Day One: 400 cals
Day Two: OMAD (300 limit)
Day Three: 500 cals
Day Four: Winterfreeze- eating only cold foods. Ex: cucumbers, blackberries, raspberries, ice, shaved ice, just stuff with chilly vibes (450 limit)
Day Five: 400 cals
Day Six: Heatwave- eating only hot foods. Ex: soup, hot chocolate, strawberries, meat, tortillas. (450 limit)
Day Seven: 500 cals
Exercise:
30 lunges
30 squats
10 pushups
50 crunches
20 leg lifts
30 toe taps
Walk 20 minutes daily
Guide:
Stay in control, do not binge
Be aware of your surroundings. Really look at things, think about the sun and the soil, and the shades and hues of them.
Avoid stopping. Always move, even if that movement is just bouncing your legs.
Don’t try to lose too fast, or you’ll just lose control.
