SV651 is an Industrial class & highly-integrated RF module. TTL / 232 /485 can be chosen corresponding to SV651-TTL / SV651-232 / SV651-485. SV651 has good sensitivity and 500mW output power to achieve long RF range and reliable RF communication. To avoid the interference, SV651 provides 40 frequency channels and configurable Net ID. i'll try one more thing before i give up on wifi on this awful little computer. i can get an m.2 wifi module that matches one of the ones it could have shipped with for 15 bucks. it won't have the real hp part number but maybe it will be close enough. the one i bought is a somewhat newer model so maybe it's just incompatible somehow. it did manage to show up for like five minutes one time, but i have not been able to do that again despite recreating the conditions. if this doesn't work i'll just buy a cheap wireless access point to use with it. i would try a pcie wifi card instead of m.2 but it's only got two slots and one is taken up by the ps/2 and serial port module. the actual slot is still free but the mounting hole is filled.
