New Blog

Okay guys, I’m moving blogs and this’ll be my last post on this one. I’ll be moving to impulsewriter

I’ll start posting there on January 1st. Kick the new year off good, yeah?

I’m slowly rolling to a new blog. New Year, New Goals, might as well start now, yeah? So, I’ll slowly start to follow from that blog. I’ll leave this one up, but yeah, this blog is getting... less fun, more stressful, and I wanna try something different, so, yeah. Imma do that.

You used Lantinx to describe Gosalyn. Does that mean Gos is nonbinary?

No, I use Latinx to describe myself too as it feels more inclusive in general to me.  Gosalyn’s gender identity doesn’t play into the story so far. But please know that I’m dedicated to creating more diverse characters in terms of gender representation, particularly in kid characters.  A lot like Fenton and Della, I want to create characters that are wholly informed by that part of who they are without being solely defined by that, and am certainly working on more opportunities to showcase non-binary kids.  It may take some time, as I always want to make sure we’re doing these things the right way, but please know that I’m committed to it.
