sitting on my boy’s lap feeding him his favorite foods as he hums and moans about how good it is, eventually about how stuffed he is. “oh i’m so stuffed, but this is just so good” he speaks softly.
“it’s a good thing you have such a big appetite” i say, feeding him some fries, my finger in his belly button. with everything bite he moans. he leans back in the chair and arches his back pressing his round, tight belly into my skinny frame. i grab his soft hips as he rubs his belly and burps.
“just a cupcake for dessert now” i get off his lap to grab the dessert. he shifts his weight, belly so full and round. he begins to press out burps to make any extra room. i walk back, cupcake in hand and stand beside him as i jiggle his belly and gently feed him the cupcake.
“oh wow i feel like i’m going to burst” he says “i’ve never been so stuffed” i lean down to give his belly a kiss. it’s twice as big as it was empty. i can hear his stomach churning. he gets up to stretch and unbutton his pants. he then proceeds to give his gut a good pat. “i can’t wait to see what’s in store for dinner”
i've used ai to my advantage. the b i n g image creator is emetophilia friendly (sometimes) if you really work w it!!!!!and the images i've gotten are soOoOooOOOOoooo good i really want to share them

"a sick guy with long hair throws up. he is comfortable and warm under blankets in a warm-lit room."
series of doodles i did of a hypothetical couple that ppl liked on twitter so I'll post it here too 🙂
The story goes:
A invites his SO, B, for dinner with his family. It's B's first time meeting them so he's super nervous. But despite his worries everything goes fine & even better than A was expecting - as in he couldn't believe how sociable B was being with his family since he was so anxious before meeting them (I can imagine B being naturally shy and awk too).
After dinner they head back home when suddenly B just straight up can't walk anymore because of how upset his stomach is... he really was trying so hard to be sociable and likable that his anxiety went straight to his stomach... so A carries B home, goes out to buy him some medicine, and stays with him all night rubbing his back as he throws up everything he ate that day 🙂
(translations are below the doodle. Everything between the * are my notes & rambles lol)
A: (doesn't say anything but has the "I knew you were overdoing yourself" face on)
B: (pale and can't even straighten his back)
*extra points if B can't even talk/respond to A because he's scared of throwing up then and there... and just hugs his stomach the whole time looking terrified*
A: I went out and got some meds-
*B really trying his best to pull through this and not be sick 🥲... I also like the domestic feels of getting medicine for ur SO... like I imagine A telling B that he's leaving to go to the pharmacy and leaving a trashcan next to the bed just in case... then coming back to see that he didn't use it (also the obligatory "you'll feel better after you throw up" pep talk as he tries to encourage his trembling SO to just let it go lol)*
A: (I'm never taking him there again...)
*i love LOVE when characters rub the other person's back INSIDE their clothes... the warmth... the feels... 😭Also i imagine B started throwing up in the middle of the night after he took meds and thought he was just gonna sleep it off... Thinking the coast is clear until B wakes up gagging and panicking as he runs to the bathroom 🙂*
I Can't Just Let All This Go To Waste stuffing prompts bc i loveeee an excuse
A new bakery recently opened up in town, and your character goes to check it out. Excited to try the interesting things they have, they wind up buying way too much. Now they're saddled with a ton of baked goods that are bound to start going bad before long. It would be a shame to waste any of it, especially considering it wasn't exactly cheap, so they'd better get moving.
Your character was planning on hosting a party with a bunch of friends and prepared plenty of food to go around. One by one, though, their friends message them to let them know they won't be able to make it. Now, your character sits all alone at home, surrounded by a ton of very perishable snacks that won't be much good later. On top of that, they didn't leave any fridge space to put them away since they weren't meant to last the night. Feeling glum and deflated, your character has little to do now but spend the evening eating all that food.
Your character buys a big tub of ice cream only to discover that they don't have any freezer space to put it away. With nobody around to share it with, they have no choice but to try and eat the whole thing themself before it melts.
Fresh fruit is a perfect summer snack, except for the fact that it goes bad so fast. Following a visit to the farm market during which they let their stomach do the thinking, your character comes home with way too much fruit. They have some as a snack right away, and, unable to resist how sweet and ripe it is, immediately go back to their new stash for a little more. It's hard to stop eating, but since it's gonna be moldy in a few days, why not go wild right now?
Your character orders a pizza or two to split with a couple companions, but their plans fall through when everybody has some last-minute obligation calling them away. Everyone except your character, that is, who is now alone with nothing but a lot of hot, fresh pizza. They know they should just have a couple slices and put it away, but pizza is never as good the next day. How much of it will they eat before their belly finally stops them?
Trying to watch their spending, your character buys a bunch of marked down food in the hopes that it will last the week. The dates are sooner than they realized, though, and they only have a day or two to eat everything. They ask around, but nobody seems to be in need of their nearly-expired offerings, so they accept their fate and start planning an enormous meal.
Your character makes a big pot of soup with the intention of freezing half of it for another time. They neglected to check their freezer beforehand, though, and find that there's absolutely no room. Knowing they'll never finish all the soup if they only eat reasonable portions, your character's meals for the week consist of very large, very filling servings.
Your character bakes a big dessert for a potluck at work, but apparently nobody really liked it, because when it's time to pack up, almost the entire thing is still there. Knowing it'll only sit around getting gross if they leave it in the break room, your character brings their rejected treat back home and decides to take care of it themself.
hello fiends. have some Soft Asks.
thanks to local fiend extraordinaire @tiny-tum for coming up with the 😈question and helping me with the rest!

Comfort
💕Would you rather give a tummy rub or receive one?
✨Are there certain rubbing motions or places you can press on your tummy that feel really good when you’re full?
🛋Would you prefer to be in a certain position while getting a belly rub? (e.g. lying down, snuggled beside a caretaker, lying in a lap?)

Company
🐝Is it cuter if someone is openly complaining about how full they are or trying to hide it?
🦋Is it cuter if someone is super happy with how much they ate or a little uncomfortable and needy for cuddles?

For your non-sickfic, non-angst tummy needs. As always, credit for the term “fiend” goes to @tiny-loves-rubs, and I hope it’s okay that I used it here! This is one of the weirdest things I’ve ever made, and I apologise for inflicting it on all of you.
Touch
A belly being used as a pillow by a friend/partner. Even if they’re hanging out in a group.
Tickling around the stomach/waist area.
Hugs from behind where the hugger’s hands end up on the huggee’s belly.
Mock-punching aimed towards the character’s stomach. Maybe they join in on the silliness and dramatically hold their belly like it actually hurt.
Those situations where a character’s lying on their back, maybe in some long grass or on a bed or on the beach, looking up at the sky or looking across at their partner’s face, and their hands are just gently resting on their stomach.
Sound
Growls that take them by surprise, because they hadn’t even realised they’d been getting hungry.
Gurgles after they eat.
Tummy noises that happen for ✨no reason whatsoever✨
Burps that are just random, harmless burps.
Random stomach noises while kissing, cuddling, having cute conversations, or any other light moment.
Any of these could end in a multitude of ways, e.g. a) the character getting a little bit embarrassed and being reassured, b) the character or their friend/partner laying a hand on their stomach, or c) both/all of them dissolving into laughter.
Sight
Stretching so that their shirt lifts up and reveals a sliver of their stomach.
Accidental belly reveal because their clothes have shifted around while they’ve been sleeping or getting comfy.
Crop. Tops. Yes, intentional showing of the tum.
The rise and fall of their stomach as they breathe and relax.
Both hands tucked into the single pocket in the middle of a hoodie, drawing attention to the tum.
Arms crossed over their stomach because they’re cold.
I’m such a sucker for serious characters who try to hide it when their stomach hurts but someone sees through them anyways
A business-type trying to stay on task and get things done but their belly is cramping and a split-second hesitation when answering a simple question prompts the other person to ask if they’re alright, studying their pale face with concern. Bonus points for form-fitting professional clothes that strain a little over a slightly-bloated middle…
Or maybe a hard laborer, just in from a long day’s work, eagerly eating just a bit too much of the dinner their partner has waiting for them when they come home. They’re a tough-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside kinda soul and trying so hard to nap off the painful too-full rumbles and heavy ache so they won’t ruin their loved-one’s evening, but they can’t bite back a moan when shifting a little too suddenly on the couch.
or my favorites — responsible types, the ones always looking out for everyone else. They’re shepherding their group of friends in a crowded place as usual, keeping a count of every head and their tummy is torturing them. They’re not sure if it’s something they ate or if they’re coming down with something but it hurts so much and they feel really sick and all they want to do is lie down. But they just can’t drown out that little voice that says they’re letting everyone down if they can’t be their best responsible self for the rest of the group. They have to stand there and hold things so everyone else can go on the fair rides. Best to lock their knees and stare straight ahead and hope desperately no one can tell they’re shaking with the effort it takes not to bend double, holding their stomach and sinking to the ground.
the best part?
The usually serious/tough/responsible types get the most attentive and loving care once everyone realizes how much they need it. ♡
What, pray tell, would you say are the Top Five Tummy Tropes that provoke your Inner Fiend?
I’m calling the Fiend Police
5) Slight embarrassment. I wouldn’t say I have a full-on humiliation kink or anything, but I Love Me a good shy character who has a stuffed or achy tummy, needs some comfort or relief, and can’t Quite hide it but tries to anyways. shy self-rubs, stifled burps and groans, trying to conceal a Tummy Bulge… is good good stuff
4) Phrases like “what did you eat,” or “what have you got in there?” especially with that little emphasis like the asker is experiencing some level of concern/shock or even amusement. “what have you done to yourself?” [pitches off the end of the earth]
3) relating to the above, other characters commenting on the troubled tummy in a concerned manner! has to be concerned though; taunting or cruel remarks are on par with “instant turn off” for me. Direct questions such as “does your tummy hurt?” or even the simpler, “Stomachache?” or declarations of sympathy, like, “your poor tummy!” / “you poor thing,” or urges to sit down and relax. asjkdslhf
2) Involuntary things like hiccups and belly growling/gurgling. This works for pretty much any personality of a character; the shy ones blush and the shameless ones point out how their tummy agrees with them. A poorly-timed (or well-timed, depending how you look at it) gurgle can be an instant giveaway, whether the character is just stuffed or well and truly achy. nOT like THeY can do anything about it!!
1) Rubs for a painfully too-full tummy. this might be obvious but I’m not kidding, this isn’t just fluffy for me, this is the bottom line that gets my Inner Fiend Going. The concept of rubbing and helping an overloaded stomach digest and feel better and get to a relaxed, comfortable state is hhhh. The actual process of soothing a stuffed belly is my #1 tummy kink.
okay but when they’ve eaten juuust to that point of fullness where discomfort has just begun to set in
but it all tasted so good and they feel so satisfied they’re determined not to regret it, so they just stretch out a little, lean back in their chair or on the sofa, eyes closed, a faint smile along with the tiniest pinch in their brow
their friend or partner finds them settled there, tummy grumbling loudly as it works through their huge meal, and the friend/partner laughs a little, coming over to their side and taking in the sight of their belly, firm and rounded under their shirt, the curve tightest higher up
it’s too tempting so their friend/partner reaches out, presses a palm to their swollen stomach, gently cradling the heavy swell, rubbing an experimental circle, feeling rumbles under their fingers
they get a groan, mixed pleasure and relief, and they smile, smooth their hand in another arc over the tight feeling, easing the edge of the soreness and turning it into something warm and deeply satisfying. a little circle with their thumb draws a whimper of delight
they tuck themselves closer and keep rubbing, stroking soothing patterns over the curve of their loved one’s stuffed tummy, beyond happy to see them so happy
Do you have specific kinky words or phrases that really get you? One of my mine is referring to a stuffed belly as "heavy."
there are some kinky words and phrases that get to me so much that I caught fire on all levels except physical while making this list. (also that’s a really good one, I like that word for a stuffed belly too, particularly in the context of someone giving Rubs and feeling how full the person is! c;)
♡ I tend to use “tummy” a lot when rambling because I think it’s super cute, but the word “stomach” actually gives me the strongest “kink” feelings, especially when voiced by the character/person who is feeling full or achy.
“my stomach hurts” is such a simple phrase but wow, I love it so much. I also get a really big kick out of “stomachache,” either asked knowingly by another character or offered as a clipped, sheepish explanation by the achy character.
“my stomach” as a complaint is really good too and makes me yell inside, especially when preceded by any kind of written groan or whimper, like “oh,” “ooh,” “ugh,” etc. 🔥
(this hasn’t shown up in my writing a lot yet since Micah tends to use “tummy” anyways, and Elijah doesn’t often voice his discomfort, but part of his character growth is that he’s going to start doing that more. I almost feel at times like I’ve had my own damn self on a slow-burn build up to getting to write Elijah complaining about his stomach haha… yikes. ^^’)
♡ Any. Variation. Whatsoever. of “what did you eat?”
“what have you done to yourself”
“what have you got in there?”
“what’s this?” (accompanied by placing a hand over the person’s belly please)
♡ your average, basic, “I ate too much” is a classic for a reason /// slight variations are so good too, like the grammatically different “I’ve eaten too much,” or the possibly more rueful “I shouldn’t have eaten all that.”
it’s cliche and can be silly if not done right, but if it is done right: “I can’t believe I/you ate the whole thing.” afsjkdhfjaaa
♡ Any version of the idiom where a stomachache is described as something not “agreeing” with the achy character in question. put me in the garbage immediately. I love characters who say this but I love caretakers who say this sympathetically even MORE. eSPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A RUB. WHAT
“something’s disagreeing with me” 🔥🔥
“something’s really not agreeing with you, huh?” 🔥🔥🔥
