You saw something in the flames the day you got your powers; five years later, its visage still dogs your steps.

There was once a place the youths of Osprey Bay went to party without the risk of parents, rules—problems: 'Froggy Island', an archipelago in the center of Lake Hackett. You couldn't claim you'd survived Osprey High without making your mark on the Rock.

You made the trip to the lake island for senior year graduation. There were youths of all ages there that night—strangers, rivals, friends. All joined together for the traditional coming-of-age ritual.

But another ritual was underway, and the creature performing it hadn’t anticipated an interruption.

A group of five stragglers happened upon that clearing; you were the only ones who made it off the island unscathed when the flames consumed it.

Unscathed, and brimming with new magic.

Now in your early twenties, your powers of invisibility haven't been enough to hide from the memory of what you saw in that fire. You're living out of town, out of contact with the only other people who might understand; it's what you all agreed was best.

But now something is tugging at you, gnawing at you, giving you no peace, no sleep, no life until you do as it bids: return to Osprey Bay.

Hazbin Hotel is pretty good. I’m very late to the game but I love the Broadway people and I’ve thought of a detail that I don’t think some people have:

Adam states that one of the criteria to enter heaven is to ‘stick it to the man’. Now, Adam is played by Alex Brightman, famous for playing Beetlejuice, but one of his first roles on Broadway was Dewey Finn in School of Rock where there is literally a whole song entitled ‘Stick It To The Man’ which in turn is based on a whole thing from the original film. Anyway, speaking as a theatre nerd AND a new Hazbin Hotel fan, I must say that I love the reference to Alex Brightman’s beginnings.

I was listening to When I Climb to the Top of Mount Rock and got inspired to draw him! I'd like to make a reference sheet for him like I did with Beetlejuice and Lydia at some point in the future, but right now, I'm working on another project-

I couldn't resist giving him a bit of Beetlejuice vibes... He has this mix of anger and passion that I really like, and I wanted to reflect that in my design.

Also! Here's a quick headcanon (or just canon?) for ya - Dewey really hates his old band, No Vacancy. Even before he got kicked out, he couldn't stand them making jokes about his weight, or calling him lazy. He also just found their music to be completely shallow and vain, that's why he always felt the need to bring some energy to it.

I feel there is something to Lestat’s glam rock thing and Daniel being a young man in the 70s and a newly reborn vampire that's going to be fun.

Yes!! AC/DC isn't glam, but having Daniel in one of their shirts post-turning in the finale felt like such a wink to the rockstar era we're heading into (and to Sam, given AC/DC's Australian, haha), but also an indication that Daniel's maybe more of a music fan than we've seen on the show so far. Given his age, I feel like there's so much they can do that with that too in terms of musical references and influences and how Daniel and Lestat might connect.

My attempts at school Homura and Madoka in infinity Nikki Code for Homura import is 7aEhhLhJhy#

I couldn’t get the shades of tan any lighter nor could I get an exact black or white since they weren’t in the swatches for this outfit 🙄 Also could not find a subtle headband to work for homura. There’s a green one in game I thought could be decent if dyed to red but it won’t show up on the dye list :/ (and It would have stacked with the bow it would have looked so good)

however 😭 the hair I’m using for Madoka is the sharks mirage and for this shade of pink I cannot unlock it until I get another copy of sharks mirage 😭😭 (the best pink I can get is like a hot fuschia pink until i get another copy of shark) and Homura’s hair is from the new miracle outfit and you get black variant for glowing up the hair to max (also this hair works so well for homura imo) from behind it really looks like her lol.

Also ...is it sad that I knew exactly what scene to look up in the anime to see if Homura’s school bag were the same color as madoka’s because madoka’s bag is in a few of her concept art but I couldn't find Homura’s but I knew i could go to the exact scene where she talks to madoka’s baby brother after madokami rewrites the world... like why did I know she places her bag down in that scene to talk to him how many times have I watched that damn show 😭
