speaking of Tower, gotta say. While I don’t like the relationship with her in general because it triggers my cult trauma a bit, something I do love about her, is that she recognizes the construct as a story that needs to be told.

And for the story to be interesting and worth telling, she needs a foil; you.

Another interesting is that she likes it when you attempt to challenge. She says it calls to her, and in Apotheosis she looks ecstatic at seeing you rise above her.

Even at her most divine, Shifty still yearns for your company, how you push against her and force her to grow. You made her who she is, you idolized her to a divine form, but she still wants to see you rise with her.

I was wrong to say Tower and Wild are antithesis to each other, while they still quite different in their execution, they actually can have a very similar outcome.

You and the Princess entangled together.

And that’s even more apparent because this line only appear if you take the blade. You became one with your nature the moment you choose to act, to rise against her. Because that’s what you are, that’s how your dance goes.

URGH. I love how all the vessels have something to say about Shifty and Quiet, and their relationship, it’s so good!!!!
