I think Soap would be the type of guy to really get into movies, like very emotionally invested in them.

Sometimes he’ll just randomly yell when he gets too excited or frustrated

“RUN, DAMNIT!”

And like when watching sad movies people can swear they hear him sniffling and see remnants of wiped tears

He watched Inside Out and Inside Out 2 and cried during BOTH of them.

“It’s just so sad, though!”, he says when he’s told he’s overreacting (usually by Ghost)

Price’s children would be pretty well-behaved. Listen to him well, respect their elders, etc.

Gaz’s children would be a bit snobby, really into sports, a bit more hardheaded.

Soap’s kids are little menaces, but have hearts of gold. Would do anything for their family and friends, love their parents more than anything in the world.

Ghost’s children- and they’re all girls- are the most spoiled little divas any of the other guys have ever met. The minute he sees one of their little lips quiver, he’s offering snacks, lollies, money, the shirt off of his back- hell, the shirt off of Soap’s back. Poor guy can’t stand to see his little girls upset.

I can just imagine the cod boys beefing up on deployment. They’re already big but they come home after 8 months or so and they’ve nearly doubled in muscle mass, a little fat to go with it.

You’re frothing at the mouth when your man comes walking through the door. His usual uniform top clinging for life around his biceps. The fabric struggling to stretch around his body. His pants molded to his thighs.

After months of him being touch starved, nearly nutting at the thought of simply holding you, he gets all the affection and then some when you can’t keep your hands off of him.

He drops his bags down and you just start going off about how big he’s gotten, groping his giant pecs, running your hands all over him.

Eventually he has to start prying your hands off of him because you cannot help yourself.

Roommates are sometimes absolute assholes. But not Alex Keller, Alex Keller would be a good damn roommate. You wouldn't have to worry about him arguing on the phone with someone at 1:00 AM when you have work early in the morning. You may just have to remind him to turn down his romcoms late at night.

That goes for Gaz as well, he'd honestly be the one getting onto me for leaving my dishes in the sink. He'd put you in your place so fast it would leave you awestruck and you'd end up washing his dishes out of confusion. The apartment? It would smell so nice in a natural way.

Soap.... Soap wouldn't intentionally be a bad roommate. But I have a feeling that he'd accidentally be loud late at night or early in the morning. He doesn't think about the fact that you're still nice in bed when he comes back from the gym and starts making a protein smoothie. After the first couple of times of you complaining tho, he'd switch to making them the day before.

And do you even actually have a roommate when it comes to Ghost? Yeah, he pays his share of rent and utilities but he's sighted less than the local cryptid. The one time you did seem to see him was at 3:00 AM when you went to go get water. You screamed so loudly that your neighbors thought someone had broken into your apartment.

Price isn't your roommate. He's your whole ass husband. The fridge and pantry are full of beers, meat and potatoes. After plenty of persuading he's finally agreed to stop smoking in the apartment, but the smell from his cigar still lingers a little.

Retired Price who can not let go! He’s constantly checking in with his team he misses them and wants to know how they’re doing :( but perhaps multiple times a day

Retired Price whose wife is ecstatic to be spending more time with him only to have him moping around grieving the loss of his beloved job.

Retired Price who, though old, cannot stop moving and always has to be active even if it causes some strain on his back

Retired Price who finally calms down… after he threw out his back. The wife has never seen John so calm before but there he was in the backyard sitting on a lawn chair listening to his audio book clipping away at his bonsai.

Retired price who is now obsessed with keeping his lawn extra tidy. He bought a new (and expensive) lawn mover, waters it every morning, makes sure none of it is dead. Anything to keep his lawn in tip top shape

Retired Price who keeps finding things wrong with the house and throws himself into renovation mode fixing every little problem he finds

Retired Price who can finally get back into his hobbies and finally get back working on his dads old 64 Chevy Impala

Retired Price who’s cut down the texts to his boys from every day to every other day which is progress.

Retired Price who is having much more fun spending time with the missus now that he knows how to relax. They have lots of fun gardening, cooking, baking, and just being in each other’s company.

Retired Price who still goes on hikes but doesnt make it John prices mission to get from point A to point B. His only mission is to enjoy his hike with his lovely wife.

Retired Price who finally finished the car and takes the missus to the beach for a well earned picnic with no hike

Retired Price whose house and lawn has never looked better. Who has a cool new (old) car. Who’s picked up a few new hobbies and skills and who’s been the happiest he’s been for a while

Retired Price who realised he made this decision for his wife therefore he will spend the rest of his life with her and keep her happy. After all happy wife happy life.

honestly, who knows how it starts... but one day gaz and soap figure they've both 'off-handedly' seen one of your clips and liked you.

the two of them talk more about your streams after that.

a murmur between two friends... occasionally holding their phones up to show each other new clips and vods of yours...

maybe they both secretly sub to your channel without the other knowing...

whatever the two of them 'chat' about though, ghost and price initially don't pay them much mind

until soap finally shoves the phone into ghosts face and forces the masked man to watch

ghost actually quirks the smallest grin under his mask at one of your clips

its you playing a horror game and getting scared (he loves your horror streams)

price on the other hand, picks up the chatter about you and fills in the blanks himself

each of them thinks your cute, with ghost and price usually having their eyes on your webcam instead of... whatever game you're playing

Once, price caught the three of them huddled together. supposed to be gearing up for a mission. And instead its Soap and Gaz sitting shoulder to shoulder, snickering to themselves and nudging each other knowingly while Ghost stands, glancing occasionally over their shoulders while pretending not to care. When caught, they expect price to scold them, but the captain just sighs and nods "Come on then, lets see it"

they all watch it.

soap actually gifts some subs to you, just to rub it in everyone's faces that you thanked him and said his name

yes, he plays the clip to annoy the others. its saved in his phone "just for that reason"

ghost and gaz eventually follow you on your other platforms, but only gaz would bring it up in conversation

ghost cannot be caught looking personally at your stuff

price on the other hand, just likes to relax on his off days. remembering how calming your voice is when you're 'just chatting' or playing something relaxing and falls asleep with your streams playing in the background

(opening fan mail) soap would send a gag gift to you (him and ghost snorting as they watch you open it)

ghost would get you a stuffed animal/plushie, which he's surprised to learn that the little thing is still sitting on your desk, in full view of the webcam.

they all think its fucking hilarious when you rage, slam shit, or just turn away to cool off

Price’s kids each having a favorite uncle (Gaz, Soap, Simon) is my favorite thought

Price is pissed that his daughter speaks with uncle Soap’s Scottish accent and says things like “Steamin’ Jesus!” when she spills her juice or breaks a crayon

His son, bless his heart, took it to heart when uncle Si said that he’s so big and strong because he eats his spinach (because he overheard that the li’l man said he hates spinach). Poor kid gags and chokes it down every day, no matter what his mum has made for dinner

Having uncle Kyle as the favorite made sense to Price… until Gaz spends the whole weekend teaching the little ones how to prank their old dad; setting up a whoopee cushion in his recliner, making prank calls from Gaz’s phone, ding-dong ditching from the front door, then running to the back door and doing it again

Caregiver! Price who isn't as strict as you'd expect, except for with routine. Morning routine, night routine, nap times, mealtimes, and clean ups, he's on top of it all. He knows his boys need and do well with routine, so he makes sure to keep one. Also a big fan of sticker charts and treasure box treats.

Caregiver! Price who has learned how to cook at least minimally so his babies aren't eating microwave meals and MREs. He knows a few basic casseroles, and how to cook up veggies so that they get eaten.

Caregiver! Price who is great at soothing his boys no matter what. Nightmares? He's singing a lullaby and letting them cuddle in bed with him. Trauma induced regression? He's there for it with no judgment. Baby being just plain fussy? They get swaddled up and rocked in his rocking chair, being told a story.

Caregiver! Price who knows what it feels like to want love, attention, and care, so he works to provide that for his boys when they regress. He makes sure to have one on one outings with them. Making sure it's within their interests. Art classes at the library for Soap, puppet shows for Simon, and interactive museums for Gaz.

Caregiver! Price that never uses call signs or even real names with his boys. When they are little, it's either a shortened version of their name or a nickname.

Caregiver! Price who can't help but spoil his little ones a little A LOT, with toys they never had or lost during childhood, coloring books, movies, and even stuffed animals (the big ones that are practically body pillows) his boys can't have the full comfort of a nursery, and it's hard to find onesies that fit, so he makes up for it anyway he can.

Caregiver! Price, who was never able to settle down and have kids, realized that having his boys to take care of was just as fulfilling.

Autistic Ghost Headcannons

- Intentionally ignores social cues

- Scowls all the time at everything and everyone but usually not on purpose

- Takes full advantage of his ear defenders and balaclava to avoid sensory experiences he dislikes

- Incredibly restrictive eating, often chooses to go hungry rather than touch something he dislikes

- One of his favorite stims is smelling Soaps hair

- Gets overstimulated by certain things but is also very sensory seeking in other ways

- Wears tight gloves and sleeps under four weighted blankets because he likes the pressure

- Stims by making a tight fist, chewing his lips, scratching, hitting himself, leaning against things, rocking, pacing, rubbing the seam of his balaclava, tapping his ear defenders

- One track mind, he hates switching tasks and never does more than one thing at once unless it’s a hundred percent necessary

- Wears a mask largely to hide his scars and identity but it has the added benefit of keeping him from having to worry about making the correct facial expressions

- Very prone to dissociation

- Violent meltdowns, tends to have a vicious temper and destroy everything around him, hurting himself or anyone else unfortunate enough to cross his warpath

- But eventually when he’s in private he ends up just curling into himself and crying and rocking like he did as a kid

- It makes him feel incredibly vulnerable and he goes to extreme lengths to avoid the meltdowns which is a huge part of why they’re so bad

- Only Johnny and sometimes Price can calm him down

- Everyone else just thinks he has an explosive temper for no reason

- Ties his boots dangerously tight to get more sensory input

- Thrives under military routines but ignores rules that don’t make sense

- This definitely caused problems with COs in the past but Price is way more understanding and generally the 141 gets a lot of leniency on rules because of the type of work they do and the specific value of their skill sets

- Soap sleeps on top of him and always squeezes his hand a little too hard

- Hides in his room when overstimulated and shuts down completely, will literally disassociate for hours until Soap finds him

- Obsessively neat, nothing is ever anywhere other than where it’s supposed to be

- Doesn’t mind loud sounds but hates multiple sounds at once

- Explosions and gunfire are usually fine as long as he has his headphones but people talking and eating all at once in the mess makes him want to cry

- Absolutely despises crowds and will get very agitated and pissed off before eventually checking out until Johnny can get him back to a quiet space

- Soap letting him have the best vantage point when they go out because of how bad Simons PTSD and sensory issues are and he trusts Simon to watch his six

- Drinks but never to the point of being drunk

- Has the shittiest temperature regulation ever, gets so overheated but can’t figure out why and would freeze to death if it wasn’t for Soap making him put on layers because he’s basically immune to the cold

- Other than keeping his space clean which is mostly because it’s been beaten into him by his dad and then the army to the point where having a messy space will send him into a panic attack he’s a disaster. He never remembers to bring his dishes over to the tiny kitchen in the 141s rec room and routinely stares at things for days unable to complete simple tasks until he gets so pissed he ends up crying

- Price used to get annoyed by it and they’ve all three harassed him about it but once they realize that he’s genuinely struggling all three of them step in to make things easier for him, helping clean up his stuff in common spaces and wash dishes

- Soap definitely helps him with his laundry but only at 3am when he suddenly has the urge to do his own because ADHD

- His interoception is appalling, he’ll be furious and yell at recruits or just look at people like he wants to kill them on missions until Johnny leans over to subtly remind him that he hasn’t gone to the bathroom or eaten anything in eight hours

- Is fluent in BSL and uses it to communicate with Price when he’s in a verbal shutdown

- Soap and Gaz ask Price to teach them secretly and when they start signing to Ghost one day he’s absolutely shocked

- Generally he gets by with everyone else by grunting and scowling, people are too scared of him to call him out

- Most of his masking relies on peoples fear of him even though it often makes him feel even less human and it’s a vicious downward spiral

- Soap not being afraid of him was a really big deal because of this but also lead to him being really freaked out and unsure how to handle his prying

- Soap just finds him impossibly endearing and loves all the hidden little movements and noises he makes when they’re alone

- Lets Simon use his hands to fidget under the table during meetings

- Even though Soap isn’t the best at social cues himself he takes up explaining things to Ghost subtly whenever he can

- When Simon comes to his room to ask him about something someone said for the first time he’s ecstatic and considers it a great victory

- While a lot of Simons stims are more subtle or at least misinterpreted Soap will absolutely get hyped up when he’s stimming and start jumping or rocking or flapping his hands eagerly

- Soap sends him adhd x autism memes all the time and encourages Ghost to send back anything that interests him even if he thinks Soap won’t like it

- Is shocked to realize how strong Ghosts special interests are as his phone turns into a constant flood of articles and artwork about things Ghost loves

- Included but not limited to guns, puzzles, animal anatomy and bones, flowers (specifically the meanings of flowers) and many others

- Taking things apart and putting them back together, usually his rifle but will generally do it with everything from pens to knives

- Hoards weird things like old ink cartridges and bullet casings

- Has an unbelievable memory for details of old missions, can remember building layouts from over five years ago

- Soap’s room is so chaotic they barely spend time there because of how much it stresses Ghost out

- Generally they just balance each other out well with Simon being aggressively introverted and Soap being just as extroverted

- He pushes Simon a bit outside of his comfort zone and helps him socialize while Ghost reigns him in

- No one else really gets how they operate in the field except each other

- Soap was professionally diagnosed in school while Ghost was professionally diagnosed after Roba under a fake name with Price’s help so it’s not officially on his military record

- Ghost is actually very okay with how his brain works because it’s made him who he is and allowed him to surpass the regular limitations of a soldier

- He struggles more in his personal life but being around Soap heals a deep part of him that he’s buried since early childhood

- They understand each other like no one else ever has
