You had grew up in Southern Texas and learned a lot from your dad. Every day was great and every month your family had a festival with dancing, singing and horse riding lessons. It was fun every month but this month was different, You were drinking root beer and selling tickets so everyone can get in and there were only 5 left and there was this boy “hey, just one ticket please?” you look up from your drink and sat it down “of course” you say as you sign the ticket and grabbed a wristband “can i see your wrist please?” he gives you his wrist as you put it on his arm he smiles “have a good time, and if you need anything you can ask me” he smiles “thanks” after all the tickets got sold you were just watching after had got done cowboy dancing you were getting bored fast and you didn’t know why. “Hey?” you look at the same boy from earlier “oh hey!, did you need something?” you asked with a smile “no no no i’m fine but i was wondering what’s you name?” you look at him and take your hat off “my name is Y/N, what about you?” he smiles and scratches that back of his head and grins “JJ…JJ Maybank” you smile “so…jj are you having a good time at the festival?” you start walking towards the barns and of course he follows behind “yeah it’s pretty cool in Texas where they have these festival and shit” you look at him “really?, don’t other countries or cities do that?” you look at him with confusion, he chuckles “no, at least not mine and i live in Outer Banks but they only have festivals for those bitch ass kooks” your slightly widened at his words “oh, is kook a groups of people or a person or-“ he cut off real fast “ their like rich ass kids that get whatever they want, like stuck up little brats” you guys finally made it to the barn, you open the barn door “you know how to ride a horse?” you as you sat down on a chair snide the barn, he gets out of his thoughts “no…do you?” you nod and smile “of course, ever since i was 5” his eyes widened “five! that’s way to young, you have to shitting me right now?” you giggle “no i’m serious” he takes his hat off and sits next to you and looks at you for a while “your pretty..” and that’s when your heart started beating every five seconds and you could feel your cheeks turning red and and this warmth in your stomach. “thank you…” he smiles softly “i’m in Texas for a few days, you know maybe we should hang out” you nod “mhm…” and that’s when it all started You and JJ hanging out everyday until it was time for him to leave and it was like everyday you had someone other than your dad to talk to about your feelings and about your problems.

Today, JJ was meeting your parents and brothers but before that happened you and him went to go hang out at a park and you were making bracelets for him, “so have you ever been anywhere else but Texas?” you look at him “no… I love it here” he looks at you and clicks his tongue and stands up. You look at him “where are you going?” you follow him “you see the sunrise?” you nod at his words “yes, what about them” he takes a deep breath and speaks again “wouldn’t it be a good idea to have your first kiss here?” you look at him and you really looked at him to see if he was joking “your dead serious or your just joking around” he smile and takes your hand “i’m serious, i mean y/n your the most prettiest, creative, and amazing girl i’ve ever met and you make me feel loved and that i can trust you and i wanna make you feel all those things too” your heart warms at his words and your started to beating again but faster than last time “then, yeah you can take my first kiss” that’s all he needed was confirm and he was ready, his lips met yours and it was slow and passionate, his hand met your waist and the other to the back of your head, he pulled away with a grin and you bite your lip, “…woah… that’s was…very passionate” you say still stunned, he smiles and looks down, and looks back up at her and grabs something out his pocket “you know y/n for the 6 days i’ve spent with you, it was like the most important moments of my life and i want to keep them” he pulls out a ring and looks at her “she freezes in her tracks. you were kinda shocked but happy and jj was the most important moment in your life, he was handsome, funny, and a gentleman “is….that a no…” you snapped back to reality “yes!…yes please…” he looked at you and smiles, he picked you up as you giggled “jj put me down!” he puts you down and grabs the ring and puts it on your left index finger “i’m officially your girlfriend…” he looks at you and kisses you again “Mmm” you hum in kiss. It’s was your 3rd day of being a ophthalmic nurse know as an eyes nurse, you had already made a mistake, pissing your boss off than he already was but anyway you were on your 4th client and you sitting at your desk and you were checking who was next “jj maybank” you read to yourself, you got up and opened the door “maybank?” you call out, the blonde looks up and smiles, you give him a smile back.

As you guys walk walking to the room he decides to speak “so, how long have you worked here?” you look at him and his question kinda makes your eyebrows scrunch together “…I just started…like 3 days ago” you say looking back at him, once they make it to the check up room you grab the clipboard from the desk and read it, the silence filling the room the room until you looked up form the clipboard

“so your vision is kinda going blurry?” you asked “uh…yeah but it started a couple days ago” she writes the information down “i’m gonna ask you a few questions, okay?” you look at him but you notice his blue eyes were already on you, now you you weren’t going to lie to yourself that he wasn't fine, he was was the definition of fine but of cause your not gonna tell him that "yeah thats cool" he replies still looking at you with an appealing eyes.

Clearing your voice “okay Mr. Maybank hove you had any irritation in your eyes recently?” he snapped his eyes from your hips to your eyes “uh…yeah sometimes my eyes burn” he says as he rubs the back of his neck, you look at him “do you any drugs,smoke or any medication?”

JJ looks down and takes his hat off and ran his fingers through his hair and looks up again “uh…yeah i smoke, that’s all” you write down the information “what about when you look at electronics, any sign of irritation?” he looks at you “yeah sometimes” you nod and start writing on the clipboard, it has got quiet once again and he decides to pop a little challenge “so can i ask you a question?…” she didn’t look at him “yeah go ahead ask away” he grins putting his hat back on but backwards this time and stares at her “what does it take to have you go on a date with me?”

You look up form the paper and one of your eyebrows raise “excuse me?” his grin turns into a smile “what does it take for you to go on a date with me” you put your clipboard down and look at his face and you shake your head and smile “your a tough one, aren’t ya?” you look at him with a grin that was turning into a smile

“i guess, but what’s up with that accent of yours…it sounds familiar?” you look at him and and smile “im Italian thats why but it doesn’t matter, I was wondering about that date that your offering” you grin, he chuckles at your response “oh yeah” you bite your lip “mhm” jj could have sworn he had just fallen in love with you at that moment and couldn’t fall out of it.

A/n:sorry this took so long, school just started and i had some assignments and homework but i’m almost done with the other stories too so hang tight please😭

Who are you? part 1

Summery:Y/L/N is a girl from France, Paris and the school from OBX is going there for a road trip for 5 days, y/n and jj accidentally meet and jj falls for her but has to leave soon and is hesitant about telling her ,can he make it in time?

As you write a poem about love and listen to From The Start by Laufey, your mom calls you downstairs “Y/N!, love can you come here please?” your mom shouts, you pause the music and close your diary and make your way out of your room, downstairs into the kitchen as you sit down on a stool and look at your mom “your dad is going on a another trip for work and he needs me to be there with him and we will be gone for about 2-3 business days, will you be okay here by yourself or do you need me to stay?” your mom says, you never liked being alone at home, you always had someone to talk to at home it was always your parents or your best friend Maddie on FaceTime who you only saw twice a year, “yeah mom i’ll be fine, you can go” you answer as you grab your phone out of your back pocket start to text your best friend

Y/n: Maddie, i’m gonna be home alone for 2-3 days, do you mind calling every other day to check on me?

Maddie🥂💗:of course, but i’m going on a trip to France, Paris so i might just come visit you🤗

You put your phone back in your back pocket and walk upstairs to go in your bedroom to get dressed, you put on a Tiered Midi skirt that was a navy blue and a white tube top on and brushed your fluffy wavey hair out and put half of it in a claw clip, you grabbed you purse and phone off your bed and on the way to the bookstore you see a bus as you wait for the light to turn red, some teenagers your age get out the bus and then you see Maddie as she starts to run to you “Y/N!!” she yells in pride and hugs you “hey maddie!,i thought you were coming later?” you say as you look at her “yeah but i guess not, and do you want to meet my friends from back home since you never got to meet them?” she says as she points to the teenagers by the bus “sure..” you say as you play with hair and smile as Maddie grabbed a boy with blue eyes as clear as the ocean and dirty blonde hair and a smile that made your heart warm, as he walked closer it felt like love at first sight to you “hey, i’m jj….jj maybank” he says as he smiles and held his hand out for you to shake, you shook his hand and smiled “i’m y/n-y/l/n, nice to meet you” you smile as you look at his eyes “well i must get going, i have to return a book” you say to them “okay i’ll see you tonight” maddie says with joy “okay see you later” you say as you walk away, as you get to the bookstore you think about the boy you met, jj, you smile as you think about it “hello Mr. Gratin, i would like to return this book” you say as you hand him the book “of course y/n, your one of my best customers” he says taking the book “that must be nice, right?” you ask kind of surprised but noticed that you do come here really often, you smile about it and say your goodbyes and leave

Later that day...

You were reading a book on the couch in the living room and suddenly you heard a knock on the front door, so you got up and closed your book and placed it down on the couch and opened the door and saw the boy from earlier and maddie, you looks at them and maddie hugs you amd he looks at you "hey again,uhh y/n?" you look look at him and smile "yeah, jj right?" he smiles back "yeah" Madison looks at you and jj and grins "aww you guys are falling in love" she teases "umm no thanks but i'm happy being single..." maddison looks at you and jj rubs the back of his neck and looks down "come in you guys" you say shaking your head at maddie, as they walk in the house jj had zoned out about what y/n said earlier "what do you guys want to do?" you ask looking down "got any board games" they both asked laughing about the incident "jinx! you owe me a soda" jj said as fast "aww man!!" maddie wines "whatever" she says annoyed "lets just watch a movie" you and jj look at her "sure..what do you wanna watch?" you ask picking up the remote and turning the tv on and sitting on the couch where the two join you "umm what about...titanic" maddie sudggest "sure..." you say "cool.." jj says either though he didnt really like the titanic "just dont fall asleep, okay?" you look at the two as you turn on the movie and turn the light off

And Then....

Maddie had fell asleep and once you looked over at her ou started giggling, jj looks over at you and then maddie and shaked his head but couldnt help but smile at your giggles "so..." you look at him as he starts to speak "hm?" you say kind of curious what he has to say "so...how are you, maddie tells people a lot about you" you smile and began to speak "umm i'm a book worm, hopeless romantic and i like ice cream..." he looks at you and smiles back "nice...so you have a boyfriend?" you look at him and you can feel your cheeks turning red "no-no no no, i'm single" you play with your jewlery "oh.. okay" jj felt like he had a chance with you, he reached for the book but his hand slipped against her and felt a spark "oh umm" you said still blushing and looking away and suddenly pulled your hand away "sorry.." he says seeing the emotions on your face and pulled away too.

A/N: Heyy hoped you enjoyed my first writting , it might take me a whlie to make part 2 but i'll try to be faster at it so i can just post normally, ill start it now just to make the prosses faster, love you guys hope you enjoyed💕😊
