Don’t you just love rewatching things and catching something you missed the first time?

Caine notices Gangle’s comedy mask broken (as it breaks often) and snaps it back into place. I always thought it magically fixed itself after an adventure like a typical cartoon episode.

But Jax didn’t even know he lost his tail. Either Caine forgot about ever fixing it before or maybe he chooses not to fix it?

Why did anyone choose not to mention “Hey, Jax, your tail’s gone”? I mean, it is Jax, the one who enjoys annoying the rest of the cast. I’m surprised even Kinger didn’t randomly say “Jax, didn’t you have a tail?” But Jax would chalk that up to be Kinger being Kinger.

I almost had the thought that when Ribbit was abstracting, they held onto Jax and got a hold of his tail. When the abstraction was complete, Ribbit accidentally rips it off or as an abstraction, they ripped it off. Caine could’ve deleted that memory from Jax’s mind but only kept the fact that Ribbit abstracted. He has more control over their minds than everyone, even he, thinks.
