I have a feeling, that in early 2000s Nomura and ladies from CLAMP went to the same bar and discussed all sorts of tropes and plot twists while drinking, and after that they’ve made their stories (Kingdom Hearts and Tsubasa Chronicle respectively). ‘Cause in both stories we have:

(major, HUGE SPOILERS to KH and TRC!!!!)

- Protagonist is brown-hair swordsman, who can summon his weapon from nowhere and use magic. Both characters were voiced by Miyu Irino.

- Spellcaster in blue clothes.

- Warrior daddy-figure.

- Little companion, who follows our heroes in their journey .

- Protag’s love interest is a princess, who has uber-powers. Antagonist is trying to get those powers for himself.

- Main villan – an old geezer. He’s maniacally trying to reach his goal, and he won’t stop even if it will become a reason for worlds’ collapsing. During the implementation of his plan, he destroyed the lives of many people.

- Our heroes have to travel to different worlds while doing their main quest. These worlds are connected to other works, which was made by Disney/CLAMP.

- Clones.

- In the end of their great journey protagonist still have to move on and left people, who he care about.

- Fun first half. Depressive other half.

Скорее всего их лица - это плейсхолдеры с других моделек, но что примечательно, разработчики запарились над цветом глаз, хотя через их маски этих глаз и не видно вовсе (правда, под постом есть пара комментариев, что это моддеры глаза перекрасили, так что хз)
