I got sick and couldn’t eat for about 35 hours so now my stomach is used to that so I eat less :)
Being sick helps with restricting, ain’t that fun?
I know some of y’all wish you could be in a coma and have the nurses forget to feed you 😭😭😭

Things and Words I hate because of my ED and why:
Meal - I don't know why but this one SUCKS Food - Obvious Breakfast - I'll throw up if I eat in the morning Lunch - Reminds me of school Dinner - I feel like old people eat during this time Eat - ... Big Spoons - THE BANE OF MY EXISTANCE Fried Food - Make me feel like my blood is replaced with grease Donuts - Anything with that high of sugar makes my teeth fall out Tying my shoes - Stand up too fast and now I'm in space Soda - I LOVE SODA so that doesn't help me. Combing my hair - I already have wavy curly hair so when I comb it, hair falls out and an ED doesn't help with causing more hair to fall out Carbs - No. I love pasta tho :c Bread - Also no. Other people trying to get me to eat. Also other people without EDs thinking they're quirky for not eating for a day and rubbing it in other peoples faces LIKE STFU we don't care Sam. To sum up this post in one sentence: "Can you please eat for me? 🥺"
