" a good enough answer? No? Damn. I guess I'll have to go with his passion. I can tie that to his ADHD, I can tie that to the fact that he's sunshine (and sun burns hot and flares), it doesn't matter - his emotions are bright, run hot, he's impulsive and he feels so strong. I relate to that, I also just like everything bright and flashy. His anger, his loyalty, his sense of justice, his love - they are so big and strong they cannot be contained inside his heart no matter how huge it is. This is what makes him dangerous, this is what makes him vulnerable, this is what makes him so fucking lovable to me.

least favorite thing about them

The fact that he prefers coffee over tea (source: his VA). I'm sorry, I can't stand coffee, my throat literally closes up and stops breathing if I enter some coffee-smelling space and it's not something I can control well (I tried, I swear). So the knowledge that living with Soap would involve the apartment reeking of the forbidden drink, and even worse, kissing him might taste like coffee... it's heartbreaking. I'm training that man to drink tea whether he likes it or not, coffee doesn't do anything for ADHDers anyway.

It's at the start in Las Almas. I love listening to Soap in general, I love all the Scott-isms he has (even though it seems actual Scottish didn't appreciate those too much), I obviously love the funny lines he has or when he gets angry. But this one just stuck with me. Probably not because it's a Soap line, but because it's a sad line in general (and hits a little too close to home in the current situation).

But also I feel like it's kinda. The fact that I, a 22yo civilian am not actually surprised to see that "kids, guns and balloons" situation (although I am so fortunate to not be witnessing that directly), and Soap, a 26 (I think?) yo SAS Sergeant who ran off to enlist at 15-16 is. It says something about how he views the world, doesn't it? He lacks that cynicism. I've seen people say that veiwing him as a "happy go lucky" guy is incorrect, but I dunno, man. I think if someone who kills people for his job is surprised to see kids involved into crime+politics games, then he's a pretty damn optimistic lad that believes in the good in the world.

Soap and Alejandro. There's just something so smooth, straightforward and inherently good about just two men coming to fight for what's right. Also nothing is funnier than Soap's constant cultural shock in Las Almas and Alejandro just chuckling at every silly question Johnny asks. Big brother Alejandro go go go!

I reject the concept of nOTP, even the least likely/adhering to my tastes ships are at least interesting to explore. However, I am not a big fan of toxic relationships and such, so something like Soap x Makarov or Soap x Graves would be interesting to look at, but probably upsetting.

He likes the pink Orbit bubblegum, the one that comes in little stripes. His dad used to bring those at the end of the work week, sometimes unopened, sometimes with just a couple pieces left, and Soap stashed them away in his pillow case when he had the willpower not to eat them all at once. His old pillow in his childhood bedroom still smells like bubblegum.

I don't know what's popular to say what's unpopular. But maybe the fact that I think that Soap isn't like a total horndog 24/7? I still think he is pretty horny, more than an average person, but I also think that he's more tactile than anything and that even when he gets a random boner or just is hot and bothered, he can be satisfied with non-sexual touch. But he does not respond well to touch starvation, oh no.

Miche x Levi

Bi-Weekly Challenge Week 12: Flu

It kind of ends abruptly, but it's still cute I think! 😊 My first little one shot with Miche x Levi, and it's my OTP (⁠;⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠)

Miche would be the biggest baby when he's sick. Also a little hc of mine that Miche has very poor eyesight, hence why his sense of smell is so good.

Sunlight filtered through the curtains of Miche's quarters, shining right into his closed eyes. The first thing that hit him when he barely opened his eyes was the pounding in his head. Next came the uncomfortable feeling of a clogged nose and an itch in his throat. He felt hot and cold all at once as fever chills racked his body, causing him to ball up his tall frame to keep warm. There was no denying it: he was sick. 

Damn it…I can't smell anything. He felt powerless without his strongest asset, especially when his eyesight was as poor as it was. 

Slowly, Miche sat up with a pained grunt, his aching muscles protesting the movement. He immediately regretted it when he felt his stomach lurch. Blankets were thrown off as he immediately leaned over to the bin next to his bed to empty the contents of his stomach. Sweat dripped down his face and neck and his skin prickled with chills. With his face in the bin he didn't notice the knock on his door, nor did he hear it open.

“Thought I heard you upchucking like a titan in here.” It was Levi. “Fucking hell, you look like death.” 

Miche groaned pitifully in the bin before he lifted his head slowly. God, his head was killing him and his stomach was still rolling. 

“...Feel like it…” His deep voice slurred.

Levi clicked his teeth as he stepped up next to the taller man. He pressed the back of his hand to Miche's forehead only to immediately pull it away with a hiss. If he noticed the way the sick man leaned into his touch, he didn't mention it.

“By the damn walls, Zacharias. Get your ass back in bed.”

With a touch that belied his harsh words, Levi took the bin from Miche's shaking hands and set it back onto the floor before maneuvering the giant of a man to lie back down. He pulled the sheets back up to cover the shaking form and tucked them under to help keep him warm. 

“Sleep you big mutt. I'll be right back.”

Miche blinked slowly, his eyelids growing heavy, as he watched Levi's fuzzy figure move to grab the bin before walking out the door. With a deep sigh he let himself succumb to sleep. He wasn't sure how much time had passed, but he woke up briefly to the sound of his door opening and footsteps. Levi's blurry silhouette greeted him as something cool and damp was placed on his forehead. Relief washed over him as the damp rag cooled him. Sleep reclaimed him soon after, and a gentle hand ran through his sweaty hair. 

“Miche? What are you still doing in bed, sleepyhead?”

The melodic voice of his mother reached his ears just as gentle fingers ran through his hair. Miche leaned into his mother's cool touch with a soft whimper. 

“I don' feel good…”

“Oh sweetheart, you're burning up.” 

She picked him up and held him against her chest as she carried him to the kitchen. His father, a beast of a man with a heart of gold, sat at the table reading a book. He looked up and frowned at the pitiful sight that was Miche. 

“Give ‘im here, love. That way your hands are free.” 

Miche was placed into his father's lap where he immediately leaned into the man. His father's large hand gently soothed him as it rubbed up and down his back. The boy sniffled and coughed into his father's shirt as the man's hand continued to soothe. His mother came over with a spoonful of medicine and a cup of water. Miche's nose crinkled at the sight of the spoon. He hated medicine. It tasted bad, and smelt even worse. 

“I know, sweetie..But it'll make you feel better.” His mother laughed softly.

“Nu uh…’s gross…” Miche croaked. 

His father patted his back with a chuckle of his own as he reached for the cup of water with his other hand.

“I'll have your water ready so you can down it quick, ey?” 

Miche whined, but opened his mouth obediently for his mother to stick the spoon in. His face contorted into one of absolute disgust as he begrudgingly swallows the bitter medicine. The cup of water was immediately pressed to his lips and he drank it down greedily. When all was said and done, Miche buried himself against his father again. He was sleepy and achy, and wanted nothing more than to cuddle. 

“Would you like to try and eat something, sweetie?” His mother smiled softly.

He quickly shook his head. Food was out of the question…He felt queasy enough as it was. His mother only nodded in answer and kissed his forehead before returning to make breakfast. His father's hand returned to rubbing his back as he continued reading. Miche's eyes grew heavy as he leaned into the big man. Even though he was sick, he enjoyed these moments. He wished they'd never end.

Miche awoke to hand on his forehead and a click of teeth. The cloth that sat upon his head was reapplied with fresh, cool water as a voice spoke up.

“This fever of yours is turning out to be as stubborn as you.” Levi spoke calmly, yet there was a hint of fondness. Miche hummed questioningly as he fixed bleary eyes on the shorter figure.

“You don't remember anything?”

Miche shook his head slowly. Levi sighed and sat back in the chair he was occupying.

“I suppose you were quite out of it. You're like a giant toddler when you're sick, you know that?” 

The sick man blinked slowly and gave a low grunt in acknowledgement. He reached for Levi, gently wrapping his fingers around his thin wrist and tugged clumsily. 

“Alright, alright. Give me a sec, would you?” Levi quickly slid off his shoes before crawling into the space next to the bigger man. Miche immediately wrapped him up in his arms and buried his face against his chest. Slim fingers tangled themselves into Miche's hair, scratching gently even as Levi grumbled.

“If I get sick, it's on you…Mutt.” 

Miche huffed in amusement as his eyes grew heavy once more.

For the character meme, I wanna hear your thoughts about Prof. Sycamore!

Ohh, that's kind of a deep cut! I'll answer for the anime version of him since I have more positive things to say about his anime version than his game version.

What I like about them

He's a good dad! My therapy has made me realize that I did accidentally make him responsible for Alan's complex about needing to protect / do things for those he loves in order to like, not only keep them alive but also earn that love, but that wasn't intentional on Sycamore's part at all and for the most part he's a really good father for Alan!

What I dislike about them

Well, he could stand to officially adopt his SON, I'll tell you that much. >:(

Least favourite moment

Hmm . . . probably that moment at the big party / festival where he sort of pushed Alan to go dance when he didn't want to, lol. Like let your son have his boundaries, he's been through a lot. But it's a very minor thing, so pretty forgivable.

A situation with this character that I want to see explored more

We never really got to see him go into Papa Wolf mode in the anime, and tbh that's a crime. I mean, I wrote fics about it, but why am I the one having to do all the work around here, huh??

An interesting AU for this character

I still have some fondness for that "With Friends Like These" AU where he actually was friends with Lysandre, as in the games, and Lysandre still went and did all that to his kid, and Sycamore has to deal with the fallout.

A crossover

I'm curious to see if Professor Sycamore will be brought up at all in mega voltage, considering that mega evolution is his field of study. Like I don't really trust Alan being brought back after the Masters 8 fucking fiasco, and Horizons has also done its best to stay away from characters that appeared in the Ashime, but I am still wondering if we'll hear from or about Sycamore at all considering the current emphasis on mega evolution.

OTP (or OT3+ etc…. just… favourite ship)

Sycamore/Meyer. Like, there was flirting in canon, and he'd be a great stepdad to Clemont and Bonnie. (And likewise, Meyer would be a great stepdad to Alan.) But seriously, Sycamore was so horny he was sniffing an oily rag, smh. Down, boy.

Other ships?

Not reciprocated, but I like to think that Steven finds Sycamore attractive and so he teases Alan about that. There's also the unreciprocated / qpp nature of his relationship with my OC, Fulbert, who was his college roommate. In this case, it was Sycamore who had the unrequited feelings because he's really into bears, but Fulbert is aroace. But they do still have a close bond, and Fulbert is like a grizzly uncle to Alan. (He was there when Sycamore found and took him home, after all. They had a fight about it and everything.)

BROTP

With his son Alan, of course! But also the previously mentioned OC Fulbert, and I also love his relationship with his Garchomp, Gabrielle.

NOTP

Lysandre, because even putting aside my own feelings about him . . . after everything Lysandre did to Alan, well, Sycamore has never been one to wish death on or celebrate the deaths of others, but when Lysandre died, well, Sycamore wasn't sorry.

He's 35 in the main series, and was 25 when he officially adopted Alan (who himself was 5 at the time).

He only ever has nightmares when he gets sick.

He actually has trouble waking up early, and has to set multiple alarms to get the job done.

He's a gay man, and as I mentioned before he has a preference for bears. (RIP Steven, you have no chance.)

He has no reason for not officially adopting Alan. He honestly just forgot / didn't ever think about it because Alan was already his son in his mind and his heart, so . . . ? It's taken care of, right? (No.)
