yeah it's confirmed for mid july! no name has been announced yet and we haven't had the gimmick confirmed by grian released a teaser a little while ago which has multiple EVO SMP references in it, so everyone's very hyped.

I am veryy excited to see what the gimmick turns out to be

which is the best life series in your opinion ..

oooouuhhh that's a tough one honestly

I love ALL of them, but if I had to pick a favourite (or two lmao) I would say either double life or secret life

double life bc I really liked the character/character arc of Scarlet/5AM Pearl especially, as well as the gimmick of the shared hearts in general

and secret life because it was really easy to rewatch the season from different povs, I have a goal of trying to watch EVERY season from EVERY pov, and secret life I have watched the most of because the different tasks are really fun to watch and every episode is different from every pov and very enjoyable

the whole fandom seems to be really divided on the new 16th doctor stuff and honestly I am excited and definitely gonna watch the next season with 16 either way, they have the opportunity to do something really interesting with this if they do it well

i was extremely hoping for ncuti to break the 3 season trend and maybe stay for 4 and I'm quite sad he wasn't even around for a 3rd one, but I am excited to see how this goes!!!!

my thoughts/experience watching the minecraft movie (spoilers under cut obvi)

not in really any order because I'm going completely off memory and I watched it like 3 weeks ago

• first thing I heard entering the cinema was someone yelling "chicken jockey" very loudly. set the tone and I immediately knew it was gonna be a blast no matter how bad or good the movie was

• clapping and cheering every time steve said one of the popular lines, also shouting the lines too

• TECHNOBLADEEEEE o7 audience went wild I could barely hear the dialogue for a good like 5 seconds

• no one brought a live chicken 😔

• YAOI???? IN MY MINECRAFT MOVIE????????

• why did they 69.

• "man sandwich it's for your safety" okay.

• ALEX AT THE END CREDITS SCENE??????

• THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE DARK OAK TREE NEAR THAT WOODLAND MANSION. WHAT

• honestly thought the cube looked either kinda like an end crystal (not entirely but ykwim.) or a beacon. and they used it as a beacon. the full nighttime effect was kinda cool honestly

• the during-credits scene with jennifer coolidge and the village caught me so off guard. and probably the whole cinema too. what do you mean they've known each other for a day and can speak each others languages completely fluently and he already proposed.

• the portal that leads to the real world being blue instead of purple actually kind of makes sense now that I've watched it because if it was purple it'd go to the nether. it's a different dimension portal so ofc either the frame or portal will be a different colour

• honestly if we never got the new ridable ghast update I woulda wished we got those like ghast air balloon things bc those were honestly kinda cool

• I actually kinda like the fluffy creeper. I already sorta saw it as being a lil fluffy before the trailer cause I've seen them drawn like that before and I like it - the head being fully hollow was also quite cool

• so like I definitely wouldn't call it a good movie,- but I wouldn't really call it bad - it definitely lacked in writing and plot but it was kinda funny sometimes and I had an absolute BLAST watching it in the cinema. everyone there was such a vibe that was probably the most fun cinema experience I've ever had

• no one threw popcorn but the people next to us made a mess LMAO

• genuinely was so excited to see the minecraft youtubers in it though that was probably the only and main reason I wanted to go see it. MUMBO LOOKS SO DIFFERENT LMAOO

• GENERAL CHUNGUS?????

• whole cinema erupted with applause at the end of the movie

• went and watched it with a group of friends and it was a really fun way to end what was already an awesome day
