Klee chimed in making you shake your head "Klee, don't cause Master Diluc too much trouble today... or he might not let you join the upcoming Ludi Harpastum festival" you eyed Klee as she pouted The three of you reached the Manor's door, as you were about to knock Kaeya suddenly kicked the door open "MASTER DILUC~ IT'S YOUR TURN TO TAKE CARE OF KLEE TODAY DEAR BROTHER" Kaeya shouted with the hint of sarcasm on the last bit, making Klee giggle You followed suit inside the manor only to see Diluc standing beside the dining table full of food and desserts, noticing Kaeya stopped on his tracks too "Did you even sleep?" Kaeya asked shaking his head, as you looked at Diluc you noticed the forming dark circles under his eyes. "Archons above this man..." I'll prepare one for you, Adelinde and the rest of the maids are on day off today" Diluc spoke walking down the kitchen "NO, it's fine there's enough food in the table you sit here too Master Diluc have you had your breakfast?" you asked back "No... not yet I've been preparing Klee's food since dawn" Diluc admitted "Master Diluc isn't just a grumpy grown up, but he starves

too? that's no good" Klee interjected standing up readying herself to scold Diluc Diluc sat there dumbfounded as Klee started to offer him some puffed sweets, poking the food in his lips "Master Diluc, I am your nurse for today and as a nurse I shall feed you with lots of food!" Klee demanded making you laugh "I- I don't want-" Diluc tried taking Klee's hand but the child kept pushing the food "Hmp, well how about we do the wormy then" Klee grunted "Master Diluc, say ahhh~" Klee started swaying her arm just like a worm holding the food heading for Diluc's mouth. you laughed at how silly looking they are You gestured to Diluc to just play along with Klee's stubbornness, so he finally gave in and just opened his mouth, a hint of pink dusting his cheeks because of embarrassment. Moments after stuffing Diluc's mouth with sweets, Klee finally sat back down with satisfaction written on her face, giggling "Master Diluc are the medicines delicious?" Diluc just nodded while chewing away the last bit of sweets in his mouth and drinking water "Klee, should we go fish blasting by the nearby lake today?" hearing you say fish blasting made Klee's elf ears perk up "OF COURSE OF COURSE!! FISH BLASTING HOORAY!" Klee jumped up and down as she pulled on your clothes, "COME ON Y/N THE FISH ARE WAITING!!" Klee's contagious happiness cannot be stopped so you looked at Diluc who stood up too "I'll catch up to both of you, I'll take care of the dishes here real quick" You nodded as you let Klee pull you out the manor and get the fishing baskets on the sheds, heading down to the nearby lake with Klee skipping happily beside you, what could go wrong? As both of you reached the lake, you set the baskets down and stretched looking at Klee running to the lake water You set down the picnic blanket you brought along when you suddenly heard a scream, THAT'S KLEE'S VOICE! You hurried to where Klee was just to see Cryo slimes heading towards her, now just seeing the nearby Cryo mist flowers emitting the slimes "Klee where's your bag!?" you asked panicking "Klee set down her bag away in the grass, the bombs are there too" you hugged Klee as you readied yourself to shield her from the slimes, closing your eyes Waiting for the pain, which didn't come, opening your eyes to see Diluc slashing the slimes with his claymore and finally extinguishing the Cryo mist flowers, you felt relieved, thank archons! "Are you two alright?" Diluc hurried asking with worry in his voice guiding you and Klee to the picnic blanket layed down the grass "Those slimes were Scary! good thing Master Diluc arrived!! I forgot to put extra bombs in my pockets, what a waste I could've bombed the slimes too" Klee giggled, Feeling relieved that you two are not hurt anymore, Diluc finally settled down the blanket beside you "I was worried for nothing, I'm gonna get chased by Jean if something was to happen to the both of you..." you patted your shoulder and gestured Diluc to rest his head on your shoulder for a moment. Finally getting some moments rest, Diluc seemed recharged a bit to assist Klee on fish blasting, looking at the two from a far they look like father and daughter bonding, getting the kamera you borrowed from traveler out, you snapped a quick photo of the two smiling holding some fish Spending the whole morning fish blasting, you got up to clean the fish they caught as you finished setting up the bonfire to grill the fish The two must be so exhausted from all that running around, you thought as you scrub off the fish scales, finally cleaning all the fish you got up and walked back to where the two are... Only to find Klee under Diluc's wing, and both of them fast asleep, they are exhausted! you chuckled as you pulled out the kamera again and snapped a photo of the two sleeping peacefully. Everyone would be happy to see this photo. (Okay done, this is the first time I wrote an impromptu POV fic LMAO excuse my writing, I'm not a writer gomen hope you enjoyed tho) Edit: Thank you for the likes and comments I appreciate it lol Edit 2: I added some things when Klee fed Diluc btw

For context, Xiao was accompanying you on your journey across the stretches of Liyue to a far-flung village to take care of a group of hilichurls that had migrated dangerously close to their borders for a commission. You glared at him, absolutely drenched. “Don’t you yakshas know anything about human diseases?”

Xiao sniffed. “Human diseases? I have no reason to educate myself on that matter, so I disregard it as useless information. I cannot be affected by the illness that plague your kind.” “Then let me educate you. In the rain, it’s ten times easier to get s-” You sneezed mid-sentence. “Ah, excuse me- but you see my point?” “I suppose it would be troublesome if you fell ill,” Xiao consented. He scanned the distance, narrowing his eyes. “By that waterfall, there is a cave. Shall I take you there?” “A cave? That’s perfect! How far is the waterf XIAO PUT ME DOWN I’M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!” You suddenly screamed, for Xiao had grabbed you by the waist and was, powered by his Anemo-ability, speeding for said waterfall.

You screeched to a halt once inside the cave. It provides some shelter, alright, but it’s a little shallow. Beats shivering through the downpour, though. Xiao frees you from his grasp,letting you stand on your own, albeit a little unsteadily. “Absolutely no warning, no consideration,” You grumbled, squeezing water out of your clothes. “I swear to Rex Lapis himself, I saw my life flashing before my eyes.” “Hmph. You need not fear death when you are with me, Traveller. You forget what I am.” You glanced at him. Even Xiao couldn’t outrun the rain, so he was dripping water from head to toe. In the darkness of the cave, the raindrops turned black, and his eyes seemed to glow.

He turned you so you were facing him, and pressed one hand to your forehead, the other to his. He tilted his head, considering. “It is a fever,” he confirmed, lowering is hands. “A high one, at that.” Something flits across his face- guilt, perhaps?- before it is shuttered away to his usual indifference. You groaned, hitting the back of your head against the rock wall. “The last thing we needed. Damn. I’m really sorry about that.” “Do not apologize for something you could not prevent. Really, it is I who should be apologizing. Had I heeded your warning of rain earlier, perhaps…” “I’m sorry for yelling at you earlier.” You covered your eyes with your arm, sighing. “I think I was just getting frustrated.

” “With what?” “What’s there not to get frustrated at?” You gave a bitter laugh. “The rain, the cold. You, being a stubborn shit. Knowing why you’re being a stubborn shit, and knowing I can’t exactly blame you, but still being upset about it.” There was a heavy paused. Then, in a lower voice, “And my sibling.” “... Ah, yes. Your lost twin, correct? I have seen a few missing person posters up around Liyue. Would that be them?” “Yes, that’s them.” Usually, the thought of your twin would have put a smile on your face. Now, all that it did was put you into an even darker mood. “Dickhead. I run all over Teyvat looking for them… only to find they’re working with the Abyss Order.” “I’m sorry I wasn’t there to protect you.” “You couldn’t’ve protected me from it. Not from that kind of pain.” You shared a knowing look with him, and you sighed, sliding down the wall and hugging myself, shivering. “I would like to keep out of the rain, so best shelter until it stops. We can pick up some medication at the village once we arrive. I would make a fire, but I don’t know how. Do you know how to make a fire? If so, instruct me. Or, perhaps I can use my anemo power to dry you,” Xiao mused, bending down and stretching out his hands, observing his fingers. “But if the karma were to affect you, that would cause irrevocable damage. I would never be able to forgive myself.” “You’re so useless,” You mumbled, leaning against his shoulder and letting your eyes drift close. “Useless? How am I-” Xiao froze under the weight of your head, then shifted slowly, sitting down in a comfortable position, watching you from the corner of his eyes, his polearm hanging loosely in the crook of his other arm. “What a most deplorable situation,” he sighed, watching the thunderous sky. But despite his words, he didn’t seem too frustrated. He seemed content.

[ Cavalry Captain - First Person POV ]

- where you're a travelling performer from Fontaine's Troupe invited to the banquet held after the Performance. Lights adorned the main plaza of Mondstat, the statue of their Archon guiding over its people as the festivity kept on. As a performer of the troupe, my duties had been done - and thanks to a mishap on my part, I ended up with a sore ankle. Without any choice to dance, no matter how badly I loved to, I was forced to sit down by the table and watch the people of Mondstat jive with the music. Sighing helplessly, a handsome man made his way to occupy the seat next to me. He mirrored the way I sat, facing the people enjoying the festivity. "You seem quite lonely. Do you wish to dance?" He asked, his voice rich and sultry which resonated well into my ears. It was so good that I just had to turn and to look at the owner of the voice. Dark blue hair tied into a low ponytail, quite messy and tousled as if it went through battle; striking blue eyes that seemed to hold stars in them, a mesmerizing glow shines in them that makes it impossible to look away; and his body well built, muscles defined even through his uniform which made him look extra dashing with his overall appearance.

This man was indeed attractive. "I see you've been eyeing me out. Have I got your interest, fair maiden?" He cooed, resting an elbow to the table, his hand cupping one side of his cheek - giving me a better access to his front view. I could feel the blood rush up to my cheeks, yet tried to keep my composure as I honestly replied, "Yes. Such a beautiful man comes up, asks for my wellbeing, and you ask if you've caught my interest?" I smiled cheekily, earning a hearty laugh from the man. "You're quite amusing. I'm Kaeya, Cavalry Captain of the Knights of Favonius." He spoke, then took my hand in his while he maintained eye contact. "Oh (Y/N) Travelling Performer of Fontaine's Troupe." I introduced myself, gladly satisfying the Cavalry Captain. His thumb rubbed against the back of my hand, before leaving a kiss - letting the feel of his lips to linger for a while longer. "Such a beautiful name. Say, (Y/N) would you like to dance with me?" "Tempting, but I'm afraid I have a sore ankle." I was almost losing hope, yet Kaeya stood up and set his hands on my ankle - a cooling feeling relieved my sore muscles. He looked proud of what he had done, as he offered a hand, "Well, my fair maiden, care to dance with me now? I promise to take good care of you." Without a second thought, I gladly took his hand and enjoyed the night, dancing with the

You weakly bring up your blood stained hand to tug on zhongli’s overcoat. You never thought something as simple and holding your arm up could feel so difficult, so exhausting. “You’re ...you’re going to be fine traveler, focus on my voice,” the archon was breathless, tears pricking at his eyes. He’d just been a few minutes late, just a few seconds too late. “Aha- I wish I had the time ....I would for hours,” you cough up a little blood with that sentence, things have never gotten this bad. You never thought this moment would’ve come so soon. But of course this was inevitable, maybe you weren’t meant to finish this adventure. Zhongli hung his head low, grasping helplessly at your shirt, “not you too, I- I’m not ready to be alone again.” The tears forming fell finally, dripping onto your own cheeks.

“You won’t be alone, you said I’ll live forever in your memories, right?”

                               That’s right. That’s what he promised. “So don’t waste your tears, I’m not going anywhere,” you flash him a weak smile, “find them for me, okay?” “We will together, you and me,” you’ve never seen Zhongli look so desperate, it pained you.
