I need some advice with something.

I believe I have some chronic pain as I'm in pain almost constantly whether it's my feet, legs or back/chest. Walking hurts, breathing deeply hurts, laying down hurts, I can't even work my one hour shifts after school without hurting, basically almost all I do hurts in some way.

I've tried taking painkillers, they don't help. My doctor says I'm fine and it's just from being unused to my binder (this was for my rib pain, but I've been wearing a binder since 7th grade). He gave me this cream to help relieve musclez and it barely does anything. I've gotten X-rays, but everything "appears to be normal". So of course my doctor isn't taking me seriously when I say I'm in pain all the time.

Any amount of pressure on my chest or back hurts my whole upper back, my shoulders hurt even from carrying the lightest stuff in my messenger bag for school (a book, pencil, pen, eraser, and a couple small snacks).

My friend suggested I try to get a mobility aid but I don't know what I should try/get, which is why I need help.

Pain isn't new to me but I usually try to ignore it, it's been absolutely unbearable lately though and the heat makes it so much worse.

It would be nice to hear advice from people that know about this stuff or deal with chronic pain as no one in my life (other than my friend) are taking this seriously.

(I also has chronic sickness but this is mainly about pain. Brief context I have stomach aches all the time, like at least 5 days a week and no matter what I eat i still get sick)
