A tribute to the historic & FIRST EVER Indian SCUBA diving Guinness World Record. Absolute SCUBA India is proud to be the FIRST Indian Scuba diving centre to create a new World Record on 27th Dec 2016. The record is held by Pune's CEF who trusted Absolute SCUBA to deliver them the Record. We did !

 This video is a tribute to the efforts leading to this historic win. Over 6 months of extensive training at our Pune training pool, much organisation between India & Koh Tao which was selected as the destination for the "Official Attempt" , lots of Guinness World Record rule books to read, dive plans to make, fine tune requirements of close to 80 dive professionals required for the effort and finally attempt the Record after a day of practice on 27 Dec 2016. 

Our win was the 3rd time EVER this record was created and became "Officially Amazing" as a Guinness World Record. 

 It was all for one. And one for all. That day stands for everything that can be achieved through Unity (and a few hundred SCUBA sets)

(best seen in 1080p HD) Absolute Scuba INDIA went on a great adventure to monsieur Jacques Cousteau's playground - the STUPENDOUS Sharm El Sheikh !

Ours was a small group of friends and we had an "absolute" ball! Diving with an awesome team, the pristine, almost virginal reefs of Ras Mohammad marine national park, sunken reefs in the Straits of Tiran and the historical Thistlegorm made for madness underwater in terms of visibility, coral and the huge density of colorful reef fish all around. "Sharm" did not disappoint at all and neither did the Red Sea & Egypt, as always. A must-do diving destination. Reach us to know more about our upcoming trip to this wonderous place in June 2020.
