I wonder if, in superhero universes, the villains ever get contacted by those “Make a Wish Foundation” and similar people.

I mean, the heroes do, of course they do, kids who want to meet Spiderman or Superman or get to be carried by the Flash as he runs through Central City for just thirty seconds.

But surely there are also the kids, who - because they are kids and sometimes kids are just weird - decide that what they really, really want is to meet a supervillain. Because he’s scary or she’s awesome or that freeze ray is just really, really cool, you know?

Some may say Heart is not a impressive Quirk-And perhaps they were right on that. You couldn't make explosions or create any object...Or maybe you could? Well sort of...your power was one to be able to create little balls of light. What? You expected something more? Then you would be correct and incorrect at the same time. Your power may have been 'just' to be able to make little balls of light for people but anyone holding those balls of light you could copy the Quirk of. Making their strength your own. Though you can tire yourself out. You can be unsure... You will never stop being a real hero. A light to look up towards in the dark.

So yes perhaps all in all...Heart is an awesome Quirk. And you will always be an awesome hero.

“Open for business!” - Scattered Heart

Scattered Heart the newly open business for the long lost art (”I wouldn’t call it an art.”) of demon slaying! This time run by totally 100% humans (”That’s not true in the slightest.”) instead of a single cocky son of a bitch half devil. (”Who would kick our asses if he heard you call his mother a bitch.”) That is entirely besides the point! Plus he likes me too much.

The members of this glorious (”Pfft glorious?”) organization are skilled enough to kill any demon you can think of! (”That’s tempting fate y’know sweetheart...”) We currently have an undefeated record of no failures! (”Technically true...only because we haven’t had any jobs yet!”) BESIDES THE POINT! Also Here are our members!

Brianne Sechs

The leader of Scattered Heart. She grew up with her younger twin sister Yuliya and her parents. One day when the twins were playing out in the garden they were attacked by a demon and managed to narrowly hide and escape however Yuliya bitten by said demon and it made her extremely sickly not to mention needing a constant supply of demon blood to survive. That is why Brianne took up demon hunting. No one knows quite how she got Snow her rather odd definitely supernatural polar bear except herself of course but she fights along side her with protective determination. She greatly enjoys shooting demons apart from afar with her sniper rifle and lets the somehow supernatural polar bear Snow take care of the close fighting.

Weapons: Snow (Polar Bear) & Glacier (Sniper Rifle)

Colette Levia

Scattered Heart’s second in command. She was a human who made a deal with some sort of devil to allow her to fight demons to protect her friends...Mainly Brianne and Yuliya. She gained the power to subject demons to her service via killing them with golden flames she could conjure. Keeping the demon alive and under her service take a lot of of her though and she seems to be consistently in less than stellar health. One turn of events with her powers is the shift in her personality and hair. Originally while her personality with cool collected and kind while she is still all those things she now has a darker side and a very pragmatic brutal streak. Her hair used to be a shining golden has also turned a partially demonic silver. Likely the most powerful member of Scattered Heart.

Weapons: Aurum (Flames) & Diabolia (Demons)

Xandria Jaqui

One of the original four members although unlike Brianne and Colette she is not an active participant in combat mostly as a squishy human with no real abilities other than her mind she instead decides to figure out ways of hurting demons via chemicals or other odd and ends that they find. Actually mainly makes bullets and grenades for the gang which can harm demons although it isn’t cheap. She’s peppy and somewhat flirtatious at all times but has some secrets which she keeps hidden from her team. She seems to have a minor crush on a red coated silver haired figure from her childhood which she sees rarely but always has enjoyable banter with. She admits to wanting to try to learn how to fight but is poor at physical cardio though she’s not a bad shot.

Weapons: Alchemical Shenanigans (Grenades mostly) & Running away

Yuliya Sechs

The sister of Brianne after getting attacked by demons as a young girl she has needs demon blood in order to survive. As she is so frail she doesn’t fight at all and instead usually just lounges about in the company van watching movies and occasionally answer calls. Although she can somewhat feel the tug of demons when they are near enough. Her memory of childhood is rather foggy and seems to only remember being locked in a room by her parents for her own safety supposedly for most of it. She has wild mood swings and a hot temper but usually can’t do any of it...Although the demon blood seems to be changing her in more than the mood swings and actually her health has been improving...Although she has also been getting more nightmares lately.

Weapons: Claws & Teeth (Secretly)

Adair Forrest

The first of the new additions to Scattered Heart. Adair is...suspicious at times. He’s awfully generous and polite but loose lipped and harsh to those he doesn’t know. He powers his abilities on crystallized demon blood containing souls. He’s...unsure how he even does it beyond a certain “faith” of sorts. Adair won’t talk about his family if asked at all. Though if pushed enough he will admit to being from Fortuna Island. He first met the Scattered Heart gang when he was their first client after he saved Yuliya. The job being finding a pendant which could amplified his powers a great deal. However as it turns out the pendant was shattered a long time ago and used to summon a giant demon tower. For reasons no one is really quite sure of after the job was done he joined up.

Weapons: Manifestations of Demon Souls & Martial Arts

Zane Rhys

The newest addition to Scattered Hearts-Zane was originally a courier traveling around with naught but his weapons motorcycle and the clothes on his back delivering special packages to people in demon infested areas...However after Scattered Hearts hired him for a job and then he got trapped with them in a rather troubling situation he bonded for one of the first times of his life with the group and decided to stay. Also they never actually paid him and he wants to collect on the deal which made him drive across half the country. Zane’s rather snarky and pessimistic with a not-so healthy dose of nihilism but unfairly clever at times despite his...Issues. He also has a rather odd obsession with his weapons and bike even naming them. Seems to have history with Adair.

Weapons: Artorias (Sword), Morcant (Pistol), Myrddin (Rifle), Medraut (Knife) & Vivienne (Motorcycle)

And so those are the employees of Scattered Heart! Please hire us so we can stop sleeping in the trailer that we use as an extension of our office-It’s not comfortable with six people...

Journal Entry 1

New thing I’ll be doing...Late night ramblings about how much I hate life and stuff probably. I figured I have to get these feelings I hate out somehow and there’s no one I can talk to about them...

So there’s this guy I met on a forum for a game series and I really like him I’ve liked him for over four years in fact...And he’s known that for a while but at first I was way too young and like-yeah cool totally understandable. But I still am head over heels for him... I did a valentines day re-confession and asked him to be my boyfriend again and it’s like-I didn’t expect anything since he doesn’t wanna do the online relationships thing which again I get. But he did say he’d be willing to try if we were IRL. Which both hurt even more and gave me some hope... Then couple months later he said that he liked a girl at his job and me being the good absurdly nice friend I am encouraged him even while I could feel my heart breaking.

Then I get busy for the next few weeks and didn’t get to talk to him for a while and when I finally get the chance yipee he has a girlfriend and he’s pretty decent emotionally which is fantastic because he usually is about as depressive and self loathing as I am. And I’m happy for him. I really am extremely happy for him.

But I’m still a miserable piece of shit because it’s not me. And I want it so badly to be me...

I have had other offers and confessions before and I know what it’s like to reject someone and how much rejection can hurt the person rejecting just as much as it hurts the one doing the rejecting,..But I’m a bitter selfish person stewing in my own misery at too late 0′ clock...Wondering why she can’t get anyone she loves to care about her in the same way she does them...

Rant about fanfiction writing

I was just informed by my brother (who thinks he’s a better writer than anyone else because he has some fancy degree in writing) that fanfiction “doesn’t count” as “real writing” because you aren’t using your own “ideas.”

He doesn’t know that I write fanfiction. He probably wouldn’t have admitted his opinion if her did. But it has pretty much solidified that I will never tell anyone I know in person what I write.

I’ve already been told by several family members that my obsession with a “stupid tv show” is ridiculous and that I’m “too old” to fangirl.

Sigh. /rant
