Im a fanfic writer and I use both :] I used to use bold a lot more in my writings which have now been replaced with more italics... but both of them have a use in my head for different things, so both :D

*by writers, I mean those who write fanfic more than they read it. Otherwise, answer for your reading preferences as they are often reflected in your writing.

** this would be considered italisized text and this would be considered bolded text

*** In this case, I mean only when they are used for emphasis or to represent a thought or thought process. I am not asking in regards to anything else like a letter, a chat fic, social media, or any other structurally unique part of fanfiction that might utilize these.

I hate every fly ever why do they have to look so disgusting?? and the small ones the most!!! at least the big ones are easily noticeable and easy to swat away, but the fruit flies??? Little??? Bastards??? Who disappears as soon as they start flying?? The size of a grain of sand??? Who keeps flying into your face and around your ears for some reason??? Little fuckers??? Why are you even flying near me I don’t have foods on me??? You can’t even hear them so all of a sudden you look at your food and you see a tiny speck skittering around it?? Man I hate flies

How would Mel and the rest feel if they met Bitty versions of themselves? A bitty mel would be so cute!

In the context of TMS, it would just be an added source of stress tbh xD It's one thing to deal with a bunch of regular (or slightly bigger) skeletons, but bittys are another story altogether.

It also depends on what kind of bitty we're talking about and whether they're able to communicate well! *Some* might consider them as pets or hard to deal with if they're not independent enough.

As for a bitty Mel, I've gotcha *thumbs up*

-they tend to be on the short size but enjoy big spaces the best since they can move around and find hidden spots

-it's recommended to get them a bitty friend of the same species or agaster type so they don't get lonely. If it's not possible, be sure to gift them lots of scarves to compensate.

-they do a lot of staring and glaring but they're overall friendly and require little assistance on a daily basis. They also get along well with children but will get into fights with bitties they're unfamilliar with

-their bones scar easily so be sure to keep an eye on any new crack
