Peace Beneath the Surface

Here’s some traditional artwork I did. This took me a while to complete and I’m pretty proud of the results! I wasn’t planning on coloring the water the way I did, (planned on using more washed out colors) but I think I actually like the use of blue/green better. Wish I could’ve fixed some things, like her lipstick color and pattern on her face but its not too bad. Any criticism, questions, and/or comments are welcome! Congenial ladies

Drew this back in November, posting it now. If you couldn't tell, this was based around the 1950s. I'll make it more obvious next time, explore the style and fashion a bit more. Arizona Bloom

The assignment was about creating something that made you happy and I guess I came up with this. The sunsets and flowers in Arizona are really pretty and I they kind of make me happy so :p.
