Marty sighed trying to capture his breath. Doc was right, clearly as he was the smartest person Marty knew. "Ok so like there was this ...I dunno tunnel thing? I was in the Delorean, the copy one that appeared in 1986? But it stalled while travelling?...Doc what..what year is it?" he asked still somewhat out of breath.

Doc! Doc, it's Marty! You gotta listen to me Doc! Please I've been stuck in some kinda limbo and now I'm here and Oh man...Doc this is so heavy ( Hi! )

“Marty! Marty, calm down!” Doc’s hands swished a wide circle in the air, before they clapped to a stop on the young man’s shoulders. He leaned down to Marty’s eye level, staring intently at him. “I’m listening. What exactly do you mean, limbo?”

I think I need a thread tracker guys. Because tumblr keeps not notifying people that I replied and my stupid brain usually stops me from asking people because I’m afraid I’m just being annoying/demanding or they’re purposefully ignoring me because they don’t like me/because I asked. 

(Depression is a bitch, ya’ll. I mean, I know that’s a pretty shitty way to think, I know I’m not that important, I know people are busy or don’t have the muse for certain threads, etc. It’s trash, I know it, doesn’t mean my brain always listens.)

If you believe I owe you something, I keep track of threads by Likes. So if I haven’t liked your thread and I owe you, I missed it somehow.

“Oh wow, that was kind of corny Jen. I mean I know I’ve made bad jokes before, but seriously geeze” he shook his head and teased her playfully. It had been a while since he’d let himself laugh like this.

“I wonder if they’ve completed that movie theater inside? I heard that it’s kind of impressive” he spoke as a grin appeared on his face. He was truly happy today, spending the day with Jennifer was exactly what he needed at the moment.

His words caused her to grin widely. “It’s like they say. Today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” Jennifer was very content with the idea of Marty never time traveling again. Hopefully there wouldn’t ever be any reason to.

“Sure, let’s go inside,” she agreed. It wasn’t something they had done in awhile and it’d be nice. Everything had been kind of weird lately.

Marty let Doc’s words sink in. He was the only one leftover from his own timeline. Everything he’d known about life, his Father and Mother drifting apart, his siblings stuck in dead ends. The only good things about his life had been Doc and Jennifer, one trip back in time and everything changed. He had an odd set of memories that conflicted, his hand coming to his forehead as he let things sink in.

“Whoa...Man that’s Heavy” he reflected, his words never being more appropriate than ever as the weight of his experiences settled in. He glanced at the date read out on the present time portion of the Time Circuits. 

“June 15th 2020 at 4:15 pm? Well I can’t wait to see how much has changed in Five years since the clock tower incident with Griff never happened” he remarked, wondering if  Doc had any other future clothes stashed somewhere away. “Got any power laces around? I kind of liked those”
