My theory by ROTTMNT

Greetings to all guys! I want to share my thoughts In one of his interviews in the summer of 2023, Ron said that the turtles in ROTTMNT have 2 sisters. One of them is supposedly Big Mom's assistant named Frida Kahlo. And the other one went missing, having teleported herself to another dimension.

And in the 13th episode of season 1, we see that above the flasks (or what it’s called, I don’t know), (circled in pink) four turtles (Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo) there are two flasks (they are circled in blue)

And I think that these two flasks are the two sisters that Draxum mutated.
