My body feels so sore from working out so much. But at least i have a flat stomach now. Remember your goal. Imagine how you'd look like when you were there. How you could dress. Remember that goal when you feel like eating that food.
Weekly tip: Don't purg3. It makes your teeth yellow, have cavities, gives you bad breath, ruins your stomach, and way more.

i was forced to recover cuz apperently i was sick??? I wasn't even underweight wth.
Anyways I'm officially back and dying to loose more weight. I've already lost like all the weight i gained so I'm good. Now i just need to keep going!!

Tips on how to avoid eating:
1. "Sorry I'm not hungry i had a big lunch"
2. "I had so many snacks today at school, I'm so full"
3. "Oh i just ate, look" *show a dirty plate and just throw out the food, don't worry about it being a waste, worry about yourself*
4. *List foods that you took one bite out of* spit it out in the bathroom or keep a bag in your room where you'll spit food out
5. "Sorry I'm one a diet, but thank you though!"
6. "My stomach has been hurting a lot recently"
7. "Sorry that food hurts my stomach"
I used these all the time and after some point ppl stop caring. I mainly use it for my parents
