I'm super happy to see you're enjoying the twins AU! As for Penelope and Telemachus, they're perfectly cool with it and love the babies with all their hearts <3

Penelope helped deliver the twins (along with Artemis) and is honestly sooo proud of her hubby for this. She was pregnant once as well, so she knows exactly what to do and how to help Ody through it all. She's his rock and biggest support in life.

Telemachus also adores the twins and sees them as his brothers. Honestly, he's been all on his own throughout most of his life so when he found out he was going to become a big brother, he was beyond elated! Dude spent days just losing his mind and going wild XD

The whole family loves the babies so, so much and spoils them like crazy. They'll grow up surrounded by love and attention <333

Anyway, thank you for asking and I hope this answer was good enough XD

A rather gluttonous god, always seeking his next delight. He enjoys toying with mortals and bothering those around him. Despite this, he has a rather short temper; Some say he may be compensating for his past.

HADES - HE/HIM - LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD AND RICHES

Once bitter and cruel, Hades has grown kinder over the past few centuries. Now, he guides souls, cares for them and enjoys watching mortals. Still, he fears the day he may need to use his rage once more.

Like. Hades & Zeus were best friends during the war. Hades was Zeus’s solace as he dealt with various political & social affairs that have to do with being The Leader and Prophecy Child while Zeus was Hades’s solace as being the only one who would Sit Down And Work With Him bc most of the others just dismissed him bc he was in the background a lot or were scared of him bc he has a Resting Bitch/Protective Face. Hades going through the war and ending it thinking that this friendship and partnership would extend to Zeus’s Reign and they would be near-equals or at least Hades would be a good counsel but next think he [Hades] knows, Poseidon, their anger-filled and not-quite-all-there brother, is laughing directly at Zeus’s side & Hades is banished to the deep depths, forced to hold their Father’s and abusers’ key. Poseidon who they can never seem to explain the difference of morals between squashing ants vs humans, Poseidon who enjoys the interest of torture but hates eating bc it ‘feels weird’ in their body, Poseidon who has inhuman amounts of power and stamina but whose help is just as unreliable as the Ocean’s. Poseidon who could have ended the war as soon as it woke up but found a way to wander away each time. Poseidon who they thought was a traitor for a long while. Hades was Zeus’s best friend, but Poseidon who barely anybody seems to know stands at his side? Hades was known throughout the war as many things, the holder of grudges most prevalent of all of them, and that’s going to bite Zeus who once relied on that best of all the most in the butt.

My latest angst Big Six + PJO hyperfixation scene:

Percy: We were child!

Zeus: And so were we!

(Me who hcs the war to start when Zeus was 16 bur also that Zeus was literally groomed for this moment and the war since day one.

[And possibly all the others too- that’s a different hc from a fic tho. But Metis and Leto and all the Satyrs & Nymphs that helped him were also probably heavily groomed too, to follow Zeus’s every move at least unless they gain Rhea’s wrath]

honestly this is so real.

I like to think there is a meeting going on between the gods and Demigods.

And Zeus and Percy get into like a fight about you know gods sending their children off to fight at such a young age and Zeus is getting really heated and angry and a siblings are like realizing they're like. Oh shit he's getting pissed. That's not good.

They try to calm him down but Percy is still pushing it and he says.

"We were children!!" And Zeus responded with the "So we're we!!" and everyone was just like.... What do you mean.

And then his siblings take him out of the room and tell everyone the meeting is over.

But in all realness I really love this and I really want to hear more!!!

I was just going through your posts about how the Olympians feel about Apollo and something hit me, I think the reason he is Zeus' fav is because he is not a child from his marriage with Hera, like Ares

Like how Zeus was a child of Kronos and Rhea but Kronos still had other affairs but in the end it was Zeus who overthrew him, soooo if we apply the same logic to the gods...

Technically Ares would be the son Zeus would be afraid of but not Apollo, since Apollo is not his child via his marriage with Hera

So maybe that's why Zeus doesn't like Ares whereas his other children like Athena and Apollo are his faves?

Your thoughts on his headcanon?

Honestly, while Zeus doesn't like Ares, I don't think he's scared of him - no offense to Ares, but he isn't exactly the power in the room 99% of the time.

But I can see Zeus believing his upheaval would come from a child of Hera and not one of his trysts.

Which would make Apollo & Athena's betrayal all the more satisfying heh heh

Who knows maybe Zeus would be like "godsdammit Ares was a bad influence on them!" (probably mostly Apollo since Athena and Ares don't get along).

Someone (who???) killed this son gave Zeus a choice: he could sleep for 4000 years but never see unipedal wolfbot again, or reunite with monopod awooo in death. He chose different in different tellings, but angsted either way
