‏‎طريقة تحضير عجينة الكريب المكونات كوب من الدقيق الأبيض. ثلاث ملاعق من الزبدة الذائبة. كوب من الحليب. نصف ملعقة من الفانيلا السائلة. بيضتان. ملعقة كبيرة من السكر.   طريقة التحضير خلط الحليب مع البيض في الخلّاط الكهربائي. إضافة السكّر والفانيلا إلى الخلّاط أثناء عمليّة الخلط. وضع الخليط في إناء عميق، ثمّ إضافة الزبدة مع التقليب باستمرار، وإضافة الدقيق بشكل تدريجي مع الاستمرار بالتحريك. وضع الإناء في الثلاجة لمدّة نصف ساعة. دهن مقلاة غير لاصقة بالزبدة، ووضعها على الغاز. توزيع جزء من العجينة على المقلاة، والانتظار حتّى تتحوّل إلى اللون الذهبي ثمّ قلبها على الجانب الآخر. تكرار الخطوات ذاتها لنفس الكمية المتبقيّة من العجينة.
