being self aware with bpd sucks. it's like watching your house burn down and not being able to do a damn thing about it

I hate having bpd . My perception of people is like memory foam....one wrong thing and I'm absolutely disgusted. Then I forget about it like 10 minutes later . But that 5 seconds I do feel disgust is so powerful it can ruin a relationship in the blink of an eye . And that disgust will usually return and then dissipate and then return. Can I just have 1 normal view of people as opposed to 300 mixed ones

I’m almost 30 and I’m fucking terrified. I feel like an alien inside my body. I don’t wanna be old. I mentally don’t feel this old. It still feels like 2014 and I’m 19 again. I’m starting to notice my skin and hair changing and it disgusts me. I actually really hate myself right now. I wasted so much of my youth.

When your social battery ran out, you’re overstimulated and zoning out and you can’t hear anything anyone is saying anymore. I would rather peel my skin off with dull knives then sit there anymore and listen to people laugh and converse.
