I feel like the terms ‘monogamous’ and ‘polyamorous’ can be applied to fandoms and hyperfixation. Some people operate giving 100% to a single fandom or character at a time, and other people easily juggle multiple at once and can devote various, maybe even equal, amounts of attention.

I know we have the term multi-fandom, but I think it’d be funny if people started saying polyamorous instead.
