I’m currently writing them being reunited where Artemis, Aphrodite, and Athena dig up Hyacinthus and bring him to a depressed Apollo-shaped heap and say “fix them.” Hyacinthus’ feelings of resentment are there, but now I really want to get into his head and explore how he processed it all.

Maybe I’ll write an argument between them from his perspective this time. I enjoy writing them arguing more than anything else tbh! Hyacinth forcing Apollo to humble themself in order to gain his acknowledgment… someone could name drop Admetus in response and they’d be banished to the couch. So messy I love it.
