This is so funny. I find it even funnier if it’s another listner, like imagine it’s Casper and they realize later when Charlie talks about Seth and Alphonse.

Boo just got home after listening to Al talk about his past, they are very emotional so call a friend (f/n - friend name)

"Hey! What's up, you don't usually call this suddenly haha?"

"f/n you will never fucking believe the asshole I met today"

They ramble on about how annoyed they are at Seth for a good half hour/45 minutes, saying some things about him that nobody would believe Boo said, their friend occasionally saying smth like

"no way!"

"who does this guy think he is?"

"*gasp* he said what?!?!"

Finally Boo decides they're going to question Seth, see if he can give some explanation that explains everythinh, their friend still hyping them up.

While later they come home and call f/n again, on the brink of tears

"Heyyyy! So what happe- are you good? Did he do smth??? Do I need to beat his ass?"

Silence for a moment, Boo then speaks

"I take back almost everything I said"

I do not usually make posts like this but recently I have seen a lot of content on Instagram, Twitter and I think tiktok too misunderstanding the meaning of intrusive thoughts, which may cause people experiencing them to be upset.

I have tried to shortly explain the difference of impulsive and intrusive and hope it will help people to understand and use the words correctly.

Ruba and her family have lost everything they own. They are still facing constant bombing from Israel and the threat of illnesses and food shortage. Her father's health is dire right now, while there is no medical infrastructure left in Gaza to help him and a lack of supplies.

It’s so sad to hear my family members be anti-palestine and be mad about the collage protest. They just don’t understand “They are there for education not protesting.” one of my family members said. How can’t people not understand that wanting to stop a genocide is anti semitisim.

The arrests and suspensions and police attacks and snipers! So many protesters are on designated protesting places and so much information is being twisted.

It’s very rare that collage students who are protesting in mass are on the wrong side of history. Of course it happens occasionally but a lot of times in US history when collage students protest across the country they tend to be right

The U.S. will use its veto power against a Palestinian bid to be recognized as a member state of the United Nations during a vote at the Security Council expected to take place Thursday evening. Vedant Patel, principal deputy spokesperson for the State Department, described as premature an effort by the Palestinian Authority (PA) to gain member status at the U.N. He said there was not unanimity among the Security Council’s 15 members that the Palestinian Authority had met the criteria for membership, with unresolved questions over the governance of the Gaza Strip, where Israel is in a war to defeat and eliminate the controlling power, Hamas. “And for that reason, the United States is voting no on this proposed Security Council resolution,” Patel said.

Earlier it was revealed that the United States was secretly pressuring other members of the Security Council to shoot down a Palestinian state membership so the US wouldn't have to use its veto as that would lead to a wave of local and international criticism for Joe Biden.
