Following anti-AI protest on ArtStation, I want to take my definitive stance on AI.

I will never include anything generated through AI in any of my art, games, creations of any sort.

I spent 11 hours writing this, and at there was a lot of blood and tears involved, but most importantly, all the soul I could put in this discourse. I hope it will clear a lot of misconceptions and also show how important it is today to take a stance. All retweets and shares are appreciated.

Update: November 2022

I decided to start doing update posts, and I will try to do it once per month or two, condensing everything you would like to know about my project’s progress. This update, however, will be mainly bound to announcement.

NEW PROJECT

Librerian is meant to be open-source, free software designed to be local database for everything you've read, watched, played, bought, whatever you design it to be. You will be able to store any cultural source there, just like you can do on GoodReads, IMDB or Last.fm. Not only that - you will be also able to make your own categories, so if you want to make Librerian store all your live shows you attended, you will be able to.

Additionally, I will do my best to provide API integration between Librerian and most known services to integrate books/movies/etc between your old accounts and the software - this way you won't need to migrate manually, but simply import them over!

I also decided to come back, finally, after all the time of burnouts and resignation. This monthly report will also try to help me with organising projects, at least to some extent.

Additionally, I designed spreadsheet which sums up all my projects and give some insight into their development plan.

There’s a lot of things to come in next month, and I hope I will be able to release most, if not all, of things I’ve planned. Despite my break, I coded a lot in latest months, and some things started getting shape.

Ansur Isle

One of my projects, The Isle of Ansur, will be text-based RPG taking place in Baedoor universe. But one could wonder what the name of this game even means. So let’s explain this concern! 🏞️│Ansur is island located between Moon Continent and Anahsahei, and wasn’t colonised until first years of New Era.

When event called as Exodus happened, mass emigration out of Anahsahei started, mostly aiming west, despite frequent storms in that area, and many tales of monsters living in the seas. The latter turned out to be false - sailors of ships coming from Anahsahei were baffled to see such a wonderful place to live! Therefore, some of emigrants decided to build homes on the island, which gave birth to Evros city. Centuries later, when Baedoor Empire has fallen, Ansur became independent country and started benefitting from being in great location and rich in some specific resources.

What the name stands for, you ask? Ansur comes from jitadish ans sur which basically means “land of hope” and reflects feelings sailors had encountering this island.

🎎│As a player, you will get there during tensions between Ansur governor and vineyards’ owners, which create strong power over the island, almost equal to the official laws. There won’t be much cruelty going on, but political affairs will sometimes get intense.

You may have come here knowing about me or not, but in either case, welcome to this place. I hope you will feel cosy and warm here, as I always portrayed Tumblr being the best place to feel such. Even though this blog is called as airship, imagine it being very gardeny airship, full of lushness and balconies covered with greenery.

I created the blog on purpose of sharing progress and releases of things I make, so you can expect basically everything: stories, poems, music, games I’m developing, Minecraft mods, and worldbuilding details of my universe, Baedoor. I’m really intrigued how this will turn out, as I feel quite excited, to have this place to share it with you all.
