A new way of production

I decided to print all the hard details and the soft parts I am going to make from silicon film. It looks like thin soft silicone fabric and I think it might work for my purposes. Lets see)))

So, it turned out super ugly

My experiment with silicone was not really successful. The mold worked well and I got the shape that I needed, but I think it does not look accurate at all. 

So now I have to think about another way of production :/

Summing up the process

According to my plan which I’ showed you before, uploading current results of my working process.

Step #1  I am making a 3d model of all the part of each piece of the construction.

Step #2 I am making a negative shape from inside and from outside for this thin part.

Step #3 I am going to cut each mold model into parts because I am going to use small CNC machine and only 2 cm high can fit there.

Step #4 To mill all the parts out of MDF.

Step #6 Polish and glue it together and polish again the mold to decrease gaps between pieces.

Step #7 To cover the mold with spray lack 1000000 times.
