Silence is the medicine that soothes the soul. Silence is the food that softens the heart and allows breath to enter. As I sit and reflect, it’s 4 am here in Los Angeles. The city is pretty quiet. The late night dwellers are generally asleep and the early risers have typically another hour or so of sleep. My body restless, still on Israeli time... so I turn inside. About one year ago, I entered into a week of silence with @mooji.official and this was incredible. I have some dear beloveds who are in the retreat now with him. I try each day to create some time for inner contemplation. Some time for inner appreciation. The Silence is profound. With so much outer noise happening in this world, a few minutes, or a few moments with very little thoughts, sounds or inquiry heals something so deep. Try it today, just take some time to be in the silence. There may be noise outside, there may be noise on the inside, but allow yourself a few moments to deeply surrender into silence. Take your power Back. We live in a world of endless distractions. Distractions from our true inner self, the one that shines through inside of everything. See, we are raised in a society of conditions. Conditions around “how” we are supposed to live. Conditions around “how” we are supposed to eat. Conditions around ”how” we are supposed to fuck. An individual with full inner freedom can be quite scary to modern society. Individuals who see the bigger game of this life, can be quite “dangerous” to life. Many brilliant teachers, prophets, scholars have been pushed down by governments, by organizations, by military regimes that recognize their growing power and find ways to either end their human journey or find ways to severely limit their reach. However, with modern technology and innovation the game is beginning to change. I do see much struggle, worry and doubt on the planet, however matching that struggle is an incredible amount of individuals waking up and reclaiming their personal power. This power comes in the form of business, financial, relationship, sexual, physical, mental, etc. It comes in many forms, and we as humans love to give this power away. It is not often done consciously, but more subconsciously. And with the rise of greater developments in psychology, neurology and entheogenic, there are more and more people waking up to reclaim their sovereign power to choose life and to choose love. If you are reading this and you are finding yourself in a situation where you feel “lifeless” “hopeless” “in a world of endless disarray” then let these words actually create inquiry inside of you. allow yourself to shift the lens of perception you are currently residing inside of. When this lens shifts, when this “waking up” begins to take more form there is an entire world of possibilities that are there. Again, a fully awakened being can be quite challenging for this society to feel. but there are ways to tactfully integrate without loosing ones core. and that integration often begins with very deeply breaking down the “truths” of your current life situation. You may be reading this from your 9-5 office job you may have been watching lots of videos on “waking up” on “living a free life” but you are not sure how, where or why to do this? You know deep inside of you have a gift, you know deep inside you there is something you want to share with the world.. you may have tried this new found system… you may have tried some new way of living. you failed. and you lost faith… this was me for so many years��� how can I find the new best thing that will “awaken” me more..? and that has all been part of the journey... However, the things i was seeking was always within. The answer of love not a lost hippie built love, but rather a love built inside the cosmos a love built inside the infinity nature of your being this is not a love that can be tamed this is not a love that can be softened this is an eternal love that exists way beyond this human body this is a love that whisks sunlight into the universe… so returning to love, is simply returning to the infinite nature of the cosmos returning to the love that is simply inside me. that is simply inside you. get out let go find the pure source of truth directly inside of you. The choice to be here. Every morning I wake up with a very simple choice. Do I stay or Do I go? This isn’t a choice about where I am physically or logistically situated on the globe, even though I am in new places all the time. This isn’t a choice about whether I I should go to “work” or not. This is a choice about existence. This is a choice about life. This is a choice about whether I return “home” to the void, or the eternal place of existence or do I stay here on earth? See this incarnation is temporarily impermanent. There is research and development which is allowing us to be here forever, but more into that on another post. But, for what I know, in this incarnation, in this human form is that it lasts around 90-100 years. For some souls it lasts a matter or moments, weeks, years, decades, or whatever time frame. Whatever the case, there is a reference of time that delineates an amount of how long I am here, and you are here. Whatever it may be, this is not relevant to this choice. So this choice, when I actually wake up in the morning, is: If I am not consciously choosing to not go “home” to source, then why am I here? Why has my soul chosen to incarnate into this particular being in this particular moment? For the next day, how can my soul show up with the mystery of love and creation inside of its being? There are thousands of books written into this purpose. There are millions of views and opinions of what your purpose, or my purpose may be, but fortunately the only being that truly knows the answer to this is. I Not the I that is connected to the mind. Not the I that is connected to the body. Not the I that is connected to the genitals. Not the I that is trying to “discover” or “make sense” of what this purpose may be.. Not even the I that is connected to the heart. But rather the eternal, timeless “I” that never was born and will never die. This “I” surpasses everything our limited personality or brain could even conceive. This is the “I” that is pure creation in of itself, and even calling it “I” has its challenges.
