🪞 The Founder: What You Are When You Are Nothing

He isn’t made to survive. He’s made to dominate.

This isn’t Create-A-Sim. This is configuration. You’re not picking a name. You’re pulling a weapon from the dark.

Before the descent begins, your Founder must be engineered, trait by trait, flaw by flaw, for seduction, scarcity, and absolute control. This page outlines how to build him right… or how to watch him break.

🧬 Sim Identity Requirements

Gender:

The Founder must be male to align with mod-based systems, client mechanics, and the Big Dick trait from KMI.

Life Stage & Settings:

Must be a Young Adult

Aging must be enabled

Lifespan must be set to Long

🎭 Required Traits (CAS)

The Founder begins with the following five traits: These are not optional. They define his starting edge.

✦ Manipulator (Artemissy) -> Strategic, emotionally intelligent, always calculating

✦ Seducer (Kiara) -> Natural charm; eases client conversion

✦ Talented (Kiara) -> Cross-discipline edge

✦ Heartbreaker (Chingyu) -> Emotional fallout; narrative volatility

✦ Woohoo Lover (Kiara) -> Sexual drive and mood sensitivity

📌 Mod links available on the Required Mods page. These traits create tension: the Founder is seductive, emotionally volatile, deeply manipulative, and compulsive. You are not building for survival. You are building for control.

🎯 CAS Aspiration (Must Assign in CAS)

StrangerVille Mystery This is required and must be selected at the start. Do not switch it out. This aspiration’s structure is necessary for the challenge’s deeper narrative mechanics and hidden unlock paths.

💰 Starting Funds

Your Founder must begin the game with §0

No cheats or household income allowed

All objects and income must be earned through the systems outlined in the challenge

🪞 Visual & Environmental Setup

You’re not just building a Sim. You’re setting a tone.

Suggested CAS Aesthetic:

Cold or sharp features; no softness unless it hides something

Minimalist or industrial clothing

Avoid friendly, vibrant color schemes

You are not building a boyfriend. You are building a controlled burn.

College/House Fund - Future-oriented; used to unlock legacy structures

Income Split:

40% → College/House Fund

30% → Sacrifice Account

30% → Main Account

All earnings must be routed through these accounts. No direct wallet earnings are permitted unless phase rules state otherwise.

The second lot of my Victorian london save file "Rule Simtannia", this time a community lot. Situated on what was once a natural spring bath famed for being the resting place of a certain sea monster, this land was purchased by a landgraab ancestor in the 1700s and revitalised into a community market.

There are several activities for sims to undertake with a bar, small café, skill building objects like punching bags and flower arranging tables and of course several selling tables both stocked and unstocked as well as lots of screenshot opportunities of course!

This is not just a challenge. It is a story you shape through denial, devotion, and descent.
