I think the past few posts from antis on r/systemscringe really points out that we are all in this together. So, let's talk about it. I think we all know the trigger warnings by now. View under the cut at your own discretion.

Now, some make a point come through. What is this point? All people who claim to have DID are fakers to these people. Putting each other down will not strength the community, nor will it strengthen you. Would you like more proof? Let us read some comments.

Now, what do these statements prove? Well for starters, we can never be good enough to these people. I agree with the first comment stating that we do it to feel more valid. However, the key word they use is, "faker." They call these people fake for this. Do they really believe that all of these people are fakers? What makes a faker in their eyes? It's starting to appear as though it is everyone who claims to be plural.

Again, putting other systems down will not raise you up. We are all fakers to this group of people.

The next subject will be on their take on "Power to the Plurals." In the next screenshots we will be viewing how they believed we are not oppressed for being systems. I believe I still need to state why this is wrong. These people are literally on a subreddit made to torment us. It is a breeding ground for hatred against plural folk.

In conclusion, you cannot prove your own plurality to people on the internet. You will never be valid in their eyes. It doesn't matter how many "fakers" you put down. Especially because all it does is hurt your community. Why does one feel the need to prove oneself to people who don't even believe in our oppression or community?

Yeah, I'm sure it's really hard to be a fakeclaimer who's constantly making sure that the disabled and mentally ill people around them aren't faking. You definitely don't make disabled and/or neurodivergent people uncomfortable because of the sheer amount of harm and bullying that has comes from the SubReddit you engage in. It must be especially difficult knowing that fandom, LGBT, and mentally ill spaces have openly mentally ill and disabled people in them.
