Hey everyone! I'm new to tumblr, im desperate to find some like minded tirfs out there! terfism just ain't my thing, and I violently oppose anyone who'd spread hate to the trans people in my life. I believe that fucking with the gender binary wether that's switching sides or ending somewhere in the middle is a subversion of patriarchal expectation of gender and is therefore the key in eventually abolishing gender. I think embracing the gender binary is a big fat no for me dawg, as much as I do see women as a class and men as the oppressing class. I support women, nonbinary people, and non-dominant men. I believe that our cultures current perception of gender could be boiled down to an extinction burst, we're fucking with gendered categories until they mean nothing. When faced with misogyny, I understand sticking your ground within your womanhood. I understand being enthralled and captured and full of resentment and love for womanhood, but I don't think effectual gatekeeping is the response. Gendered socialization is real, and I think everyone needs to raise their consciousness of it and unlearn it. I think it should be a part of womanhood, wether that's trans women or cis women. I'm very very anti-sex work, porn, surrogacy, very anti exploitation of women. I'm anti femicide, I'm anti trans and cis women dying.

My problem with TERFs is not the radical feminism part. In many ways I would consider myself a radical feminist. My problem is that TERFs focus their activism on being anti trans women when they're not even 1% of the world's population. Women around the world are being raped, murdered, mutilated, and trafficked, and all you talk about is whether a group of people (who experience misogyny, btw) get to be considered women? Go donate to an organization helping little girls get an education or something. It's so disingenuous and I truly think it's a distractor from much bigger issues.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but regurgitating Radical Feminism talking point of

"Men are all Inherently Evil, Physically Superior, and Predatory to Women"

does not, in fact, do anything for Actual Feminism where the main talking point is

"We are all Human Beings and we're not Intrinsically Different based on the gender some random doctors decided on at birth"

and you're not doing anything for Queer Solidarity either when you go around proclaiming that all men, including trans men, are these evil oppressive monsters who have advantages in life based purely on their gender (even if they are trans men who are not out of the closet yet, apparently) , and I'm not sure why on earth the new crop of Trans-Inclusive Rad Fems think that being 'proud misandrists' is going to save them from being targeted by cis transphobes??? You can't win protection from transphobes by throwing your fellow trans community under the bus, and when you go around saying that all men are disgusting oppressive predators who have never done anything for the queer community ever and have never experienced any true oppression ever its like. ....

The world's oppression does not begin and end with trans women, and if you're happy to throw the rest of the trans community under the bus so you can feel superior, I don't know who the heck you expect to have your back when you need help, because everyone else has already been run the fuck over, because you fucking threw them in the road because you somehow still think Respectability Politics is gonna save you instead of leaving your Exclusionist Bubble the community that ends up alone and isolated.

Trust me. Life is a lot more bearable and hopeful when you don't go around insisting an entire 50% of humanity is evil based on their gender. i went to buy this nail primer/oil for my nails from the brand i Always go to, i read the 1 star reviews and found that the second ingredient in it was Bisphenol A… they included a pic of the ingredient list from a pamphlet inside the packaging. anyways. not buying it now. but i checked the rest of the nail polishes that i have from that brand and none of them have it in there. they’re specifically listed as non-toxic and it says all the shit they DONT have in there. sometimes i feel like we never really graduated from when women would put like arsenic and mercury on their faces and i feel like i’m a part of the problem

men do not experience oppression FOR BEING MEN. men of color experience oppression for being OF COLOR. trans men experience oppression for being TRANS. gay men experience oppression for being GAY. if you are a man, you are not oppressed for being a man. men are not an oppressed class. there are men who are oppressed, many many men, but not because they are men. mens rights activists are stupid as hell
