i am 20 and prefer to rp with 18-21+ people. no minors pls!! i roleplay on discord exclusively.

i would say i fall into semi-literate, and while reply length is not too important to me, i do ask that you give more than a one liner LMAO.

my plots/ocs usually revolve around the metal/rock/alt music scene of the 80s/90s/00s; i LOVE music so much, and it heavily influences my writing :))

i primarily play male, open to any and all pairings. i have less experience writing female characters, but i am starting to get more into it. i am open to discussing fxf plots once we’ve become friendlier.

my roleplays are very story based, often involving heavier topics (nothing too extreme, and i will make sure to go over with you beforehand to make sure we’re on the same page). i don’t rp smut, so that will not come up aside from a fade to black/implication scene.

i am a CHRONIC yapper & have very rapid ooc responses (unless i’m sleeping). love talking about our ocs together & building up a little world around them. i tend to write massive bios for my ocs but i do not expect that in return.

however, i write super slow and rp replies could take me a couple hours to a couple days to get to, depending on what i have to work with. i will let you know if anything comes up and i cannot write, but otherwise, i try to be quick with replies.

“DON’T TELL HER”

a grief-heavy, raw emotional roleplay plot inspired by “Don’t Tell Alley” by Joe Jordan

It’s been a year since she died. The kind of loss that leaves the world quieter, heavier, wrong.

A was her partner—her person. Now he’s the man left behind, the one still standing, even though every day it feels like he’s crumbling from the inside out. On the surface, he’s surviving: paying bills, feeding the kids, pretending to keep it together for the people who still rely on him. But behind closed doors? He’s unraveling.

He drinks too much. He’s angry at God. The garden she once loved is dead. The house is full of ghosts, and A can’t go a single day without feeling like he’s failing her memory.

And then there’s B— her best friend, or maybe her sister, maybe someone who knew her just as deeply in a different way. B shows up out of loyalty, out of grief, out of that aching need to hold onto the pieces of the person they both lost. At first, A pushes B away. But grief is funny like that—it recognizes itself.

Together, they navigate the minefield of memory, grief, and guilt. They argue. They cry. They try to raise the kids in a house that feels haunted by everything A and B can’t say.

Because here’s the secret neither of them wants to admit: the closer they get, the more it feels like betrayal. The more A wonders what it means to need someone again. The more B wonders if helping him heal is breaking something sacred.

And somewhere in the silence of night, A whispers into the dark:

🤠 Do sweaty cowboys, charming accents, and gorgeous mountains appeal to you? Well, look no further. I’m a 20 year old cisfem from the great state of Montana on the search for fellow experienced writers who may be interested in a fun little romance. I typically write long, detail rich responses where I’m happy to adjust the length to fit our’s and the plot’s needs. As someone who’s used to doing heavier plots, this would be a nice change of pace! I write F/F, M/M, and F/M (I would prefer to write the male lead in a straight pairing but we can totally discuss it).

I have two routes we could take with this general idea, but I’m absolutely open to more! I love a forbidden love aspect, so I’m open to age gaps or some distant relatives stuff going on to make the whole ordeal all the more taboo. One scenario could be OC A is the hired hand for OC B’s ranch. It’s pretty vague, so we’d have a lot to storyboard. The other scenario I was thinking could be OC A and OC B are either rivals or hired by the same employer and get stranded up in the mountains for a job. Something Brokeback Mountain adjacent probably goes down and they end up not hating each other as much. I love long term roleplays, but I understand if this isn’t the most plot-heavy thing out there so I’m also happy to do something else afterwards if I seem like someone whose style you like but ideas might not fit your expectations.

i would like to point out; that one) roleplay is not therapy; but two) there is catharsis in writing about heavier topics; three) don't call certain topics angst or as trendy stories or fun angsty plots to play; call them heavy topics to explore not dark not angst. call it heavy.

now under the cut is some personal talk as well as talk on my exploration of clint's alcoholism.

i take the implications of clint barton's alcoholism in the comics seriously; yes, i do write the before starting recovery, before rock bottom, the rock bottom being treated as freefall, write and explore the actively drinking and the recovering alcoholic or sober alcoholic, and i am working on a write for how i would love for marvel comic to have written, and what is default canon.

i am exploring this and writing heavily about this, namely in one thread and know that my writing partner and i discuss thing heavily; and it is shared publically a tumblr is our writing means; and i will explore this and write this; as i said there is catharsis.

again, roleplay is not therapy. i make that clear.

i am an adult-child of an addict; now my story with addiction, is unfortunately one where there is no relationship between me and my addict parent at the moment; my father has not been sober/clean most of my life, and though he has tried, he relapses often; and it is unfortunate but for my own mental health, i needed disconnection. i spoke with him once this year, because he texted me happy birthday right before my birthday ended. he has contact with my sister

but i need disconnection; and i love my father, and i would support him but addiction is an illness, a disease, and he does not fight against it; and one day i hope he really tries to make it work but here's where we are today.

and me bringing up my father is an addict, does not mean i am saying i am justifying myself as an authority to speak on this; but i am simply saying that. this does play into my understanding. It's that these are stories cared about done well.

i explore this topics with characters who are (clint and lee) alcoholics, and explore these heavy topics; because they give catharsis, and they are topics that should be handled with care, but are not wrong for sharing if they are done with acknowledgement and sensitivity to the topics.

so i know quite a bit on this topic. it's why i want to take care with when i write clint and alcoholism. why i do find catharsis from writing both sides of clint's alcoholism journey. i try not to make light or make the jokes with drunk clint, try to drag down into reality how this is a problem, a disease for him

it's why i am thankful that i found a writing partner who takes care and gets it; writes it. it's been nice and while we are shipping ironhawk; that had not been the intention; which is simply where thing went naturally and we are taking care of that aspect as well in terms of alcoholism

Do you listen to music when writing? What kind of music?

Hmmmm, 50/50. If there's something specific going on I'll listen to music while I write replies. I like to set up playlists for characters, so they'll usually do the trick, or specific songs for specific moods. Or if irl is really loud, music can help drown that out and let me focus.

But sometimes music is just a bit too much stimulation for me while I'm focusing on writing, especially when I'm writing new characters or a scene that's really pushing me to try something unfamiliar.

When I do listen to music, though, the music itself is really varied. It might be something wordless, or in another language. It might be something deeply familiar. I listen to a lot of genres so trying to narrow it down is hard, and can often be dependent on the character I'm writing. Allison's playlist, for instance, has a lot of music with heavier base and darker vibes: "The Devil's Playground" by The Rigs, "Our Truth" by Lacuna Coil, and "Nemo" by Nightwish are some examples. Cal's is a lot more whimsical and high energy, a bit of Celtic music in there: "My Mother Told Me" by Lydia the Bard, "Fairyland" by Angelzoom, and "Here For You" by Kygo and Ella Henderson are on their list.

What type of responses or events in a thread make you eager to reply ASAP?

Man what a great question, but a hard one. I think it's usually a lot less responses or events that tend to make me eager to reply. I have a lot of issues with my personal energy levels, so some days I have a lot of energy and I will be pure focus-mode and be immediately on replying, and other days I'll be half-asleep most of the day and barely able to look at my phone, never mind roleplay.

Plus, it's hard to really explain the feeling when it's just... two characters are really clearly vibing, and it feels like the flow is really good? Because it can be something light and silly, or dark and heart-wrenching, or just deeply emotional. The biggest thing is just feeling like "damn, they clicked suddenly", I guess??

What will make you follow a blog? What will make you not follow and/or unfollow a blog?

So I'm gonna answer the second half first because it's just... easier. If I read someone's rules and there's anything on it to be like: "if you write x you're a bad person" it's an immediate block. Not even just a not-follow. I don't believe in policing other people in creative spaces, period, and I strongly oppose censorship and bullying.

That's not to say that if someone says "x makes me uncomfortable, so if you write it I don't think we'll be a good fit" that it's a block - that's a personal preference, not a judgement call being made about someone else. That's totally cool, and I support people curating their own spaces to see/write the things that make them happy! I'm fine adding trigger warnings to things if needed and things like that! But the moment someone even remotely implies a willingness to dictate what others can and cannot write, that's an unfollow and block, or just a block if I never followed to begin with, whether I write the problematic-subject-of-the-day or not.

I also am super likely to unfollow a blog if I feel like I'm dealing with a muse or mun who isn't willing to give as good as they get. By which I mean, if the scales always feel balanced in one persons/character's direction, I'm gonna get bored whether it's always focusing on me or always focusing on someone else.

I'll be honest, I'm a fucking picky bitch. I'm most likely to follow someone if I've seen them interacting with a mutual and am enjoying the story that's being written there. I love writing supernatural stories where supernatural elements are kept secret, and fantasy with complex world-building if I can find a partner that I personally click with enough to do that.

Slice-of-life is not as much my thing, so seeing that someone is plot-heavy, or likes to pursue heavier subject matter is likely to be a draw for me. I do value seeing things that are unique and creative, though. If you have a character that has particularly unique qualities, I may follow just to follow along some threads and see if we might be a good fit as I get a better idea of the character to see if I think they might vibe with any of mine.

My name is Jay (21F) and I’m looking for some more RP partners! I am a literate/advanced literate roleplayer that writes in 3rd person, usually past tense. I am looking for some active 18+ Y.O. Roleplay partners to do some MLM / MLNB CC x CC or OC x OC RPs with.

In terms of content— I prefer doing AUs for fandom RPs but I don’t mind canon-divergent plots too! I tend to write 2-4+ paragraphs and I ask my partners to write at least 2-4 paragraph responses if possible. I’m also cool with ooc plotting, sharing photo references, music ideas, etc. I am looking for the RP to include NSFW scenes (like a 50:50 plot to spice ratio), so if that’s not up your alley, I may not be the best fit for you.

When it comes to nsfw scenes, I can explain my likes/preferences in dms. My hard limits are : bathroom stuff, graphic depictions of SA, incest, baby play, any adult/child couples, and anything involving animals (monster/animal hybrids are okay). When I RP, I like to involve kinks, which I will be happy to discuss in DMs. Any characters I do I usually play as switches as a default, and we can discuss other dynamics. Admittedly, I would like an RP partner with preferences towards playing dom/top characters, but again, switches are the default. In terms of AUs / plots, I’m really into some darker / heavier plots. Hello, I’ve been having a lot of musings for my oc’s lately so I’m currently searching for partners that are interested in a long term oc x oc or canon x my oc rp. I’m 21 so I a partner close to my age range and not a minor.

I’m not picky about reply lengths because it could vary depending on the mood but I usually write multiple paragraphs when my musings are exceptionally strong. Oh, I don’t mind smut but it’s not a major focus of mine.

I would prefer not to roleplay with someone relatively sensitive. I like to write about heavier topics and plots alike. I like gritty plot-lines that have morally questionable characters doing morally questionable things. If that’s not what you like then it’s better not to cross paths since it’ll be a waste of time.

My muses aren’t good people but their actions and choices don’t reflect my own. This is all a work of fiction. That being said, I love them very much and I want to get to know my partner’s characters as well so I can adore them as much. Though, I do enjoy darker muses to roleplay against but I’m not against fluff or anything, it’ll just be difficult to accomplish with my own characters quickly or easily.

I don’t need heavy romance at first, I would prefer to take it slow, but I do enjoy tension build-ups. It’s literally my guilty pleasure. Chemistry is important though and if our muses don’t have chemistry then I can’t force it.

Tropes I love: love triangles, enemies to lovers, fake dating, arranged marriage, soulmates, right person wrong time, jealousy, possessiveness, toxic relationships, stuck together, forbidden love, opposites attract, power struggles/imbalance, and more.

Genres + settings I enjoy: pacific rim, prostitution, crime/investigations, tokyo ghoul, war, magic, and more I’m forgetting to mention.

Content that will be mentioned or talked about due to character past—incest, sexual abuse, and the likes to be honest. As I said, a lot of heavier themes.

“Salamander folk” are a curiosity largely unique to witchcraft, homunculi created when a willing (or “willing enough”) mortal entices a witch into transmuting their being into something else. In this way, a witch can make a human something like a fey, and can change just about anything else she likes about the human in the process. Many witches favor catfolk and other beast-like features, but the witches have many options. Many, many options.

They just... they just really like catgirls, okay?

And in fairness, so do a lot of the girls who go to witches seeking transmutation. The transformation does not change gender, obviously, but it can be used to change certain physical aspects to be more within a person’s preferences, or, say, to make a cisgender boy look more feminine for the witch’s amusement.

(When a demon does this to a mortal, they are usually called cambions—true cambions, not the mock cambions arising from demon-mortal partnerings. It’s a much more... consuming process.)

Why are they called “salamander folk”? Not all labels make perfect sense. In this case, a “salamander” is old-fashioned magic slang for a partially-finished spell, implying a malleable sort of magic that has yet to be fully shaped. It’s almost never used in that sense anymore, though. It might be distantly related to the famous total immunity newts have to magic.

Many mortals deliberately seek witches out for this reason, desiring some manner of change to their form beyond mortal means, or else to become apprentices. Or, often, both. Many witches charge apprenticeship for a certain number of years in exchange, which isn’t always as mercenary as it seems. Apprenticeship allows a witch to guide and protect the salamander person through their transition, as well as to make sure that the transformation really is what they want. It can also make the transformation itself easier to effect—it’s not easy to change someone’s true form, and it often takes time and a mutual familiarity.

Notably, the reverse dynamic is quite common as well: Many would-be apprentices are expected to allow the witch to transmute them into different forms as a condition of being taught. This is ostensibly because the process of being transmuted involves tying spirits to the subject’s soul, and tends to make their overall form and connection with magic very malleable and easy to work with. These kinds of apprentices are called familiars.

Of course, some witches just want cute catboys and ravenpeople and dollygirls to toy with as they please.

Katrina of the Thousand Names is a particularly skilled witch, known less so for her raw power so much as her cunning, vast arrays of knowledge, and general good-naturedness. She knows hundreds and hundreds of spirits well, and is one of the most famously easy-going when it comes to transformations. If you know what you want, she’ll see it done for as small a price as cooking her meals for a few nights while she works the spell.

Of course, many seek to be her apprentices even if they aren’t looking for transformation, and she’s quite reasonable about this—as long as the apprentice acts in good faith. Many seek to steal her repository of powers to use for wickedness, even trying to hypnotize the witch into yielding them. These ill-behaved apprentices tend to find themselves serving a very different role indeed.

Selectivity and Restrictions

My mains and exclusives are listed here. Unless explicitly plotted/planned/discussed otherwise, to avoid making assumptions, or intruding on others' boundaries or plots I will default to writing this Hanekoma as an alternate self to that of your muse's. (Such will also always be the case when I’m writing with any iteration of Yoshiya "Joshua" Kiryu.)

I'm somewhat selective of whom I interact with:

I may roleplay with blogs/muses I am not following, but mains and mutuals will always take priority, in that order.

I am definitely up for interaction with Original characters (especially TWEWY OCs!!), AU versions of characters, characters from other universes/fandoms, and multi-muse blogs.

I am also super fine with duplicates of this muse and others, which for all intents and purposes are considered alternate selves within the lore of the TWEWY canon.

However, for my personal comfort I won't roleplay with heavily non-fictional muses (real people as the muse; real people/actors as faceclaims are perfectly fine of course.)

Characters based on historical figures with drastic enough artistic liberties in their source media (e.g. Nasuverse/Fate characters) don't fall under this for me and I may be fine roleplaying with these types of muses. In case of any doubt, do ask!

Also, for my personal comfort and due to the heavier nature of this muse, I will not roleplay this muse with muns below 18 years of age, period.

Additionally:

I will not roleplay the muse in a romantic or sexual ship with someone who's an adult when he's a teenager (within the verse or the specified time period), and vice versa.

I may be open to roleplaying sexual content/smut on this blog, however I will not do it with just anyone from the get-go; I need to know and have talked to you well enough for it. And while my portrayal of Hanekoma enjoys his fair share of hookups and purely sexual relationships, he is actually rather picky with them— even more so than his partner.

Additionally, I won't be roleplaying the muse any younger than 18 years of age, nor will I roleplay out non-consensual scenarios. (Also this is a given, but I feel the need to stress this: I will not roleplay this type of content with any muns below 18.)

Writing

I am open to any length, and personally try to match my partner's length. However, I'm not too fussed with my partners' response length in return— what I need to go off on is substance, not beefed up word counts. As such, I've found find it helps me greatly to discuss OOC interesting scenarios to toss our muses in beforehand in DMs or otherwise.

On that note, feel free to DM me for my Discord information for such purposes! I also roleplay this muse on there as well.

Also on that note, while I can try to draft a starter purely from scratch, again, it helps a lot if we've discussed some potential scenarios beforehand— especially if your character is from a different universe or canon from mine.

I am not fussed with whether or not you use icons, and I'm cool with whatever way you format your replies so long as they remain fairly legible.

Also, please don't ever worry about being slow to reply, or forgetting about or dropping threads! Roleplaying is first and foremost supposed to be for fun and relaxation, so I'm not bothered at all by these sorts of things (though if you do give me a heads-up of any sort, that's still very much appreciated).

Pairing

For all intents and purposes, this muse is multi-ship; effectively polyamorous within his own canon (able to be attracted to more than one person, within the same verse and across verses), and as such is open to ships on top of the ship written into his main verse with his world's own Yoshiya "Joshua" Kiryu (as written into his backstory).

That being said I ship based on chemistry; plotting, sharing headcanons, or otherwise discussing their relationship loosely OOC still definitely count— I just need some kind of foundation or some kind of rapport with my partner before I can get into a ship.

Miscellaneous

Please don't feel the need to pull punches with your muse, as I do my best not to with mine. Hanekoma is pretty formidable in several aspects, so he's able to hold his own fairly well, and he generally does things with and in spite of an awareness of their possible consequences.

I personally made the art I use for the graphics on this blog, as well as edited my own icons (and drew the art in those that aren't using material from the games). Please do not steal them. (Though, if you'd like for me to help create graphics for your muse/s, feel free to ask! If I'm not busy I just might take a crack at it if I know you well enough.)

I feel this is a given but: do not Godmod, roleplay out my muse's actions, or perform any other form of "munching".

Thanks for reaching out and letting me know! Yeah, I saw your other blog is a little heavier on darker themes that I prefer not to write too much of (I won’t write sexual assault at all and violence/gore is more or less restricted to Sonia as a Remnant of Despair, and I don’t like/don’t feel comfortable writing that verse too often for a variety of reasons). I think my biggest question/concern is, like yours, how to have our characters meet.

By choice I don’t do a lot of fighting threads or magic-based threads. Fighting threads tend to bore me and as far as magic goes, I pretty much write only one verse featuring magic elements and it’s heavily plotted and discussed about with the other mun regarding plot development and comfort level. That’s why I thought your royalty blog might be easier for me and Sonia to interact with, at least at first. I’m comfortable with historical AUs but not really fantasy AUs, if that makes sense.

Sup. Hello, so I’m planning on revamping a roleplay I attempted a few months back but didn’t get very far due to some personal issues. But I’m in a better place now and am hoping to get something going. I had two admins with me for it previously but I don’t believe either will be returning at least not in an admin capacity. (Though much love for both of them and everything they did for the original version of the RP) So essentially I’m in search of some people who might be looking to help me admin a revamped roleplay. 

Genres & Type: It’s mystery + pacific northwest gothic + some supernatural elements and will be a skeleton roleplay (though originally it was OC). It will also be a full-app roleplay, but with a little bit different format than typically seen. 

Co-Admins Needed: 1-2 would be perfect.

Jobs Needed: (1) I’m in need of someone who is good with a lot of the day-to-day stuff like queueing promos, answering asks and posting on main, updating pages like app count, and possibly data-entry like updating skeleton/bio information. (2) I also really need someone who is going to dive heavy into the plot/skeleton development with me. I really want a partner or partners who are just as wrapped up in everything as me lol. While I have some base plot, vibe, and ideas for the rp down, I need someone who can help me actually turn these ideas into reality. 

Plot Details: Basically the roleplay is set in one of those ‘not even on the map’ towns in the middle of the Washington Cascades about 2-ish hours northeast of Seattle. It’s surrounding by mountains, forrests, and a crystal clear lake. But as beautiful as it appears, it’s got a lot of crazy going on underneath. The area has as far back as the town’s existence has always seemed to attract the weird and down right mind-boggling. From serial killers to strange disappearances and random animal attacks to the supposed cult that lives just outside of town. Blackwood Pines is a nexus of weird. 

Originally when I first began working on Version 1.0, it was going to be strictly a weird town with vague references to the supernatural but shortly after launching it morphed well into a supernatural roleplay with quite a few different species and a semi-heavy lore introduced. And while I loved it in part I also sort of regret it in hindsight because it lost some of the heavier plain ol’ mystery vibe I was originally going for. But at the time it felt like the right choice. 

But with 2.0 I really want to return to my original plan, at least mostly. I still want to include a bit more supernatural elements than originally intended but I’m struggling with how to toe the line and find the balance. Which is something that comes into play with the kind of co-admin(s) I’m looking for. I need someone who can help me find the sweet spot. Also little tidbit I’m really wanting to do the skeletons influenced by the constellations.
