SPOILERS FOR THE END OF BLEACH MANGA
Thinking about pro boxer Chad and hospital director Uryu.
...
Chad, who swore to prove and define himself beyond his fists.
Uryu, who swore to pursue his own dreams and not end up like his father.

Not me being confused at the beginning of the Weak Hero live action, only to realize with terrible dread it's the prequel... oh no.

Been thinking about the Detective Boys from Detective Conan and a thought came to me: do you think that they would have complicated relationships with their parents?
I mean, they clearly are still allowed to hang out with Conan. But I find it difficult to believe that their parents would allow them to hang out with a kid who consistently encounters murders and other assorted crimes on a regular basis without asking them about it or asking them to stop hanging out with him.
And maybe they let it go when their kid puts the foot down and declares that they're going to stick with him. But it's hard to forget that your parents wanted you to abandon your close friend, and as time passes it may be harder for them to accept their kid's decision when the crimes pile up.
Thinking in the future, if they keep hanging out with Shinichi... that rift might keep expanding. But they'll stay together, because it is enduring through innumerable challenges is what bound them together. It just might be hard for someone outside to understand.

FGO LOSTBELT(?) SPOILERS
Still thinking about how much I think about Nidhoggr in FGO Part 2.
Malice-Striker. Eater of Corpses. The manifestation of the evil that wears away at human hearts, as he too gnaws at the foundations of the Yggdrasil.
What are Lostbelts, but lands where even as the trees grow tall, the roots are rotted through? Whose people are but corpses, not aware of their death?
And the Master of Chaldea, who tears away at the curtain to expose the rot within. That tears away at stagnation.
That survives, even as the world ends, to become a new order in a world without gods.

LEVIATHAN AND CANTO 6 SPOILERS
...
Maybe because I lack greater context for Color Fixers (I have not played Library of Ruina) but...
The craziest thing I realized from Leviathan is that Vergilius did not become a Color Fixer because of the crazy bloodied halo he pulls out in Canto 6.
He already was one. He wasn't some superhero with a kickass transformation. He was dangerous and could kill hundreds... but he was never a monster, never a magician, just a guy. Tragedy still strikes him. He still finds himself unable to save the things he cares about. He is the John Wick of the City, but his dog still dies.
That bloodied crown he wears is not just the symbol of his endurance against Distortion, but also the endless grief he bears for all the events running into it.

Sometimes we have fandoms that you tear into over and over and over again, giving your harshest criticisms even years after they've ended... because sometimes, you don't know how to let go. And it's because you loved them so dearly that you judge them the harshest now.

Lot, Clerk of L Corp
O, we hear of Lot's wife, who looked back at sin and felt flesh turn to salt… but what of Lot himself? The one who survived the Lord's punishment? The one who now must walk alone?
Lot is a clerk at Lobotomy Corporation. Knowing nothing, told nothing, he ventures through the halls on his duties, blind to the greater picture of it all. And yet he lives, for he has the Angels' Warning. The Qliphoth Counter. Counting down to chaos, he knows when to flee. But flee is all he can do. For who can he save?
The story of a man who lives and lives and lives. The connections he makes. And the terrible waiting for the end of all things.
Or:
A hypothetical story following Lot, clerk of a certain L Corp facility. Able to see what others cannot, he survives. But for what?

It came to me in a dream:
"Nobara Kugisaki's Guide to Ruling the World", where Nobara is the only one of the Tokyo group to survive to the hypothetical future post-JJK, and has to guide the new generation of sorcerers while confronting the ghosts of the past.

Shirou Emiya would be really, REALLY interesting to be in a MHA crossover.
His abilities fall into the interesting category of “seems simple, but actually far more complicated” that many Quirks seem to fall into (or at least, the very interesting ones). While it could be initially assumed his ability is to “create & reinforce objects”, anyone who has deeper knowledge of his abilities knows that technically his materialization ability is just a microscale manifestation of Unlimited Blade Works.

Playing Path to Nowhere's newest event, and thinking way too much about how funny it is.
Chief gets hit with "the world is a simulation", gets transported out of said simulation to be trapped on a phone by a mystery not-dead girl who is apparently killing "gods".
Said girl offers to kill said gods and elevate Chief to godhood.
Chief's response? "Very cool, still murder."

The great tragedy of the terrible adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul:RE is that the internet did not get to know and feel the series of mixed emotions I felt towards Kuki Urie.
