Be Great- Just a Reminder from me to you.
A reminder that there is as much greatness in you as your mind can conceive.
A reminder that no matter where you are from and what your situation is, you can create the life you you Envision and own your Destiny.
This is a reminder that you are able to Overcome any and every obstacle in your Life; the loss friendships, negativities thrown at you, failed relationships, doubts etc.
I want to remind you that your Mind is your greatest Power tool to being phenomenal; feed your mind with positive thoughts, feed your mind with realistic Goals, feed your mind with Kindness, feed your mind the directions of your Destiny.
However, please do remember, as any powerful tool, your mind needs rest, decluttering, release and calm. Be still, take deeper breaths, be silent, release- Remember you can be what you are capable of being.
Be Great.
No matter where you are from, what you’ve been through- Start thinking Greatness.
Love Aisha Prendy.

Summer Goals
Summer is officially here! I am most excited about the experiences I will be attracting to my life, in other words, I'll be setting #summergoals and the joy of seeing and feeling improvements that will contribute to making my life (and the life of others) better is my greatest reward. Setting summer goals is a practice I have acquired while growing up as a teenager with little or nothing to do when school is out. Upon being aware of this reality, I have been encouraging every youth I come in contact with to set #SummerGoals. Motivating others gives me courage to do as best for myself. Don't be the one to respond, "I haven't got a clue" when asked "What are your plans for the summer?" Summer is a vibrant season, school is out, most people take vacations around this time and there is "too much" taking place around us. How are you going to create your lifestyle this summer? -Travel to a new place. - Learn a new skill. - Exercise a great act of kindness to someone. - Treat yourself to something. - Bring something new to your work, home or school ethics. - Plans to grow your business/career. - Essential -Personal/ lifestyle goals - Oh yes! Sure! Treat yourself to something nice. " A goal is a desired result or possible outcome that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve: personal or organizational." - Anthony Grant. Whatever plans you have this summer I hope it's something of value to your well being; spiritually, financially or physically. Remember never to limit yourself to one thing for too long. The world, and life in general has so much to offer. You have the power to control your life. Success comes when you are successful in setting your goals! Happy summer 🙂 Kenisha Prendegast @ishaprendy📝

Block and Delete
#BLOCKANDDELETE ❌❌❌ Chase your peace of mind, not followers. If the information on your timeline is not feeding you don't think you are doing someone wrong if you unfollow. *Be authentic to who you are. * Surround yourself with like minded people. * Feed yourself the healthy information, food, vybz etc. * Negativity can be contagious. * Get inspiration from sources that can take you in the direction you are heading. There is so much more to social media than being social; skill training, mentors, professionals, learning tools, marketing tools etc. *Limitless- so why limit yourself? If you spend a lot of time on social media. Ensure majority of your posts are positive. #ishaprendy AGREE? 👉🏾 #likeandshare

Students need many things, from visionary principals to sharp pencils. Somewhere near the top of that list should be these two words:
Black teachers.
As of 2012, 16 percent of public school students were African-American, while just 7 percent of teachers were black. To make matters worse, according to the U.S. Department of Education, black teachers are leaving their classrooms at a higher rate than any other group.
To better understand the needs of these educators, researchers at The Education Trust, a national nonprofit that advocates for vulnerable students, went on a listening tour, convening focus groups of black teachers across seven states.
