or you just carelessly splash your face with cold water in a poorly-lit bathroom, grip the sink edges, let out a heavy sigh and look up wearily in the mirror to meet the dark circles under your eyes and stare painfully at your weak drooping silhouette searching for the will to live deep inside yourself as the water droplets fall into the sink from your messy hair, like some male protagonist from no specific show whatsoever we all just saw it somewhere and it resonated with something in us as a young child, and if you don't know what i'm talking about you're either normal or lying to yourself

when i feel super just meh i like to pretend im a woman in the 1700s suffering from depression (i do have depression though, i just like to be dramatic) and so i run myself a bath and turn all my lights off and light candles and open my window (small window that you can’t see in that faces an empty lot) and put on a depressing record, and lay there with the book the awakening by kate chopin which is so so good and just melt

i feel like dan howell would do this too. like i think that his laying on the floor combined with love of candles could lead to this level of dramatacism

I get so angry when I see people referring to Zokket as “she” and acting like Cozette is some bigender icon, or acting like Cozette secretly misses being Zokket.

You’re missing the point of the character.

Cozette was so corrupted by Reclusa that she became everything she is not, everything she doesn’t believe in. Hence the way their names sound inverted.

Who was once a wise, caring woman who stopped to give value to every life, no matter how small, became a man driven by results and greed, barely acknowledging those who got down on their knees to serve him.

Him misnaming the Extension Corps served as a funny joke, but it has a second meaning. It shows that he thought of them as unimportant and insignificant. He didn’t listen to them and constantly belittled them. He only wanted efficiency, no matter the cost.

Unlike Cozette. She did everything in her power to make sure her mentee was safe, and always took the time to teach Connie about the wonders of the world with the utmost care and patience.

She was ashamed when she heard of the devastation she caused. She wanted nothing more to help Mario & Luigi, and even risked her own life to do so.

Zokket and Cozette are two separate entities. They are not two halves of one person, or the other’s alter ego. So don’t act like they are.

Stop mischaracterising Cozette to such a dreadful degree. It’s almost like none of you ever played the game.
