I need a proper fucking assessment to find out what’s wrong with me and why I’ve been hallucinating for months, but I’m just being sent back to therapy with people who ignored my access needs and broke confidentiality to tell my uni that my therapist thought I ‘might be manic’. I’m so tired, I was literally crying on the phone to the crisis team begging them to help me and I feel like I’ve just been completely shafted now.
