Hey so, you seem to know a lot about multiverse things. Are universes without Pokémon able to access Rotomblr?

I know about the multiverse, but I'm still learning, so I obviously can't answer this type of question without the possibility of being wrong. That being said, I have yet to come across a universe like that.

The code in rotomblr stretches very far. Some of this isn't even in languages that are real, what is half of them.

Theres times and places recorded that haven't happened or aren't real. What is going on-oh my laptop shut down.
