Honestly I’ve never come across a character people want pregnant more than batman which is kinda funny to me, especially in the context of superbat, like you’d think they’d take advantage to the cop out of alien biology to make Clark the one to be the carrier but nope, this 6ft 3 brick shithouse of a fully human man is too mother coded, he grew a working uterus out of spite

Billy Batson is so Good Omens coded and literally no one else fits with him!

He doesn’t even really fit as any of the characters! He just fits the vibe of the show! It’s pissing me off!

When he does fit as a character (kinda, I’ve forced him into these boxes and I’ll make it work) there’s no one to pair him with!

If he’s Adam, who are Crowley and Aziraphale? Clark and Bruce maybe? But then it would fit better with their actual kids.

If he’s Aziraphale, whos Crowley? Freddie? That doesn’t really fit for me. And who would the kids be? Just feels too forced

He could be Muriel? But she’s not really an important character (guys I swear I love her but she doesn’t have a big role) so he’s only be able to be a side character.

Honestly none of the DC characters really fit. If they fit the characters they don’t fit the situation or vice versa.

The closest I can think of would be SuperBat but that just leaves so many questions.

I need a Superbat fantasy au but like can Clark be a baker.

Like just think how cool it'd be if he was a really good baker and he was delivering bread to the palace were king Bruce Wayne was and something happened and he ended up saving the kings life (or maybe one of the kids)

And they try to offer him a spot in the palace or to be a knight and he goes....but my bread :(

So he decides not to do it but at the end of a long night he passes out the leftover brea thatd didnt get sold to the people on the streets when he meets a cloaked figure called the batman or maybe something else? And they get along super well to a point were Clark developes feelings for him. All while the king keeps inviting him back to the palace and he keeps denying.

Only to find out that Bruce and Batman are the same person and of course he's annoyed and hurt but maybe that's when he reveals he's actually not human himself. He's an alien and then they can get married and Clark is still a baker at the end of the day because he loves baking and giving to people.

I just want Clark to bake bread and Bruce to be in love and taken care of for once.

I came across this again, and tell me this isn’t superbat as hell.

And not to get NSFW in the middle of the day but, I imagine Bruce is used to being handled roughly and probably wasn’t given aftercare a lot of times, because people just think they have a right to him and his body because he is Brucie Wayne.

And Clark will just, handle him with the outmost care and gentleness, to the point Bruce is sobbing and crying from like overstimulation and because he is not used to being treated like that.

I can't be the only one who noticed a certain flavor of racist undertone when it comes to people comparing JonDami with TimKon and SuperBat.

Like, people writing that when it comes to either Tim or Bruce being kidnapped or in mortal danger, both Clark and Kon would suddenly become the scariest mf on the planet until they got them back.

However, when it comes to Damian, Jon would be telling the kidnapper to let him go because "Damian would get bored and stab them to death" or something?

Another example is when the Supers are describing their respective Bats.

Both Clark and Kon would lovingly describe Bruce or Tim as 'smart' or 'beautiful' or 'equivalent of a God' or 'the smartest detective on the planet' while Damian.... Has rabies. Okay.

It doesn't help that Clark and Kon would often be drawn to have darker skin tones, while Jon's skin tone is lighter than Damian's (a canon thing).

Maybe I'm being the friend that's too woke, but that's as if they're conveying how POC/people with darker skins can either be the one who longed for their white/lighter skin partner, else it's the lighter skin partner that's being 'very tolerant'.

That plays into a longstanding racist trope of the “civilized” white (or lighter-skinned) person taming the “savage” POC.

And when you combine that with how people don’t write Jon going feral over Damian in the same way Kon or Clark do over Tim/Bruce, it’s not just a writing choice—it’s part of a pattern. Fandom often doesn't extend the same romantic or emotional softness to POC characters, especially those with sharp edges like Damian. That reflects broader racial biases in media and fandom culture.

So no, you're not imagining it. You're just noticing the kind of bias that slips under the radar unless someone points it out—and you're doing exactly what fandom should do: look critically at how we portray characters and ask, why is this dynamic only happening when the character of color is involved?
