how?
A lot of people become frustrated and questioned "how? how? how?" And without a clear explanation it can be maddening because how do you become aware of you DR? While there's isn't one completely clear answer, we can still try to explain it.
Let’s talk about awareness specifically, what it means to become aware of your DR.
By definition awareness is the act of perceiving or knowing something whether it’s a physical object, a feeling, or an entire reality. When you perceive something the ability to see, hear, or become conscious of something.
Most of the time, we become aware of things by seeing them. But here’s the thing; You "see" with both your eyes and your brain.
Light enters your eyes, hitting the retina which then specialized cells called photoreceptors in the retina turn the light into electrical signals which your brain (specifically, the occipital lobe) then receives and makes imagines that you see "through" your eyes.
So why does this matter like at all? Because your brain doesn’t need your physical eyes to create reality. Your brain can make mental imaginary which actives the same occipital lobe that your brain uses when you see things with your eyes.
If your brain can make a reality from mental imagery alone, then shifting is just a matter of redirecting your awareness to a new set of sensory inputs, your DR’s.
So how the fuck does this work with shifting?
Realization; the moment you decide to shift, you’re realizing your DR.
Perception; Visualization sometimes isn’t just "seeing" your DR - it can be activating your brain’s ability to process it as real.
You can add sensory details: the weight of your DR clothes, the smell of the air, the sound of voices around you. The more layers you add, the more your brain can accept it as a true environment.
Knowledge; acknowledge that you are in this moment in your Dr. No ifs or buts.
In your DR, your brain does the exact same thing it does here, it processes sensory input to create your experience.
When you shift, your brain interprets your DR surroundings just as vividly as your CR because to your mind, it’s just as real and it doesn't really know the difference.
Your brain can't disprove your visualization or affirmations, it doesn't have eyes to see but simply electric singles that you can control with your thoughts.
The simple truth is you don’t need to learn how to be aware in your DR. You’re already aware, you just need to stop convincing yourself you’re not. So please drop the "how" and just accept that you are...

loa cheat sheet to keep in mind 25/8 <3
assuming gently but constantly
this does not mean obsessively looping affirmations... instead every time your mind wants to lean toward worry or doubt, you gently tip it back toward the i already have it mindset. you don't have to do this forcefully nor do you have to yell at yourself. more like….. you're reminding a forgetful friend, more like ... we're fine, this is already ours. do it ten times a day or do it a hundred or do it once, just don't let the opposite story get more airtime.
not checking if it's working
I KNOWWWWW that this one is hard, especially because we're soooo used to measuring progress. but manifesting isn't like school or baking. sadly you don't get a gold star for effort. if you're checking, has it shown up yet? did that mean something? was that a sign? you're not in the state of having, you're in the state of lack, in the state of waiting.
the version of you who has it wouldn't be checking, they'd just be living. so copy that energy, even if it feels fake at first. it doesn't have to feel real, you just keep doing it until it does.
not tying it to your worth
you do not have to heal everything first, you don't have to deserve it and you don't have to earn it. that's not how any of this works. you don't have to be the best version of yourself and you don't have to love yourself perfectly. you just have to accept that you are allowed to have the thing, and then decide that you do.
letting it be boring and letting it be simple
you don't get there by force, you get there by letting the assumption settle into you like a habit. you don't try to feel it every second, just let it become normal. even boring.
you tell yourself a new story until it becomes the only one you respond to. you assume and you persist and and you let it land.

note to self cause I need it: your DR isn’t waiting for you; it already exist. It’s not a reward or something you need to “earn’’ It’s not “someday’’. It’s now It’s already yours. You’re already there. You are just remembering. And while you’re remembering, it’s okay to cry. To ache. To hate the old reality. That doesn’t make you ungrateful or negative. It makes you honest. Cause of course you will hate something that lie. you have a beautiful soul and heart, and have so much awareness of it all. You are okay. You’re in your dr. So just breath, and relax, please.

OMG. just forget abt the terms 3d/4d!!!
i literally hate them both so much plzzzz 😭 i fear people have lost the plot.
the initial point of them was to help people wrap their mind around manifesting. yk its just like the first level of loa bcs its super easy for our human egos to understand. "ohhhh theres 2 separate realities?! that makes sense! that's why i can't see it in one, while i can see it in the other 🤯" well no.
the "3d" is just a MIRROR of the "4d."
meaning literal copy.
meaning there's no difference.
meaning...its the same.
you don't look at a mirror and go "oh thats just the mystical other reality that copies me, but not all the time." NO? you know its a mirror that reflects you instantly.
theres no such thing as having it in your "4d" but not your "3d." it doesn't make any sense. you either have it or you don't.
you just make it harder and more confusing for yourself by separating the two. you're always gonna chase the "3d," trying to get something. something that you claim you already have. but if you already had it, why would you be chasing and saying you don't have it? 🧐
you're paying so much attention to the "3d," when the ONLY place you should be looking for proof is the REAL reality, which is the "4d." this is the reality you live in! so why are you looking to the "3d," which is just a copycat mirror, to see if it's true?
again, do you look at a mirror constantly to believe what you're seeing is a true? if you see yourself in a mirror, then walk away, does it mean you don't exist anymore cause you're not looking at the reflection? see how it doesn't work?
the only thing that's different about the two is your awareness. you think the "3d" is more real bcs you're identifying with the human ego -- WHO IS NOT YOU!
you're not a physical being, you're you. consciousness. and consciousness only lives in 1 reality. it may be aware of it in two different ways, one with the human and one without, but it's still the same!!
so yes, pls drop the terms 3d/4d. there's no difference. it's the exact same. stop separating.

Like we need to assume that we've shifted to actually shift right? But then when I'm in my cr version's mind and body so I'll naturally have thoughts about my cr too..doesn't that contradict it? Like one thing is I'm assuming that I'm in my hogwarts Dr but then I'm also having thoughts abt how i hate my school here?? I'm kinda confused im sorry, I'll really be grateful if you answer this😭
HII! so first there is no way to shift..
You can shift by visualizing, like that, in a second or whatever.
What you're describing is basically what many posts on tumblr say but it is just A WAY to shift not THE WAY.
You don't have to pretend you shifted during ALL day, you can do it for a second and still shift and have the 3D following you.
Actually i don't think that by "ignoring 3D" where this "method" is based it means ignoring your thoughts abt your cr life. It just means act as if they don't matter as if "yeah sure but I already shifted, the 3D prove nothing".
Actually i also hate this "method", i don't like acting as if my life here doesn't matter and i prefer enjoying the present..i prefer shifting by sleeping or instantly

Hey !
I wanted to ask that whenever I want to shift I just lay and visualise myself there but then after waiting/visualising for some minutes I become distracted and sleep. I just don't know how to shift instantly.
Alright, so, first, u don't have to do any of that if u feel like it is a chore. Try to visualize more like something fun.
If falling asleep is a problem that keep going you could just manifest that u will wake up here after the visualizing, sleeping and all.
Or you could try to do it when you're not tired, like during the afternoon, maybe.
For distractions, idk what u mean, but if u mean u hear sounds or something, just pretend it is your dr. If, instead, u mean u start thinking about something else, then make that thing also in your dr.
Also u could try Loa, or maybe just a placebo.

"Breaks" from shifting is not a thing.
We shift every second, you're just taking a break from bad mindset of seeing shifting as a chore and feeling pressure.
AND YOU SHOULD DO IT COSTANTLY NOT AS "BREAK".
Pls guys, shifting is not a chore, is not a night ritual you have to do for sure. You can do it whenever you want. And it's fine even to don't wanna.
Just do what u wanna in the present and live it 🫶🏻
