Four key characteristics of healthy self-esteem are:

There are many factors that can influence self-esteem. Your self-esteem may be impacted by:

Whereas if we talk about Low self-esteem may manifest in a variety of ways. If you have low self-esteem do these things, things will get better
You may believe that others are better than you.
You may find expressing your needs difficult.

You may frequently experience fear, self-doubt, and worry.
You may have a negative outlook on life and feel a lack of control.+
You may have an intense fear of failure.
You may have trouble accepting positive feedback.
You may have trouble saying no and setting boundaries.

Improve your self esteem by Become more aware of negative thoughts. Learn to identify the distorted thoughts that are impacting your self-worth.
• Challenge negative thinking patterns. When you find yourself engaging in negative thinking, try countering those thoughts with more realistic and/or positive ones.
Use positive self-talk. Practice reciting positive affirmations to yourself.?
Practice self-compassion. Practice forgiving vourself for past mistakes and move forward by accepting all parts of yourself

procrastination
so before we start you should know the meaning of procrastination which is Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute or past their deadline. It's not just a time management problem. Researchers suggest that it's a failure in self-regulation that leads us to act irrationally. the question arises how you can stop being procrastinate some of the measures are first is you need to know that Procrastination is often confused with laziness, but they are very different.
Procrastination is an active process – you choose to do something else instead of the task that you know you should be doing. In contrast, laziness suggests apathy, inactivity and an unwillingness to act.
and now you should know that Start small. Break large tasks into smaller chunks, and pick one that you can do now – so that you're underway almost without realizing it!
and second thing is make a plan make a to do list so that you know what all things you need to do in a day so that you don’t forget it as it also helps you to finish your things efficiently. you need to know how to deal with your distraction as specially avoid scrolling reels , avoid using any digital device , don’t use television or any other medium which can distract you

Achieving in financial instablity
So there have been a lot of opinions and discussions about the personal development and self improvement thing so we need to make sure for that we should have a financial stability, we should be so much hard working and so much passionate about your work that money could never be a issue
if you work hard automatically success comes with it and as you must be thinking that how are we going to do that so there are some measures which you can follow to achieve your goals and can generate some good income with it as ‘FINANCE’ is very important
so as you need to plan , set a budget, don't spend unnecessarily, refrain from debt, have an emergency fund, manage debt effectively, and invest in retirement as early and as often as possible. It is also important to invest in yourself.
there are some 5 measures which you can follow
1) Invest in yourself. Having further education, more knowledge, and required skills for work can support your career advancement.
2) Make money from what you like :- just know what you like the most you should know about yourself, know what are your interests are on , as if you have an interest in something then only you can make money out of it
3) Set saving and expense budgets:- you should started saving more and your expenses should be very limited as in terms of it should be only on the basic needs SAVE FOR THE BEST
4) Set emergency fund:- You never know when your interest get fluctuate , you never know when is your last day at the job , you should always keep a back up option with yourself, as at that time the emergency fund helps you alot and makes your struggle less difficult
5) Plan for retirement:- As after working so hard day and night you should be that much capable of that you do not be dependent on someone financially … Work so much , make some Fixed deposit in the bank or invest in some shares or in health insurance.

Habits can also develop when good or enjoyable events trigger the brain’s “reward” centers. This can set up potentially harmful routines, such as overeating, smoking, drug or alcohol abuse, gambling and even compulsive use of computers and social media.“The general machinery by which we build both kinds of habits are the same, whether it’s a habit for overeating or a habit for getting to work without really thinking about the details,” says Dr. Russell Poldrack, a neurobiologist at the University of Texas at Austin. Both types of habits are based on the same types of brain mechanisms.But there’s one important difference,” Poldrack says. And this difference makes the pleasure-based habits so much harder to break. Enjoyable behaviors can prompt your brain to release a chemical called dopamine. “If you do something over and over, and dopamine is there when you’re doing it, that strengthens the habit even more. When you’re not doing those things, dopamine creates the craving to do it again,” Poldrack says. “This explains why some people crave drugs, even if the drug no longer makes them feel particularly good once they take it.”In a sense, then, parts of our brains are working against us when we try to overcome bad habits. “These routines can become hardwired in our brains,” Volkow says. And the brain’s reward centers keep us craving the things we’re trying so hard to resist.The good news is, humans are not simply creatures of habit. We have many more brain regions to help us do what’s best for our health.
Humans are much better than any other animal at changing and orienting our behavior toward long-term goals, or long-term benefits,” says Dr. Roy Baumeister, a psychologist at Florida State University. His studies on decision-making and willpower have led him to conclude that “self-control is like a muscle. Once you’ve exerted some self-control, like a muscle it gets tired.”

and get things work on time so to do that you need to limit your distractions such as using your smartphones again n again for no reason , scrolling reels is a major reason that people are being less efficient nowadays and as because they do multi tasking where they are using there smart phones and on the other hand they are doing there work they are doing multi tasking which is not even required because if there will be proper time management they could able to do both but for that they need to PRIORITIZE there work Prioritize and organize your work. Whether you like the Eat the Frog method or prefer the Getting Things Done approach, it's critical to know which tasks
So how to get productive you need to
create a to-do list would efficiently keep track of your progress. You can then do the more critical tasks in your precise, productive hours.
If you are feeling like you want a break you can take it as with a good mental peace you can do more efficiently by taking a break. As it actually helps to decrease stress and you can also decorate your workspace by adding some color and plants to your workspace, decorating your desk or cubicle with a few personal knickknacks that makes your work place more energetic and fills with positive energy so as whatever you are doing you need to In communicate effectively. The more your team feels like they can talk about the work that they are doing and get it done

The activities that helps to self aware which is an important skill that helps in a progress on our personal development journey we could use all of it as in today’s generation we all are stress about something or the other whereas it is easy to react passively to the environment which helps the opportunity to grow as regulating our emotions should be some of the most value able skills which self-aware and is the cornerstone of that intelligence.

Keep track of thoughts that pop up in the form of an automatic reaction.
