sometimes i randomly remember how insane maggie stiefvater was for making ronan lynch—a man that can create reality—a man of god, when he himself is a god of a man. then to take this man and have him be not only in love with, but a literal soulmate of a man named adam. parrish. adam parrish. who, mind you, lives above ronan's very own place of worship. and is the namesake of the first of mankind that the bible says god made from the literal dust of the ground (adam parrish: comes from nothing, hair "dusty" in color) and appoints him to care for the garden of eden (adam parrish: sacrifices himself to ronan's sentient forest). then has adam viewing ronan as a god and ronan saying "maybe he dreamt (created)" adam???? like who just fucking writes that and goes about their life?

Noticed some similarities between my main pairings from my last 3 hyperfixations
#i may have phrased some of these poorly i made this at 2 am#the bujeet/heavymedic and symbrock/heavymedic ones are pretty self explanatory i think#the bujeet breakup arc is from bully bromance breakup#symbrock actually had 2 breakup arcs - their separation in venom 1 and the main plot of venom 2#symbrock being symbiotic is pretty self explanatory and the most literal of the 3#bujeet describes their relationship as symbiotic in frenemies#“this is a symbiotic relation… ship”#for heavymedic it’s a little less straightforward#but in gameplay a heavymedic pair could easily be described as symbiotic#medic provides healing and uber in exchange for protection and (potentially) sandviches#and they’re more formidable as a pair than either is alone#venom#veddie#symbrock#eddie brock#bujeet#buford van stomm#baljeet tjinder#heavymedic#red oktoberfest

Top 10 worst places to be during the events of ASOIAF:
10. The Iron Islands: imagine being gay or a woman or gay and a woman in the iron islands. everyone is insufferable, their religion is fake as shit AND you have to deal with all the greyjoy bullshit. no thanks.
9. Volantis: TERRIBLE weather. every character who goes there spends the whole time complaining about how shitty it is. most of the population is enslaved and the city is a brewing hotpot for war and rebellion. probably stinks.
8. King's Landing: the realm capital, so pretty much every conflict that arises is going to affect you directly. smells like literal shit, the population is always starving and the whole city is a ticking timebomb laced with wildfire that is 100% going to explode in the next books. cersei lannister is also there.
7. The Shadow: tbh I'm not sure what's going on there but it doesn't look good. no place that produced girlboss supreme melisandre of asshai can be normal or good or pleasant.
6. Beyond The Wall: winter is coming and we are all going to die. whole place is so doomed it's entire population is trying to leave. an actual metaphor for climate change. there are also zombies.
5. The Red Waste: very hot.
4. Slaver's Bay: you read the books I don't need to explain it.
3. The Sorrows: cursed river. the water is literally haunted and if you stay there long enough you get super cancer. probably stinks.
2. Valyria: literal hell. can also give you another kind of super cancer. the sea is on fire and god is dead.
