Fidanthic — (adj., noun; from Latin fides “trust” + Greek anthos “flower”) An aroace tertiary attraction label for individuals who experience nonromantic, nonsexual connections rooted in clear boundaries, understanding, and trust—without the expectation of progression or the desire to escalate their relationship. Within a fidanthic bond, a person may be called one’s “sanctum.”

Definition — Fidanthic describes a form of nonromantic, nonsexual attraction or orientation rooted in deep emotional trust and mutual understanding. It is characterized by connections that blossom slowly and organically, often grounded in safety, shared emotional space, and a sense of untraditional intimacy. A fidanthic connection may look like friendship to others, but is often experienced as uniquely significant and affirming.

Also, sorry if this is a mess—it's my first time trying to make my own label, so I wasn't sure how to go about it, or what to include—either way, I've been trying to find a label that suits me for a while, and I ended up deciding to do it myself. ❤︎

Omnitertiary flag for myself. An omnitertiary person is one who identifies with any or all tertiary omni- orientations (ie. any omni- orientations other than omnisexual and omniromantic). For example, I am omniaesthetic, omnialterous, and omnisensual.

I wanted an umbrella term for this identity. I haven't looked too much into whether a term like this already exists, so I apologise if I'm accidentally recreating something.

Of course you can replace omni- with anything else; bitertiary, heterotertiary, atertiary. If you'd like me to make more flags for these ones, feel free to request them.

To create this flag, I took the omnisexual flag, desaturated and lightened it, and inverted the brightness vertically by copying the flag, inverting the colours, and changing the inverted layer to the Brightness blend mode. I made some small arbitrary modifications afterwards to make the colours look better.

An attraction where one wishes to be cringe and free with the object of their affection (no matter what that affection may be), where one wants to do all the cringe shit they can't do around others with the one they hold dear. The attraction does not make one cringe, the attraction in itself is cringe. Examples Could Include :: - Making bright and colorful kandi friendship bracelets for your partner - Going on "cringe" dates such as going to build a bear, hot topic, etc - Oldschool scene // emo comics and memes about love // couples (ex :: rawr means ily in dinosaur) - Wearing "cringy" matching outfits with your partner - Partaking in "cringe" behavior with your partner - Being entirely, unabashedly yourself with the person you love.
