This is my list of gym exercises they can easily be done harder everytime you go by adding weight and reps.
At home this is my list of exercises I do while watching TV instead of lounging around, no equipment necessary! :
Crunches (not sit ups! Crunches focus more on your abdominal muscles vs hip flexors)
Reverse crunches
Stomach vacuums (I recommend looking up a video on these)
Bird-dogs
Side planks (add a dip to make it harder!)
Planks
Glute medius side kicks (I'm not sure the exact name, but athleanX on YouTube calls them Jane Fonda legs)
I don't count these. I just work until failure. In other words, continue to repeat the exercise until your body can not do another repetition successfully.
My best advice would be to research how to do any exercise correctly with good form otherwise other muscles will compensate for the movement.
My biggest flex is my exercise addiction I've burned so many cals today 💕
Literally just get off the couch and move you won't regret it
