My original idea for their reunion, lately I've been re-calculating some things and debating it actually being at Vanguard, but I also can't get enough of the idea of that terrifying blip of a moment where Ahru utterly sinks into The Worst Timeline.

She's barely, barely holding it together for Alisaie alone on the tiniest periphery of her mind, and G'raha pretty much has to guide her, but in the back of my mind I'm like... He has to be thinking she's gonna go Bahamut 1572 on everyone here and I might be the only one even a LITTLE equipped to handle that or at least minimize damage.

Like if Alphinaud had actually died I can't guarantee there wouldn't have been a point after the initial shock where she'd have gone completely cold and told him to take the others and go back to Shaaloani and uh- ...yeah.

But that didn't happen! :D Yay!

I wanted to add the big tackle hug but that's a pose for another time.

theres something fishy about that new racer...

if you wanna hear my yap of what i believe lore wise:

yellow/lightning was the only one to notice jovial when missing. when she asked anyone else, they always when "who's jovial?"

the memories of white/cyan were practically wiped from everyone as well, though some racers get an odd feeling looking at oob and fantasy fantasy fantasy

only lightning recognizes fearsome fate... but fearsome fate doesn't seem to remember her. all the other racers just see her as "one of the new racers" along with the nightmare horse

that green one is definetly doing some body snatching/possession. they picked the best of the best so they can escape and win the tournament

theyre my EXCLUSIVE rarepair and i love them dearly with my entire heart i hope to draw more of them

i also love cyan and white obviously, theyre beautifully tragic

and then i do enjoy me some jovial/lightning but it has to be tragic also, like post tournament fearsome fate bullshit tragic yfeel, and thats where lightningknob comes in (:<
