Introduction
Hi, my name is Mo and I am a writing tutor at the college level. While I mostly help clients in the undergraduate level, I have also supported those in graduate programs as well as university faculty. I hope to share some of my insight as a writing tutor to help improve your academic writing. I will be posting tip sheets, links to resources, and explanations of common writing terms. I look forward to helping anyone who stumbles upon this blog on their writing journey!

Citation and Format Help
Here is a list of links I refer clients to, as a college writing tutor, for academic writing!
MLA Style Guide:
Purdue Online Writing Lab Definitely more user friendly than MLA's own website. Everything is organized is easy to understand sections.
2. The MLA Style Center
APA Style Guide:
APA Style Blog By far my favorite style guide website. The APA Style Guide Blog uses easy to navigate tiles and a search bar to help students easily access any citation or formatting information.
Chicago Style Guide:
Purdue Online Writing Lab Like the MLA style guide provided by Purdue, the Chicago style guide is easy to navigate and more user friendly that the website released by the Chicago manual of style.
