since i am in university (unfortunately) i like putting them in my shoes because i hate them. i think narcissa woudl be an english, psychology, or anthropology major, and alice would be an engineering, music, health sciences, or biology major (i have a lot of Career Paths in mind for her). she could also do english for Rivalry reasons ( I AM AN ENGLISH MAJOR IF YOU COULDNT TELL)

Do u like like Daemon x Alys dynamics in the show? I feel like they have so delicious chemistry! Def more than with older Rhaenyra. Btw, I was expecting at least a kiss or maybe even a sex scene. Without them the ending feels… empty. Apart from that, «prophecy motivation» for Alys doesn’t work well I guess erasing her independence in some ways and destroying Daemon’s specific traits of character. I liked their final touch though. Also inside the show (not the book obviously) they were and were called like kindred spirits… And that fits so well!

P. S. Alys is only one woman in Daemon’s life who has power above him or near him even considering her age… So yeah

I actually do ship them! just not as much as Laena x Daemon or Alicent x Daemon. I was hoping for at least a tearful kiss at the end, but def a sex scene. I really think they are both lost souls who found themselves through the other, and that kind of relationship always makes me want to ship people lol.

I've thought about making a fic for them one day, probably will, but it would probably be after This Mysterious Love (my Alicent x Daemon fic on my fic account @ashblooddragons), the Laena x Daemon fic and the Aemond x Velaryon niece fic (and yes she is actually Laenors kid).

This is my first novel, it's young adult sci-fi, focuses on equality, chronic illness & disabilities, diversity, government corruption, found family, rebellion. It's got a diverse cast led by Harry, who is a soft pansexual bookworm with a sweet tooth. I'm currently editing & looking for beta readers for the next draft.

My next book project is still very early days but it's a very queer holiday romance.

Coral 'Corey' Henderson is on holiday in Majorca for 2 weeks, her sister missed the start of the holiday leaving her alone. Enter Alice Ortiz, a member of an Abba tribute act performing at the hotel.

All of Abba Nice Day are queer, Corey is a ginger plus size Scottish lesbian event planner, Alice is a bisexual Geordie (half Spanish) who loves singing but also wants to go to uni to study politics. This book will explore family dynamics, dementia, biphobia, body image, protesting & finding your purpose. I'll do a call out for betas when we get to it!

How did you actually come up with mayhem x not cup? It seems like such a weird yet canon ship I love it I want to learn more

Oh i actually had art of that ship waaaaay back before posting on tumblr

Made this around the middle of last year. And then i posted this when i first started tumblr (you long-time fishies/followers out there who was with me with my first post might remember this lol)

From all i could remember from my past-self's thoughts, Not-Cup was, from what i imagined, a hollow and black eyed version of Cuphead that appeared in real Cuphead's dream in the labyrinth. Which is waaaaay different cuz in the canon, its actually just the usual cuphead that we know, except evil with toungue. I was wondering why he was in the Tear—was he an anomaly like mayhem? Was he an illusion like ava and black hat? Or is he smth else like i dunno, a future cuphead that is potentially possessed by an ink machine part? (As you guys know, when a character gets possessed by this shit, their eyes turn black like Cog!Holly, Cog!Cala and Instument!boris and sarah. Except the brush with mick tho, i dunno why is that)

But anyway, this question gets unanswered leaving me to headcanon that he is an "actual" character and not just a manifestation or illusion of the labyrinth. Just like Mayhem who we thought was an illusion till she's revealed to be an actual character in the series. (This question regarding Not-Cup is still unanswered lol, regardless of an answer, im still shipping them)

Now, onto the actual question, well i dunno if u ship cuphead and holly (i do) and if you'd notice, witchbrew is (obviously) a parallel of the colly ship. Colly are in the hero side, while Witchbrew is on the villain side. I would love to see an actual couple be villains, it sucks that theyre always single XD. If Cuphead had his Holly, then why cant Mayhem have her Not-Cup, hm? Nah-uh aint gonna let that happen

And then boom! This shit--i mean ship is created. Lol i dunno if this makes any sense 😭

Also this ship has ties with my theory regarding of Mayhem's origin and if there will be a canon origin of her story thats gonna be different from my theory, well, lets say this might just be a small fanon ship that randomly came outta nowhere XD

Regarding their origin love story, it starts with my theory that Mayhem is the future Holly that is fully possessed by the cog when the questers went to the desert (forgot its name) to finf the machine. Cuphead goes desperate and asks help from a part? (Eh, i really havent thought about how cuphead got possessed lol) And then he teams up with Mayhem.

The problem is, Cuphead did it out of love, regrets (regret that he didnt manage to save holly even tho it wasnt his fault), and guilt. While Mayhem got possessed by the Cog due to her previous connection to it that got stronger. So i this ship, its painfully one-sided. Painful truth.

But when interacting, they act a bit like a bickering couple, Mayhem being the terrifying teaser she is while Not-cup is the sarcastic serious one. Tho he sometimes act like the actual Cuphead Dish from the questers. They may also act a bit like the duplicates of Colly in appearance.

Not-Cup likes to help Mayhem mess with the Questers as they try to hunt down and restore the duo.

And as for Chaos the Cat... I dunno where the fuck does he fit in lol

From what i remember i think i had a digital version of Mayhem's Tango? Its burried deep down in the ocean... Btw Mayhem's tango was inspired by the song "You'll be mine (Alice's Tango)" by Chi-Chi. I also had other songs that i associate mayhem with (mostly its just bendy fansongs lol) but i dunno if u wanna hear abt it :/

Im also glad that you love this silly lil ship i made! Hmmmmm 🤔 you know what? I’m gonna be extra and put multiple here bc some lines I like for very different reasons…so yep, this is me once again failing to make a decision 😁👍

[Part of why I like that line from ‘The Shards Surrounding Us’ best is bc in that fic it’s centred around Isadora post-canon, and so-to reflect on how consumed she is by her trauma- details related to her trauma (of the Quagmire fire+of almost drowning after the self sustaining hot air mobile home is demolished by eagles) bleed into her descriptions of her mundane life with Justice Strauss. And I feel that the line above really shows the difficulty of her past+how it’s impacting her present. (‘flooded’ reminding of her almost drowning, the intensity of the ‘sunlight’ reminding of the intense flames which burnt her home down, then, this is followed by a description of how she feels she does not belong+is an intruder in Justice Strauss’ house.) ]

I could ramble on and on about ’The Shards Surrounding us’ for a lot longer since ngl I put a lot of thought into that 1, but I’ll stop rambling for now🫡👍 (tho if u ever want to ask questions abt it or anything then I will be more than happy to answer) :)

i do wish things were different and i wouldn't have to say this but i'm afraid most if not all big politicians with influence have lost sight of what's important and are mostly driven by greed and power. most people see the career path of a politician and have high hopes that they'll create change and make a difference, but when you enter that world you quickly realize the best way to keep your seat in the government is to align your political views with whoever pays you more to push your campaign forward :( sure there are probably exceptions, but it would take a lot more than exceptions to flip the current political climate. that's why it's so so important for us regular citizens to create change ourselves!! all these protests and boycotts may not seem like they're doing much from our perspective, but we're all exercising our free speech in a way our governments can't suppress. educating ourself, spreading awareness, donating, sharing information—they're all ways for us to reclaim the power of the people

hi! usually scared to send asks to people but i would like to hear your connor headcanons because i want to know the lore behind all of your extremely pretty connor drawings

HII omg dont be !! pls feel free to send stuff whenever !! ok so i have TONS of connor hc’s ( i’ve been writing as him & for him for years now ) but here’s my faves + the ones that are usually present in my art . ( gotta mention that some are very personal & self indulgent bc i see myself in connor a LOT 😭 ) tw for a quick mention of razors .

- i made a post abt this hc here but i’m adding it because it’s the main reason why i use a certain color for connor’s hair , & that is that connor is a ginger ( just like zoe & cynthia ) & he dyes his hair a darker color so he doesn’t look much like them ( & he doesn’t get associated with zoe much at school ) he usually uses a dark brown or even black , but it’s usually very sloppy so his hair ends up being patchy in some areas or just not dark enough .

- connor uses he / they pronouns mostly bc they’re very detached to his gender identity because they don’t feel human most of the time . connor looks in the mirror & doesn’t think ‘ boy ‘ , most of the time he thinks ‘ failure ‘ , ‘ disappointment ‘ , ‘ monster ‘ . he’s also unlabeled & mostly finds male presenting ppl attractive but has been with female presenting ppl a few times . ( i’ll mostly use he / him in tags but in my writing i will use both set of pronouns ! )

- ik freckles have been a recurring headcanon for connor throughout the years in the fandom but i wanna add it too bc his freckles mean so much to me . a connor without freckles is like an angel without its wings likeee ! ( i usually add freckles to charas that i like tho ) they are usually more present over his cheeks , shoulders & chest . some on his hands & thighs too . for a while , connor fucking HATED them , & i once wrote a lil thing where he even tried to remove a particularly big one near his lip w a razor . ( i add it to my drawings a lot , if you check it’s above the right ( his left ) corner of his lip )

- his hair length varies a lot in my stuff bc i’ll sometimes get carried away & make it longer for aesthetic or composition purposes , but i do believe connor would def let it get longer than shoulder length ( not small of his back like in some of my stuff , but definitely to half of his chest maybe ? ) larry def gives him shit abt it & only encourages him to keep it longer & longer .

- this is also a recurring hc but imma mention it too & that’s eyeliner . & tons of it . i’ll sometimes make it smudged bc connor will prob cry & it’ll run . once he’s done he’ll just apply more over it . & black nail polish too ofc .

Oh my girls get so existential </3 Alice is functionally immortal! She Is The Universe! She doesn't know what the fuck that even MEANS and it scares the both of them!!!

They really just don't wanna lose each other but they're both painfully aware of how fragile human life is :(

I don't want to get too sad here so I will end this off with something sliiiightly more lighthearted: Diana has made a Very Detailed Instructional Booklet for Alice on how to reanimate her if she were to die an untimely death <3 With lil diagrams and everything!! They try to ignore how morbid this is

Also Diana is scared of snakes lol

16. What was your first major project? How far along is it?

HONESTLY very much depends on how you define "major" project KMLFMKR For reasons wayyy too personal to share publically, I hadn't really started actively working on any major projects until relatively recently!! A lil while back I downloaded RPGmaker n started a sillay little game called "Pumpkin wants Ice Cream", its about a sillyfunny (but also Not Mentally Well) girl n her (not mentally well too) besties learning about how to navigate social bonds (and eating sooo much ice cream) <3

I GOT A FAIR AMNT OF PROGRESS ON IT but it eventually got put on the backburner bc i got preoccupied with the whole Diamond Experiments project (WHICH IS COMING BACK EVENTUALLY BTW!!! i am just working through Stuff and Things rn. let me cook, ok)

DEX is the only continuous project I've posted publically tho!!
