Pseustic A-spec

Coining a new label to attach to a-spec orientations.

pseustic aromantic | pseustic aroace | pseustic asexual

Pseustic, when used in conjunction with an aspec label, can mean a number of things. The aspec label being pseustic can indicate that, for the purpose of, for example, personal convenience, gaining attention, or to reach a certain goal, the individual using the label may:

exaggerate and/or minimize their aspecness in conversation

use the aspec label despite it only partially or not truly applying

only identify with the aspec label conditionally

consider themself to have exceptions to their aspecness

experience their aspecness differently based on their opinion of a person

Of course, given the personal nature of the pseustic label, it could mean a number of other things as the individual sees fit.

The coiner has NPD. The pseustic label is intended to be used by individuals with NPD and other personality disorders that can manifest similarly, such as HPD and ASPD. However, it's not necessarily restricted to those with recognized personality disorders, so long as symptoms apply.

Subenthrallic - a gender related to being a 'submissive' or enthralled party in relation to vampirism, whether because of a relationship or being in servitude.

Domenthrallic - a gender related to being the 'dominant' or enthralling/vampiric party in relation to vampirism, whether because of a relationship or having another in your servitude.

Luventhrallic - a gender related to being either party in a relationship involving a vampire and [their] thrall(s) and having the enthrallment be founded on love.

Coined with alterhumans, otherkin, and those participating in a vampire lifestyle in mind, but can be used by anyone.

Magiagendertrick - A term for someone who normally feels as though they have a definite gender, but can make said gender "disappear", as if by way of a magic trick.

Magigendertrick - A term for someone who normally feels as though they are agender (or otherwise lacking in gender), but can make a gender "appear", as if by way of a magic trick.

hi! i saw ur posts in the chronosian tag and ive been trying to figure out a label for something. >_< do you know of a term where like.. you're always "regressed" to an age younger than your current one, but sometimes you age regress to an even younger age? i.e. being bodily 18 but always regressed to 13, but sometimes you might age regress to 6 or 8. if not -- and youd like to! -- it would be cool if u could coin it. thank u very much!! feel free 2 ignore this :]

Not specific to bird otherkin, but was coined with them in mind.
